Karademas Management has a beautiful property close to Lake Michigan. I have lived here at Windpoint Apts since 2016 and I'm truly enjoying it here! It is very quiet and I feel safe being here. I love the manager, she always listens to you and if you have a problem, she fixes things in a short amount of time. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

The staff is amazing! They are very responsive and informative. Any questions, reach out and they help immediately. My neighbors are great too!

Since Janet has become property manager, work orders get completed much quicker. She always follows up to make sure you are happy with the work. The property is getting a facelift that adds to the overall appeal of the property.

I love my apartment! If something needs fixing or if there is a problem, management handles it right away. My apartment is spacious with lots of closet space and the very comfortable, nice, clean plush carpet. They really take good care of the property. This location is perfect! The staff is awesome, caring and very nice. It's a beautiful place to live and to call home.

I've lived here for 9 months now. In that time, management has quickly answered any questions and solved any issues that have come up. There is a pretty regular effort to update and upgrade the facilities, which is greatly appreciated. I'm very satisfied with my experience here!

I have lived here for over a year. Maintenance is always done promptly and the office staff is very responsive to tenant requests. Plus, I love my two bedroom apartment with double balconies. Also the location is great with the lake close by.

Management is very accommodating and respectful. The community is peaceful and relaxing, it's great to have a place to call home. It doesn't feel like I'm living around a bunch of strangers.

The Karademas owners are graciously working with us regarding our outstanding rental balance. I've never had a management company willing to help us out in our time of need. Janet, the manager, has always been there for us and willing to help us in every way possible. For that, I'm extremely thankful!

For the price Windpoint Apartments is your best option in the area for many reasons. I give it 4 stars because they are constantly improving the property to five star potential. First the location is great, close to the lake, and there are 2 bus stops in easy walking distance that will take you anywhere in Racine. You have a Piggly Wiggly, Pharmacy and Dollar Store all a short walk away. Plenty of gas stations and places to eat all in easy reach. They have a property manager that is everything you could hope for. Janet will make you feel at ease the minute you meet her. She is always accessible, friendly and she gets things done quickly. For any request or problem I’ve had big or small she has taken care of it promptly and I never feel like I’m bothering her, she’s always happy to help. Always friendly and she seems to know everyone’s name, you can count on her to get things done. She even got the long standing pool fee waived for all residents. Yay for Janet! The maintenance staff is also very friendly and professional. It’s been rare that I’ve ever had to call them in the 6 years I lived there because the apartments are so well maintained. The few times I ever needed them they have been prompt with repairs and they get things right the first time. These guys keep things running and do a fine job inside and out. The owners are also doing a lot of improvements. Parking lots have been completely repaved and striped. Landscaping and outside paint has been done. Interior halls, landings and stairs are being retiled and painted, units are being upgraded. New trees planted, sprinkler systems installed, outdoor lighting. Everyday is filled with activity as workers are making these apartments into a top notch rental property. The pool area is really nice and popular in the summer. Right next to the pool is a grilling area so you can cook and swim the summer days away. The nights are quiet with only the sound of the harbor fog horn. Another advantage of being close to the lake, no mosquitos. None The complex is dog friendly and there are plenty of cans and bags outside provided by the complex for dog owners to dispose of waste. Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome and the owners and dogs seem friendly enough. So for these reasons and more you should consider making Windpoint Apartments your new home.

Maintenance is doing a great job! They respond in a timely manner and are very professional.

The parking lot and common areas are well kept and clean.

The apartments are actually beginning to feel more warm and welcoming now that things are changing. I really feel the need to stay here longer. I love how the new manager is on top of everything. Janet has turned Windpoint all the way around in a GREAT way. My past experience caused me to make bad reviews and feel a certain way in my own home. Janet came in to a tropical storm! She has been kind and has kept her word. I am so thankful for the change!

The property is beautiful, and Janet is amazing! She is super friendly, patient, thorough, will explain everything so there's no mistaking anything. She is extremely sweet and personable, we've loved her from second one. We love our new apartment too!

They're very understanding and willing to make reasonable accommodations for being late on rent. They go above and beyond to prepare a rent payment history for me when I ask for one.

Anything that I need the office to do or from the office, they do it and fast too. Got to love the office for that. The manager stays on top of everything.

The apartments themselves are nice and spacious, and the grounds are well kept. The pool area is an inviting retreat. If there happens to be any need for maintenance, the issues are promptly resolved. Overall my time here has been great.

I'm experiencing positive aspects starting with management. I just met the new manager and since the first day she's been working hard. I like the honesty and dedication she put on her work.

I have been living here since September 2018 and my experience has been great. Whenever I call for a problem or need help, they are prompt with a response. I highly recommend moving into these apartments.

Our experience at this terrible property has been a nightmare and considering almost everyone in the hallway has moved out we're not the only ones who are feeling done with this place. Maybe it was when they came home to squirrels being in their kitchen garbage all the time, maybe it's the extremely odd way the property sets a mandatory 4 month raise in rent through the summer for a pool over run constantly by neighborhood children instead of just simply including it in the rent cost, or it could have been the mid-winter forced change out of all the bad windows to (somehow) worse windows that made already high heating costs go higher - who knows! Maybe all of the above. My advice: stay away!

If you care about your money you would save it. I lived in this dump for one year and that is all they will be getting out of me they lie and they don’t fix any of the issues that are brought to them they lose money orders and charge you late fees due to their mistakes and if you pay with money order you might want to keep your receipt because they forget that you have paid rent and put evection notices on your door for everyone to see. I wish I could take my star away but that is the only way for me to get my point across. Run don’t rent here!

I'm a tenant at Windpoint Apartments. The staff here are amazing. They're friendly and easy to work with. I love my patio in the Spring and Summer. It's the perfect location.

Windpoint Apartments is home to our first apartment. I love having a balcony and pool. The staff is great and maintenance is quick.

Windpoint Apartments has been my home for many years. I love it here.

I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone! If you work a first shift Monday-Friday and can’t get home until after 5, you will never get a chance to see the landlord in person. She has assistants who are available on weekends who try to work with you, however there’s not too much that they can do without her. There is after hours maintenance that’s on campus, however they will tell you that it takes a hour and a half to get to you but will NEVER show. If you have issues with neighbors or other tenant, your told to handle it on your own (which if taken the wrong way become a bigger problem). Anything that a normal tenant would consider a emergency is not considered as a emergency to management and maintenance.The pools only seems to get clean after it rains but you are still required to pay otherwise give your pool key back. Emails are not the best method of contact, it will get overlooked. The apartments are nice, but what you have to “deal” with to live here is not worth it.

Lakeshore village is a very nice setup-away from the city center but not too far as well...so it gives a cost effective setup... the apartments are decently spacious and clean...but some improvements can be done like ensuring carpet stains are removed and better air and sound insulation.....management(Gina and her team) is really helpful in setting you up...till now i have not faced any issues....and i am really looking forward to have a great time in upcoming summers here! abhinav - residing since Dec'15

Have lived here for nearly a year, and have been very pleased. The maintanance team is top-notch, and the property management is very flexible and understanding. Would defineltly recommend to my friends and family!

Apartments aren't soundproofed. Neighbors can be a little strange. Rent is cheap though and the inside of my apartment is decent, they remodeled my kitchen and bathroom before I moved in. Management is on top of things for the most part. You have to deal with neighbors yourself if you have complaints which is annoying. But overall it's not so bad. Just wished the ceilings and walls were made an effort to be semi soundproof at least. I'm gonna feel bad for my neighbors once my baby is born, it'll be a bit noisy.

Lake shore Village is one of the nicer apartments in the area it is located near access to public transportation, however a vehicle would be necessary to get to most things in the city. It is in the outskirts of town and a bit isolated which is good if you want some peace and quiet. There is a pool and dogs are allowed which a plus. Overall a clean area with a staff that is friendly but small. Lakeshore Village would get a 5 out of 5 if the parking was better. Tenants get a designated spot but parking for guests is a problem.

I love the townhouse apt I live in and my girls enjoy the stairs also.the best move ever
