It means a great to deal to hear how much you've valued our team's communication! Thank you for sharing what a friendly and upbeat community we have.
Overall the complex is nice. I have visited several times before and really liked the layout and the fact that garages were available on some units. I have seen 1 and 2 bedroom apartment and both were very spacious Staff is very pleasant. Staff was wonderful during my visit and virtual tours were available only but all options were reviewed thoroughly with me so I was sure of the unit I liked. Prices were very affordable and cheaper than a few surround complexes I toured. Move in day was stressful as you are not able to complete orientation to receive keys until 12 pm. It was inconvenient to lose four hours of a business day first thing in the morning . Loosing those hours increased truck rental as it was needed for 2 days not one to ensure I was not violating noise ordinance listed in lease. I have. 2 bedroom apartment that is so spacious with an attached garage that allows for additional space. I was excited about a wooded view hoping for privacy but other residents walk dogs behind the building close to my patio which is not very private or comfortable. The grounds surrounding my apartment are not kept very well and I have picked up pieces of glass and screws from the grounds to prevent my dog from cutting his feet. There is an open box of wires outside my bedroom window and the lamp outside my garage also has wires showing.
Love the quiet complex with all the trees. Apartments is beautiful with stainless steel appliances. The complex staff is super friendly/nice.
Very friendly and helpful staff, easily accessible service, and clean community.
Issues are never fully resolved until we constantly talk to management
My toilet still keeps clogging and my dishwasher won't start the cycle. Since I rented the apartment, these two problems persist.
What can I say!! I love this Maintenance team!!! Thank you all! And to the office stafff as well.
The service provided at Windsor Community was excellent they are always polite and prompt. I only have praise for the maintenance department.
Good apartment. Rental prices aren't bad, but could be better. They could do better with guest parking and security on the premises. Overall, everything is nice in this community, just wish the floors and walls weren't so thin. I can hear just about everything my surrounding neighbors do, especially upstairs. It's very frustrating at times.
When I moved in there were plumbing issues. I was asked if I could wait to have it fixed..no! It happened to be an ongoing problem until they finally replaced the toilet. The condition of my rental was dirty...cobwebs and bugs in cobwebs!
Thankful to live on a property with such an efficient and friendly maintenance staff.
We absolutely love living here. The communication from the office is superb, the community itself looks amazing. They are constantly improving and fixing things. The maintinence is always friendly and quick to respond. Shout out the ladies in the office. Those are my girls!
Leasing staff, overall has been amazing in regards to customer service and friendliness.
This is a good community for the area we live in. There are little issues with every community but they do their best to try and at least communicate with you about things getting worked.
Leasing agents do not seem to stay very long, as we have seen quite a few new faces throughout the last year. However, the management team remains consistent and are always very kind and helpful. The units themselves could use genuine upgrades, rather than adding hints of things here, and there to make it look new. The neighborhood itself is nice and quiet and all of the neighbors have been very kind and considerate to noise levels. It’s a very family, friendly complex, just could use some refurbishing, again, rather than quick fixes to make it appear upgraded and/or brand new. I do wish there was more parking for visitors, but I understand their rules and policies in order to keep it quiet and family friendly. Overall, I would give this complex an 8/10 stars.
I Love how quiet my apartment is - my neighbors in my apartment building are really nice and my dog seems to love the dog park here. During the summer the pools are so great to relax in especially on those hot summer days,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a five-star rating! We’re thrilled that you had a positive experience with us. If you ever have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
The only issue I have is the price of the rent per month. In addition I have to worry about the other utilities. The rent is overprice
The office staff is friendly, accommodating, and always eager to assist.
Windsor Addison Park is a decent neighborhood for families. It’s decently quiet, neighbors are pretty nice and do not create any commotion. Compared to the downtown area, rental quotes here are a step up from ridiculous, if you’re considering the sq footage to costs ratio. You get a good amount of space for today’s rental costs. If you’re looking for luxury I wouldn’t use that term. It’s a Simple suburban family neighborhood. Be very mindful of the trash can policy, they’re very strict on it, but the valet does not always grab all the trash. You’re better off doing that on your own. I do like the parking system, it ensures residents can park in front of their homes. Again, great accommodation for families.
Apartment is really nice, the people who work there are really nice and make an effort to give you the best experience. Some faults in the apartment during my move-in were addressed, but still not fixed to this day. May have to just put in a facility request to have it fixed.
The apartments are aesthetically pleasing, the remodel looks very nice. I did have a lot of maintenance issues upon moving in. The pest and roaches are very extreme though, I would not recommend 1st floor and I recommend purchasing your own bug spray to spray your home regularly, though they do offer pest control. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and chill.
Windsor is a familiar and healthy environment, excellent for family living.
I must say that the entire lease process fast and efficient. Leasing staff were really nice and helpful. They made the entire moving process feel effortless.
Overpriced & NO enforcement when folks don't P/U after their dogs!
Signed a lease for a bigger unit just to be charged outlandish move out fees and to be moved into an apartment that was not move-in ready. There were many things damaged in the new apartment but the biggest safety concern was my front door frame being cracked beyond repair for 2 weeks before maintenance could be bothered to fix it. I could literally see the outside of my apartment while standing inside. Expressed my concerns to the leasing office just for them to tell me that maintenance told them “they took care of it already”. Windsor gave me the run around for over 2 weeks before taking me seriously. Had I known this would have been my experience I would have moved elsewhere or just stayed in my old unit. Extremely unfortunate and stressful, they really dropped the ball with the way they handled my situation. I’ll never forget how they treated me like my safety did not matter.
I moved a few months ago, very good experience in my new home, excellent service from the leasing staff
No major issues. As long as rental rates do not increase more than 5% annually, it is a worthwhile place to live if convenient to situation.
Staff is very friendly! Aumaria was amazing from point of contact of touring the property through follow up emails and finally deciding to sign a lease.
Living on the Windsor Addison park is amazing. The pool always clean, property clean and the work that maintenance and office made for the property is amazing , I recommend living here at a 100%.
The staff at Windsor Addison Park is super helpful and friendly. I always feel that I am one call away from resolving any problems that I may have.
Kristen and the whole team in the office as well as the maintenance fellas are awesome!
I have had only good experiences with maintenance services here. All of the staff has always been professional and friendly. Thanks!
Management is very friendly however, otherwise a disappointing experience. The "upgrades" done to my apt were very cheaply & carelessly done, ie: paint splattered on bathroom shower tiles. Hallways are not regularly cleaned. Maintenance requests are consistently inconsistent. Several shootings make me fearful & question my safety. For the price paid, I fail to see the value.
The maintenance guy they sent out didn’t even speak English. I had no idea what he was saying really …only that he “can’t fix wait maybe tomorrow” . I have a small daughter with breathing issues and we had to go all day and night and into the next evening in which I had to call again to get someone to come. We was left without air in 91 degree weather for that long!
Windsor Addison Park is an awesome place to live, the only factory im sure many has is the LMS Parking out side contractor which we all feel we do not need. this is my only issue but everything else is simply Stellar
Maintenance staff is very quick to respond and very quick to fill your request.
The hallway outside my apartment is dirty. I have been tracking that green pollen dust into my apartment for months. The office staff lie sometimes. But the maintenance people are great.
I’ve had issues with pests my ENTIRE STAY in this complex. No one cares, the people in the front office nor the maintenance team. As many times as I have put in requests and made suggestions about things I want fixed to adjust the pest issues it is always brushed off. Even the last time I put in a request a maintenance guy came over and flipped over a glue trap that I purchased that contained roaches and claimed that his boss would come back and look at my apartment and it never happened. For as much money as I pay to live here you would think something would be done to reduce mg unhappiness.
The initial contact with a Representative at Winsor was Great! I moved in the same day the checklist to make note of things that needed to be addressed was due. I wasn't able to make an accurate assessment of issues I found as I settled in. The worst and annoying qthing is the daily cracking noises in bath tub. I have not received a fob for the gym yet. For the most part, I am pleased with my apartment and community. Thank you
It keeps raining inside my apartment due to a gutter overflow and an improperly sealed window. They seem to think that silicone caulk (only inside) will work to fix this. When I brought it up again due to being allergic to mold and worried about it, my work order was closed without anyone contacting me. It rained inside my apartment again this weekend (big surprise) and I’ve now been waiting over 10 hours to hear back from someone. People also keep getting shot in the neighborhood, and window-shakingly loud cars constantly rev their engines through the neighborhood after midnight and management will do nothing about it. Would recommend going somewhere else.
So far things are good ????. Lighting in the kitchen is a little dull and the appliances are a bit scratched up. The complex gives you 3 days to find all the imperfections in the apartment but that's definitely not enough time. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to live.
I appreciate the prompt response to any issues that arise within my unit
Love the community beautiful place the leasing office staff is very polite and very helpful with your concern my experience with the leasing office staff has been great they always have a smile when I visit the office for anything
I’ve had an issue with pest in my apartment the entire time I’ve lived here. I’ve made complaints, filed requests to get things fixed, sent emails to the leasing office and nothing was ever done. I loved the layout of this apartment but dealing with pests frequently for the amount of money I pay to live here is completely unacceptable. And I will NOT be continuing my lease here once it is up. There are no community events or amenities that are accessible 24/7. They got rid of the business center and the office staff lock the door on Saturdays when they’re supposed to be open preventing you from even having access to a printer. The pool at the front office was never open my entire stay here. Random people were given keys and access to my apartment without my knowledge and with no notice. It’s unsafe here there was a murder in a building across from mine and management barely mentioned it.
Overall the complex is clean and quiet. If you have visitors it will be very difficult to accommodate them. The parking situation here is very tedious. You have to constantly register to park your guest. Your guest can only stay for 3 consecutive days then have to leave. If you just park for a second and not register you will be booted for $180.I recently moved in and my guest was charged $180 consecutively. First, my guest got booted just 5 mins after parking. She had just came to drop off some groceries. We paid $180, and the next day got booted again $180 for not in a visitor area. The car was registered but was not park in a visitors area. I did not know I couldn't and I was not told that we have to park exactly in a designated area for guests. It felt like my guest was targeted. She was visiting for 5 days my guest had to park outside of the complex and take a Uber for the last 2 days. This after paying $360 for boot release. We ask for a refund and still not heard anything, it been over 2 weeks. Very dissatisfied with this parking situation.
The process of finding an apartment and moving in was so easy! The leasing office team is so knowledgeable and assisted me with all of my needs.
I asked to view my apartment before my move in 4 times for over a month. They kept denying me because “renovations are still being done.” My Initial move in date was December 26th. We pushed the move in to January 3rd and when I asked to view the place on December 27th they said I couldn’t because renovations are still being done. How is this possible when the initial move in was December 26th? Well I moved in and there were a ton of problems with the apartment. I never got a true explanation about why I couldn’t view my unit before move in. Communication and follow ups aren’t being executed.
The maintenance staff (Roberto) is amazing! Windsor Apartment staff works hard to create community events & gathering which I feel helps bring folks together
