The apartments are nice with clean environment. It is quiet and has all basic amenities. Its also close to major stores and market. Leasing Office Associates are welcoming and friendly. Needs are addressed timely. The buildings have some issues with maintenance here and there. Few more amenities like car vacuum cleaning, kids play space and some sort of sporting space (basketball or tennis court) can add more stars to the community.

Garbage always seems to be an issue. It was really stacked up at the trash compactor this weekend Jan 5. Lots of residents seem to have trouble getting boxes in the high slot pretty quiet and the place is well manicured

I really enjoy living here. The staff are all nice, work orders get resolved quickly, and the website is pretty easy to use. The only complaint I have is the occasional delay in rent being posted.

The apartments are designed very well. The property is kept CLEAN and maintained properly! This maintenance crew stays on top of the work orders. The property manager is just sweet and helpful whenever you need her assistance! Also, the leasing agents help coordinate fun events at the office to keep the community alive. Nothing but good things about this complex!

The neighborhood is very well kept and quiet especially at night. The office staff is extremely friendly and the size of the apartments are large. Parking can sometimes be a challenge to be close to your entrance but still sufficient. I love the proximity to the shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores and the interstate. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to live.

I enjoy the location the Windsor At Tryon Village the most! With 5 minutes I can get gas, go to lunch at the Crossroads Shopping Center, grab groceries at Harris Teeter, or go for a beautiful walk on the Nature Trail behind the complex. Within 10 minutes I can go to my favorite golf course - RGA! With almost direct access to the highway I can be in Raleigh in 15 minutes, or RDU airport to head out to vacation! If living in a place that is right in the middle of everything without feeling like you're right in the middle of everything - Windsor At Tryon Place is your home!
The apartment complex is in a good neighborhood. There are good amenities offered. The staff is always willing to help with any needs or answer any questions
I have everything I need practically at my fingertips. It's great living and working in this part of Cary and Windsor At Tryon Village immediately feels like home.
My husband and I have lived here for a few months now. So far, its been great. Our leasing process had a lot of hiccups and the office seemed to have many issues keeping track of pretty much every step of our application and lease. Everything worked out in the end, and we throughly have enjoyed everything else about living here. We got a renovated 2 bedroom, it is so clean and spacious. This area of cary is also very safe, and walkable. We plan to live here for a while!
I have been loving living here ever since the management changed. The new manager is fantastic and responsive. The community is beautiful too.
Kayla was awesome through the whole process!! I even brung a friend for a second time to view the apartment with my kids and she was just as delightful as the first time. I’m so ready to move in??. She’s willing to answer however many questions you have to ask.

Great place to live. Pool so relaxing with grills.Can walk to everything. Above all it’s like family. We all look out for each other and help each other.
Great community with amazing events! Maintenance has been great as well! They are very quick and it's easy to raise requests. I only wish that they have electric charging stations
It’s a really cozy apartment. It is close to shopping areas, restaurants and medical facilities. It is also safe and quiet. A Credit Union is on the opposite side of the road. Bank of America is approximately ten minutes away. The community has a gym, as well as a clean pool.
I really enjoy living here. I feel safe in my home, the maintenance response has always been good, and we are given ample notice about things happening. The only thing I am struggling with is the rent isn’t posted on time. It’s the first of the month and it says my balance is lower than it should be. This has happened multiple times and it causes me stress because I don’t want to be late paying.
I moved in last February and have thoroughly enjoyed my Summer here. The pool, access to the Greenway and plenty of shopping and restaurants right nearby and it still remains a peaceful environment. I'm very happy here!

The staff here are so kind abd helpful. The grounds of the property are well-maintained. I would highly recommend Windsor at Tryon Village to family, friends, and colleagues.
This is a great community to live. It is very quiet , close to shopping facilities, elementary and middle school, restaurants, banks, medical facilities as well places of recreation.The staff is approachable as well as the leasing process is relatively hassle free.
My overall experience so far has been ok. There was a a few communication issues with me and the office with move in and paperwork, but at the end of the day no one is perfect and mistakes can be made, so overall I'm happy with the community
I LOVE the apartment and everything is beautiful around here, I am glad to be here but the process to move in wasn't smooth at all and there are a lot of details in the apartment. (will update)

Windsor was a super convenient choice for me as I moved to the Cary area! It’s centrally located and gave me the best price on a new lease. Staff is super welcoming and eager to assist.
The neighborhood is convenient to most stores nearby with less than 10 min duration. This is a very clean and quiet neighborhood with a good school district.

Horrible!! Does not maintain the apts when issues arise. If you have an emergency maintenance after hours, very slow to respond. The apts themselves are about 19 or 20 years old. I have been here for 3 years and cannot wait to get out. My dishwasher hasn’t worked for 2 years and they say can’t fix but won’t replace. Inside the flooring and carpet is old. However I have to say as you move out the apt is gutted and completely redone. So for new tenants this is great but for those of us who been here for a few years, we get nothing but a rent increase. KEEP LOOKING!!
I have lived here for over 10 years. We are located near everything but more importantly this place is like family. There is always somebody to help you and watch over best place to live never leaving.
Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Staff is responsive and courteous. Apartment is clean, well-lit, and spacious. Short walk to shopping mall and restaurants. Closet space is limited though for a 2 bedroom.

Great place to live with lots of greenery. Staff and community are amazing. The markets are so nearby which makes it easy to go anywhere. The best part about this apartment is that we get to do a lot of fun and extra activities for example the pool day, it went so great. So much in love with the place and the people and the community.
