Property Ratings at Windsong Village
The staff here is very welcoming, and Genesis is professional, communicative, and ensures everything runs smoothly—qualities I truly appreciate in a property manager. The property itself is exceptionally well-maintained and offers a great sense of privacy. Though I’m not yet a resident, I would love to live here in the future. Every visit to the clubhouse has reinforced how clean, well-kept, and well-equipped it is, making it a perfect place to relax, get work done, or spend time with family and friends. I don’t understand where the bad reviews come from or why, as I’ve only had great experiences when calling or meeting in person with the office staff and the property manager. I highly recommend this community!
I love my apartment. Very modern. Wood floors, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer. Clean hallways. Quiet neighborhood,close to shopping. Great maintenance. My cats are welcome.
