The Gramercy

We are in winter and the best thing is the heat works. The halls are warm and so are the residents. Good job guys ! You got it primed before the season to make it work on the nose...

I moved in officially yesterday. So far the building has been great to me. Very inviting and staff and neighbors are really helpful. The move in process was pretty smooth as well. Everything is handled step by step. I think the greatest asset to me is have a concierge.

Just moved in and everyone has been great from the first tour to move in. It Feels like we are living in a hotel as maintenance is super quick and everything is clean and well organized

New here, but enjoying the community already. I would give it a walking score of 8! Shops, groceries, restaurants and everything you need within half a mile walk. Downtown White Plains also close as welll. Many parks nearby are great plus quick access to the highway. Safe and quiet neighborhood which is very family friendly.

Maintenance and cleaning staff are professional and very knowledgeable on issues that arise. The property staff are always available for any questions or concerns. Always feel comfortable and safe here

The only positive thing I will say is the current front desk staff is amazing. The leasing office is highly unprofessional and won’t help with any serious issues you are having. We’ve reached out to the leasing office and have had to follow up multiple times just to get a bare minimum response. I paid every month for a parking spot and for some reason still received a threatening sticker on my window that they will tow it. You would think if we are paying a pretty penny for parking they would track it better, or at all. Just very unprofessional. I think they need to pay better attention to who they’re hiring in the leasing office because it’s not a warm and friendly environment like they make it seem during your initial tour. Also the elevators are out of order almost every day, and the garage doors are consistently not working. Leaving the garage door open for anyone to walk or drive in. We all pay a lot of money to live there and they should be investing in better and safer equipment. Pretty disappointing.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. Maintenance requests are quick and easy to fill out! Also, the amenities are fantastic with regular community events.

The Gramercy is an awsome place to live with great front desk staff and maintenance. The building is always spotless and the front desk personal are friendly and helpful.

It was a great summer and all went really well at our pool. Everyone obyed the rules and we all had a great time during the week and on weekends. Mosy importanly the grills were always stocked with propane to cook. Good job !!

The Gramercy is a wonderful apartment and community. The people that live there as well as the workers are always very nice and polite. The amenities and common areas are very well kept. If there is a maintenance issue, they are very fast and resolve the issue right away. I def recommend it.

Everyone is super friendly, helpful and very resourceful with any questions or concerns that we had. They made the move in process quick and easy.

The staff has been very responsive to all of our needs. The continual communication has helped with all of our planning. Looking forward the the various event during our stay.

I’ve been living here for almost 11 years, and I’ve greatly enjoyed my time here. The amenities are great, the staff is extremely friendly, and everything is well organized.

Good place to live and I have been living here for over 6 years in 2 diff apartments I would recommend this place to friends and fam and they would like to live here.

Great place! Very quiet and peaceful. Everyone is so nice and the place is super clean. For being super pet friendly you would never know animals lived in the building for how clean it is.

The Gramercy is a wonderful place to live. The staff is excellent from the maintenance, concerige, and office management. The cleaning staff works so hard in keeping the building looking spotless. The park across the street is an extension of your apartment which is rare in White Plains

Everything was clean and they were helpful. Unfortunately, the only thing that upset me was their process of leasing. They didn’t reach out to me till last minute and it was so hard to contact them. They don’t pick up the phone easily. I had to ask questions and I wasn’t able to get the answer even with email.

Loving every second so far. Beautiful building. Beautiful room. Great supportive staff. Great amenities. Great location. Overall great experience.

Convenient to transportation, shopping etc. grounds are well kept and the hallways are always nice and clean. Maintenance and our consigner are great very friendly and helpful!

We'll here we are in Spring/Summer. The building finally looks great with all the flowers and landscaping. This is the best time of the year for the Gramercy. We are in full bloom.

I love living at The Gramercy. The staff is great and friends, the building is gorgeous, it’s extremely well kept, and the mailing system is very organized.

I've loved my experience living at the Gramercy thus far. All the staff is so nice and helpful and I love the various events they throw every now and then. I wish the rent increase wasn't so significant so that we could possibly stay for the upcoming year.

A lovely place to live. The entire staff from maintenance , concierge and office has been nothing but professional. The cleaning staff works extremely hard to make sure the building is very well kept

This is a great community to live in. They strive to keep it clean. The building is fairly quiet and very diverse. When you reach out to maintenance for any apartment issues, you get a prompt response.

The Gramercy is a very nice building and community. The management is always available and respond very quickly to any inquiries. They are very helpful and make your moving and staying very pleasurable. The building is kept very clean. The garage is a bit pricey, but very convenient and well kept. The amenities are a huge plus: there is a pool, bbq area, gym, dog park, garage, theater room and lounge room with a pool table. There are events on the lounge room at least once a month to reunite all the neighbors and socialize. The neighbors are nice and helpful. There is a 24/7 concierge and they are extremely nice as well. The building is located right across a small park and a school. The neighborhood is very nice. I def recommend it.

Since moving in last month, everything at The Gramercy has been fantastic. We love our modern apartment. Our view is fantastic & you can’t beat the quality of the appliances. It’s always a pleasure speaking with the leasing agents and concierge. I have definitely been recommending this apartment complex to colleagues and friends (:

Living at The Gramercy has been pretty cool for the most part. The doormen are great, especially Nolan – he makes coming home feel special. And it’s always so clean around here; it feels like someone’s always tidying up, which is awesome. But the gym? That’s a whole other story. It seriously needs some love. The machines are old and squeaky, and the equipment looks like it’s been through a lot – we’re talking torn grips and a yoga mat that’s seen better days. Plus, it gets super hot in there when it’s busy. Kinda makes working out a bit less appealing. So yeah, love the vibe and the people here, but really hoping the gym gets a makeover soon!

I was unfairly charged for renter's liability insurance when I already had my own personal coverage. I was given no warning, and charged for a full day of coverage, AFTER I submitted proof to the staff.

This is a building that you dont want to rent at .the staff and management is terrible. They are so unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful. Do not rent here

Can’t complain. Nice staff. Clean areas. Not noisy at night. Lots of doggos. The ac in my room is a little loud but that is expected. I sleep with headphones on now

The resident experience is still as great as it has ever been, the amenities are awesome, and I love the community. Everything is organized and neat.

Had a really pleasant, non stressful move into The Gramercy. Everyone has been so sweet and helpful. Love that the building is pet friendly as well.

What a way to begin 2024, we FINALLY have all elevators working, ya. The building looks fantastic with all the lights and our cute reindeer. Keep up the good work in keeping our buliding a great community

I really enjoy living here, however one of the elevators has been out of service for over 6 months. That is completely unacceptable. The maintenance team is amazing!!

management is not transparent upfront about additional charges especially on renewals i.e. if you renew for 3 months you get charged 1 FULL year for the common space charges

Allison is amazing! She was incredibly responsive and helpful from the first email I sent interested to a month into living here. Everyone is friendly, I lived in a not so nice building in the area and it is night and day! Everyone from the office, to the doorman, maintenance to the cleaning crew is friendly, welcoming and approachable.

The maintenance staff is very highly regarded. They not only keep the property clean but their Work ethics are exceptional. The technicians are eager to help and highly experienced.

I sadly dont know the name of the nice man who has fulfilled all our work orders for us but he is AMAZING. He always says hello to me in the hallways and asks if everything is working better and when hes here he is kind and efficient and the absolute beat

The location and amenities of this apartment are really top notch, we are super happy with this living situation!

I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far it has been fantastic! The leasing process was so easy and Karimah and Allison were so patient with ALL of my questions--big or small--and I still feel like if I need anything, they will be quick with help and a response. Everyone that works here has been really helpful and kind as well! Overall, it has been a great experience so far and I am looking forward to having more of the amenities opened up as time goes by.

The leasing team at Windsor at the Gramercy is nothing less then exceptional and the maintenance staff have been superb. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and have made this move an amazing experience.

The maintenance crew is always professional and kind beyond compare. They will go beyond expectation for all requests. I am so very pleased with how they take care of every request for apartment requests. Thank you for making us feel a lot more relaxed during the pandemic.

All of the staff and community in general have been very helpful and friendly. They made settling into my new home comfy!

Building is marketed as a luxury building but that is misleading. There is a suspicious build up all over garage ceilings, the floors are shot on the parking levels near elevators: broken tiles etc., the painting in the unit is very sloppily done as well.

We enjoyed this community. Concierge people always nice and polite, repairmen always efficient and reliable!

Management is kind and always forthcoming. Maintenance and concierge staff are always upbeat and accommodating. I am so happy with my experience here at the Gramercy. I would recommend it to friends n family.

Tne building is superbly maintained and residents get fast service if there is a problem. Very good amenities . Very clean. Very friendly staff
