Going from just looking and touring apartments to living here has been a joy and an easy transition. The apartment complex is in walkable distance to a good variety of food options, grocery stores, bars and various other shops and locations. The amenities that are at the apartments are pretty nice, the gym, the rock climbing wall, and the lounge areas are all nice and the other residents are very friendly and respectful about cleaning up after themselves to keep those areas clean and sanitary for others.

The management and maintenance staff for the building are excellent! I moved in from out of state and they made the whole process very easy. The building is clean, secure, and in a great location. I highly recommend Wndsor Buckman.

I’ve only had two maintenance requests while living here and they were completed in a timely manner with care.

Windsor Buckman is a great place to live. New building and amenities. Has everything you'd need. Washer and dryer in unit. 24 hour gym. Coffee. Community events to meet your neighbors. A great location, walking distance to eating and entertainment and grocery shopping. Public transit options on every corner. A secured building, secured parking. Great staff

Very nice building that is well-lit and quiet. Common areas are clean, comfortable, and used to host a variety of community events. Excellent gym, reliable elevators, and beautiful views from both my apartment window and the balconies. My kitchen set-up, despite being in the smallest studio size, is still spacious and modern.

My (limited) experience here has been good overall. Pros Management is professional and responsive. Facilities are clean and maintained. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Unit is comfortable. Cons Some Iiterior finishes are cheap and poorly installed. (lightweight doors, vinyl floors that peel up at trim, large gaps beneath countertops, broken drawer closers) Street parking is very limited and competitive. I wish the bedrooms did not have carpet to improve indoor air quality and ability to clean.

I had initially moved in on a sketchy lease takeover that was facilitated by the previous management company and had no welcoming and was left to clean and empty the previous tenant's belongings, and made to pay the portion of rent left behind of the previous renter. Although Windsor was unable to recover any of the costs, they worked incredibly hard to make my "second move in" all the better! They spent time explaining all of the ins and outs of the lease agreement and fees, helped me compare and contrast costs, and worked with me to meet my needs. Even though I have lived in the building for a year and a half, they still gave me a warm "welcome" since I didn't get one the first time. The apartment was spotless and sparkling clean, and they followed up and checked in with me about the move.

Apartment has one window that opens about 3 inches. A 1 bed 1 bath isn’t really 1 bedroom as there is no door. More like a studio with an extra wall, sold at the price of a 1 bed 1 bath. Parking garage security is pretty poor which is a shame for the high price of $230 per month fee. It’s would be cheaper to park on the street and have your car broken into aaa you’ll still have to pay for damages but minus the parking fee.

I have truly enjoyed living here. There is plenty to do and places to walk to in all directions and I've not felt unsafe walking at night. The staff and management have been very friendly overall and are great about communicating any events happening or issues that arise with tenants! When it comes to pets you can tell that the pet friendly advertising is genuine with all the happy, wagging tails and pet/OHS related fundraiser events and ways to donate to the pet friendly local community! The interior is fresh, and upgrades look to have been done professionally. It is nice feeling like you're at least getting what you pay for. Probably my favorite apartment rental hands down.

The staff has been exceptional. They make you feel at home and it's evident they care about the residents and property. In decades of renting, this is the first place I have not had one concern!

Leasing team is terrific - kind, patient and supportive. Maintenance crew is on point, solid customer service and quality service.

My criteria when I was looking for an apartment was Location, A/C, walkability to food and activities, in unit washer and dryer and most important to me was the best square footage. Windsor was able to meet all of my criteria expectations and had the best bang for my buck when it came to how much I was paying a month for square footage in the area. Kaleb was helpful and knowledgeable. Tyler has been beyond accommodating, being a student and working fulltime it makes it hard to be home and wait for the internet company to show up and Tyler has been very supportive in my transition as I got utilities and services set up in my unit. Maintenance has also been great at communicating every step of the way as I was having issues figuring out my HVAC and how to use it. He made sure He called before coming to take a look he called right after to follow up and let me know with every follow up what the plan was and a time frame.

All of the staff at Windsor Buckman are amazing and constantly go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy.

Windsor BUCKMAN has probably the best maintenance staff available. They are extremely responsive and they work extremely hard at keeping the building maintained.

This place sucks. They over charge for apartments, has the most expensive parking of anyone in a 10 mile radius, and do not have the amenities advertised. Go find any other place on the block and you’d be better off, and can almost guarantee you’re paying less for a better place.

Very walkable, good area, I like the convenience of the location. No noise complaints, quiet. Enjoying my living experience so far. Management is responsive and fast.

Windsor Buckman is the most well run facility I have every lived in. The staff is extremely kind and resourceful, and the building is in great shape and has everything we need. I would recommend this place to anyone,

The location is very convenient. The clubhouse is amazing with a great view. Apartment amenities are nice as well. Plus the concessions made our move very affordable.

Modera Buckman is a dream. Perfect location, beautiful floorplans, and unique amenities make this a great place to live and spend time.

It's a new and vibrant building in an upcoming neighborhood. The layouts are great and it's definitely among the best apartments I have lived in.

Modera Buckman is a beautiful, brand new building with excellent amenities, beautiful apartment homes, and great security. The touring, applying and leasing process was straightforward and simple and they answered all of my extensive questions with a smile. Joe, Georgia and Anna have all been great and I already feel as though I have a personal connection to the staff here because they have been so kind and accommodating. I leased my apartment with an amazing end-of-year deal, and I hope to be able to stay here for another year at least. My apartment has a beautiful view of downtown Portland, excellent energy-efficient appliances, and the building has excellent amenities such as the gym, two balconies with grills, and a lounge with a pool table. I'm looking forward to the rest of my time at Modera Buckman.

The Modera Buckman building was finished and opened in March of 2020, and has many great modern amenities.

My husband and I are super happy living at Modera Buckman. We're at a great location, I always feel safe, the building inside & out is always so clean, everyone is friendly, and we're living in a new place with beautiful viewswhat's not to like?

Amazing location, staff is friendly and responsive. Pet friendly and located two blocks from a dog park. Right next to grocery store and easily accessible to major freeways.

The staff at Modera Buckman are so friendly, kind, and helpful! They have provided timely answers to my questions as well as assistance in all aspects of the decision-making process as I initially signed a lease. They have made all the difference in my housing transition! This is my first time living in an apartment building, and to be honest I was nervous if it would feel isolating or lonely, but it has been anything but that! The beautiful amenities, bright spaces, and friendly atmosphere make this building feel like home!
