Pest issues

I’ve lived here for about 8 months. Roaches were a huge problem (and they fly). Pest control seems to be like water to the roaches. The a/c never keeps the house cool during summer. Now we are dealing with bed bugs and the office seems to not care much at all. Office staff also seems very nonchalant about any problems within the into. I would say it’s not worth the asking price.

Love it

Ive lived here since sept of 2014....Nicole and LaShonda are awesome, the maintenance staff is quick and helpful always, and security is always on point. The gate is never broken, and the gym is quite nice. The pool is very well kept. With the grocery stores and freeways so close, i never have an issue getting what i need.

So far so good. Moved in September 11th pretty nice neighborhood. Quiet & pretty clean.. I would definitely recommend to family or friends. Only bad thing is we have to provide EVERYTHING for the price but it’s not too bad I really enjoy the spacious apartment. Staff is amazing & friendly absolutely no problems

Great area

I moved here in January 2017, I have no complaints. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The area is secluded and quiet. There’s never any disturbances or trouble in the complex. It’s conveniently by 45 and FM 1960. Multiple grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. It’s also in a great school district.

Nice, Quiet Place to live

My husband and I moved in here June of 2017. It was a long distance move from San Diego so it was more challenging to see the place and get everything handled but the office was very helpful and made it easy. The place is quiet and it's nice to see kids running around and riding their bikes. We also really like the actual apartment itself. We live in more of the condo style one bedroom. It's a great size and laid out quite nice. We don't ever hear our neighbors and I know people live there so that is an added bonus. The location is good as well. It's close to places to eat, shopping (whatever you need) and parks. It's right next to the Botanical Gardens which is a nice addition. Finally, it was so great to find a place our dogs could belong. When apartment hunting it can be stressful with bigger dogs. However, they were welcomed here and whenever we are out walking them we always get a smile from the office staff. It makes me feel like they really are welcome.

I love these apartment it is a quite environment. they are pet friendly they give me no problem with my pets .staff is wonderful very friendly. Maintenance come quick when I have any problem in my unit.

Great Place to Live

The staff here is Awesome! my family and I moved here from Florida with our dog. I so love it here.... the resident are very friendly and another thing is this property is pet friendly and that is a plus for me!!!

Great Place to call HOME!!!

I moved in 4 months ago. This place is quite and well kept, the staff here is great and always wonderful. I recommend this place if you are looking for a new home. :-)

I love my home.

This is a ery quiet environment. My puppy lives on his backporch with little to none problems. any complaints are addressed quickly. Management is very friendly. I feel safe at home. I love it! I am nearing time to renew, but I wished there were more perks to lower the rental cost.

Worst place ever

Worst place I have ever lived in my entire life . The way the staff treats the people is downright discusting and rude. Maintenance enters your apartment when they please . You have to be real GETTO to live here and sustain yourself so you can deal with all the criminals in the area ,but if you can live with that sort of thing then and the roaches then it won't be a problem at all .

Woodsong Village 2015-2016

This place was an optical illusion. When we first arrived to look at the place some months back its seemed decent but a little old. This place is where Texas breeds its mosquitoes, and animals will deficate all over your car all the time. Squirrels and birds live inside the building walls and chimnies. EVERYthing has some form of dry rot. My kitchen floor is so slanted my GF who is 5'7 is the exact height as me when she stands on the other end of the kitchen (I am 6'1). There is no insulation, the windows are so thin I farted and my girlfriend who was outside called me on my phone and told me I was nasty. They don not fix anything here they only patch it up. So because of that my dishwasher only works when it is open. My toliet rocks when I go to deficate, and my fireplace drips when it rains. Also my front door has space on the top and bottom where bugs crawl through. Anyone can get through the gate, and people in their cars apparently do not understand that other people may not like hearing their trap music throught their houses. And I saw someone try to committ suicide with cops present. There are or were drug dealers here so I got to get first had experience with that. Additionally the office staff is utter garbage and they fire anyone who is actually trying. And I recently found out they can cancel your electric and put it under their name so they can charge you a extra fee on on top of your actual electric charge. Then when you ask them about it they say they cant give you a reason how that happened/ they dont do that. That is after you call the power company and they explain to you that Woodsong Village put in a move out notice. And my neighbors outside piping to their building has been leaking and no one from the apt complex has told them about it. The apartment tried to say it was my neighbors or the water companys fault when the water company came out to inform my neighbor it was the complex's responsibility.

Quiet Townhomes Surrounded by TONS of crime!

I love this townhouse, for me the size is great, location is awesome and I was 5 mins from my riding stables! Everything was great the first year and a half. Lately crime in the area has gone up exponentially!! I've had to call the cops because I found a purse by my unit (gutted) she was robbed at gunpoint on the other side of the fence, I get notices quite often "not to alarm you but your neighbors house got robbed"! I hear and see police helicopters and cars racing around more than one should. I've moved my horse to a different area and I'm counting down the months until I can move!! This is a safety issue only!! Single ladies do not live here.....I have a stun gun in my purse, I shotgun by my bed and the greatest dog on the planet-I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if it wasn't for her!
