Windsor at Hancock Park

For a senior citizen I feel it is a great place to live. Shopping and dining within walking distance is a great plus. I really don’t need a car. I have many friends of all ages here!

It is the perfect place for me. It is very convenient for all shopping. The tenants are a mix of ages and friendly. I feel safe here.

Windsor at Hancock Park has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is always well-maintained, and the amenities truly enhance everyday living. The management team is attentive, approachable, and committed to making residents feel valued. The location strikes a perfect balance—peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you need. The Windsor at Hancock Park is a lovely community. Residents and support staff alike make it the special community that it is. I am into my third year of living here and have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. I am always singing their praises to my family and my friends and acquaintances on what a wonderful community it is and how happy I am to live here.

Any time I have ever needed to complete a work order, it is done quickly and efficiently! They always do a great job and are beyond helpful!

I have had very few maintenance needs as a resident here. But, when an issue has arisen, the maintenance team has been responsive and professional and have resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Windsor Team!

The care that the Maintenance Team takes to ensure a safe and beautiful environment is unprecedented. I have had very few issues in my living space but when I have, the Team is always responsive in a timely manner and pleasant as they assist me. Both the Administrative Team and Maintenance Team are the best!

I am very satisfied living at the Windsor at Hancock Park. It's a great community and I have made some wonderful friendships here that I never expected. The staff are all terrific as well! It feels very much like family at the Windsor. I cannot imagine moving away from here.

Whenever I have a maintenance issue, someone is here within the hour. This was no exception. If I am not present they will always leave a note explaining what day were able to accomplish. Extremely professional staff I can always count on.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent and professional service of the maintenance staff and the office staff but I am very disappointed that the barbeque still has not been approved by the corporate office to be replaced. It has been going on for almost a year.

Windsor at Hancock is a great building to live in. Although there has been a few changes in management over the last couple of years, as far as my personal experience goes, the attention to to my needs has always been positive, courteous and professional.

like a living in the vacation home. Very quite and well management. Lots of trees with high Skyview in golfcourse. Excellent place to live in like condominium.

I love living at Hancock Park by Windsor, the staffing is always friendly and accommodating. Paula in management always addresses my concerns, and maintenance does a great job! The buildings amenities are fantastic and the surrounding area is pet friendly.

The maintenance team is incredible. They respond quickly and fix things reliably. Our microwave broke a few months back and they gave us a new one within a day. Awesome team!

Windsor Hancock park apartments has Resort atmosphere. Lots of trees and beautiful views on Wilshire country club golf course is beautiful scenery.

What a wonderful leasing agent, Bobbie. She takes care of A to Z to move-in. Ready to help and eager to hash things out. Maintenance staff also far beyond my expectation. Quick & Kind & Very responsive. Good neighbors, very calm & cozy. I moved from Palazzo East in Park La Brea, but Windsor at Hancock Park is the best place to live in. I'm proud to be a resident and I would strongly recommend Windsor to my friends and colleagues. (S. Jung)

Been a resident for just 3 months but so far really enjoying it.

It a wonderful community of various ages and socio-economic status. The setting is convenient to shopping and I enjoy living in a neighborhood that Ferls like a residential area.

My experience here at Windsor has been a very positive one especially with the maintenance staff. The management team work very hard too help you with your requests. My only concern is we need more security since we live in a large city Preferably in the night.

Wonderful location, safe and walkable. Staff is wonderful, maintenance staff is the best.

About as professional as professional gets. Amenities like a fancy hotel, but feels like home.

Very happy with location and property. A couple of small maintenance issues were promptly resolved. Leasing staff very responsive. Building and grounds well maintained.

I moved here from Florida 6weeks ago and have been warmly welcomed by staff and residents. I find my apartment very comfortable and my dog loves it here too, especially all his dog friends.
