Your excellent review has brightened our day! Knowing you feel at home and have peace of mind in our community makes us feel terrific. Our apartments are designed with residents in mind, and we are thrilled your home is an ideal fit. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
This community could be so much better. It's very average in how it's run but could be great. Employees and management are in constant flux, which is likely why this is the case.

The decision to move into Windsor at Broadway station was a no-brainer. The sense of security I feel and to be a part of such a welcoming community made the move totally worth it for me! I also love all of the amenities and how close in proximity to Wash park my new place is-not to mention how modern and tidy the actual units are. I have had a wonderful experience working with the office staff and you can tell they actually care about their residents here! I am so happy to be a resident at Windsor at Broadway station!

We are honored to know that our welcoming atmosphere, excellent amenities, and ideal location made your choice so easy! Thank you for making our community your home.
Have had no negative things to say about the community. Great location, feels secure, and has a lot of events within our space.
Wonderful location, great management, and responsive maintenance!
Windsor has been a life changing move. All of the amenities and accommodations they provide, it feels like we’ve found a real home.
It's a great place to live, very quiet, you don't hear any noise from neighbors.
After about two years of complaining about the pigeon excrement on the second level of the parking structure entrance to the third floor, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It's DISGUSTING. Not only is it on the ground it's also in the waiting area of the elevator. If you walk over just a short distance to the entrance of the third level to the B building, there are spikes above the entrance and the area is relatively clean. Why no spikes STILL TO THIS DAY have not been placed over the entrance to the C building is beyond me. After a couple years of complaining about this, and NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT IT, I realized it's high time for me to find another place to live.
Overall, we've been really happy at Windsor at Broadway Station for the last 2 years. They seem to care about our community and take feedback seriously.
The apartment and management are fine. The exorbitant fees and trains parking behind the complex all day and night are the issue.
I’m enjoying living here so far! Everyone is very kind and accommodating.
Great location, great amenities, love the management and prompt response they provide with maintenance issues
Impressive how responsive the community is. Both maintenance and the front office really put in effort to care about the residents.
All four of my tires and rims were stolen off of my vehicle within 3 weeks of moving in
The staff has been very nice when approached with questions and concerns. The time frame to have issues resolved has been longer than expected; also the timeframe for staff to get back to you (via phone) has been longer than expected or not called back at all.
I’m really frustrated with my community at Broadway Station in Denver. The door lock systems are significantly flawed as is the call box. For six months. Probably longer, but I’ve only been here six months. Paying 2k to live in a building I can’t get into is ridiculous. I feel the maintenance portal is just a salve that doesn’t work for issues around the community like doors. I doubt they actually address it. Windsor is rich. Why can’t they fix the doors and call box? They’re extremely basic aspects of apartment life.
Initial move in process was fine. During move in we discovered that the doors from the parking structures don’t actually lock and there have been homeless people living on my floor. Additionally there has been trash piling up next to the elevator as well as a variety of pieces of furniture left on the floor. I don’t recommend living here to anyone.
Floors were not finished when we were moving in and we were told that we would be compensated for it but still haven't almost a month later. Floors started peeling up and appliances have started to break down.
Windsor is such a good place to live. Location is great, but the entire staff is unmatched. They are so helpful, warm, friendly, and so knowledgeable. They make it feel so homey.
The move to Windsor at Broadway Station is the worst move I've experience. The apartment I moved into was not clean-dirty cabinets, dirty floors, dirty blinds, grease covered oven, grease covered ceiling, dirty toilets, paint covered hair, the AC filter was not replaced prior to my occupancy. I've spent more time cleaning than exploring my new city. I really don't enjoy living here. The garage door is still broken, the elevator in the garage is still not operational, garbage is everywhere. I feel I was lied to about the true operational condition of this place.
I had to switch apts and in doing so no longer have mail key. I have tried to get another one but still have not. Luckily my daughter had one. There is supposed to be noise control but there is extremely loud music and now that pool is open they are loud there. I have to get up extremely early and the noise makes it hard to sleep.
The staff is courteous and professional. The building itself is in a great location with access to public transportation and great restaurants. Well maintained and staff has reasonable timing to address repairs.
Staff is super helpful and very responsive! Whenever I text, I get an answer back in always under an hour! Very accommodating to their residents time and schedules based off my experience and hope to live there for a long time!
Pretty typical landlord experience. Service regarding rent and finances is great. However, the building seems to have routine issues such as fabs doors not working, fire alarm lights being on in the parking garage for over 1-2 weeks, and the parking garage elevator being out indefinitely, and the trash room being routinely full.
I have always appreciated the staff's responsiveness and kindness!
Phenomenal service from the maintenance crew at The Windsor at Broadway Station! I so appreciate their quick responses and keeping my updated throughout the process.
I love living at Windsor at Broadway Station! It feels safe and secure, the apartments are nice, there are great amenities, the location is amazing, and the staff are always so friendly. It really has everything I would want from an apartment complex.
Was in a mold unit and had a newborn and they had honored me a new floor unit upgraded for the same price. So as soon as my lease was up they raised the rent up for the new renewal. Guaranteed they never fixed the mold
Everyone in the leasing office has been lovely and helpful even when things did not go as expected.
Residents just in the way of management bringing in a new lease for more money. Do not move here unless you want to be disrespected.
The maintenance crew is prompt and does really good work.
Windsor at Broadway station has been such a lovely place to live it. It’s clean and the workers are all so sweet and kind.
I've been very happy with my apartment. The kitchen is amazing, with upgraded amenities. There are more outlets in the apartments than I know what to do with.
I'm always happy with the responsiveness of windsor maintenance.
This is my first time living on my own, but coming from a bigger city and being new to Denver, the location/convenience/amenities can’t be beat. The leasing/living experience is on par with other buildings in the area.
The staff is amazing! Super helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is nice. Not perfect in layout but well maintained and clean. The building itself is well maintained. Again, not perfect, but clean and maintenance staff is always visible working to maintain the building. Just could use an upgrade in some areas.
Professional, prompt, and positive! My girlfriend and I are new tenants and have been incredibly satisfied with the Windsor.
They came to Fox my air conditioning. Did absolutely nothing and claimed it was fixed. They left. I am now without air conditioning until I went in and request a plug in. It has been over 2 weeks now. Last time they left my window open to the public and I live on the first floor and was out of town for a few days. Left the ceiling screen off. There were wires and what not exposed.
The maintenance team is always prompt and fixes the issue right away. This is one of my favorite parts of living here and adds to my peace of mind :) Thank you!
Windsor @ Broadway Station is just "okay." The leasing staff has been great, and most of the maintenance staff has been on-point too. The general feel of the community is a bit dormitory - meaning it pretty dirty and rundown in a lot of areas. Not a place I would recommend, or plan to continue leasing.
The front office team is fantastic, they are quick to solve any issues you bring to them. They are truly the bright spot of this community.
Unfortunately, they appear to cut corners. Renovated apartments are nice but they forget to clean and maintain like they would their own home.
My individual unit I like. The hallway smell horrible all the parking is ridiculous. And the safety makes me unsure. I dont really trust of the parking garage is really that safe. Also the package system is ridiculous. Half the time it goes to the lockers and a half the time I have to go to the office. Theres also been several types of the packages of gotten lost
The community is decent. But my apartment was very obviously not cleaned before my move it. It looks like they slapped on a new coat of paint, which left splatters all over the floor, and thats it. Leasing office staff is super nice and helpful otherwise.
Moving in was a bit rough. When we toured the property we were not able to see the actual unit we were going to rent. We were shown a similar unit in a different part of the building - it was clean and looked newer. When we moved into our actual building/unit - it was not nearly as clean and seems much more rundown compared to what we were shown - felt a bit like a bait and switch. There are so many issues with this side of the building as well - things are broken, dirty and does not feel well taken care of. We were definitely disappointed.
This community has so much potential but continues to decay. They increase the rent while decreasing what you get in return. You get less, they get more. They don't seem to care as much as they should. This applies to who's making the decisions at the top, the manager of the property. I get the sense that if visitors can see it, they'll take care of it, but the more behind the scenes the more it gets neglected.
I was happy at first, but had to spend a month without an HVAC system. I tried to talk to the manager, no answer, no call backs, and was not even able to talk to her/him when I came to the office. I complained on the phone several times and via email. Nothing. Maintenance people showed up whenever they felt like, with no heads up. They would say they would come on a Friday and show up the following Wednesday. The lack of communication by the leasing office is appalling. Mark from the maintenance crew was the only one who communicated with me at the end. I moved here on sept 8, my HVAC unit was fixed on Oct 8th. I asked for a discount for my troubles and obviously nobody ever got back to me. I thought I was moving to a property managed by a competent management co. I was wrong.
I really enjoy living at Windsor at Broadway. My mother does as well, she continues to say it is the best place she has ever lived.
I like the amenities, it's nice having an outdoor space to go relax in.
I have lived here for 2 months and have loved it thus far! We love the amenities, the security, and the area. We had a maintenance issue & it was fixed quickly. The maintenance person called me once it was fixed to let me know.
