For that price I would expect more looks like old carpet and not updated appliances and no shower atleast one bathroom should have a shower with glass door instead of a tub ...a walk in shower just looks too basic for that price
Horrible place DO NOT RENT HERE all reviews are fake roach infestation and MOLD IN YOUR AC SYSTEM, VENS, BATHROOM!!!! and management does nothing to fix it very rude and are nice only until you sign the contract maintenance is unprofessional and they say they went to your apartment, and no one shows up, overpriced do yourself a favor and look for some other nice and clean rental communities in the area.
The environment here has always been welcoming, starting from the office managers to the people within the community. 3 Months in and I have never encountered any issues here!
We moved into WC in January 2022. We were notified that there was a new Management Team who started in August 2021. Our move in experience was very good. Jennifer and her team were very accommodating to our timeline and needs. Our unit was newly remodeled with new appliances, floors, cabinets, countertops the works. We noticed a few things on the property that were worn down and needed to be addressed. Over the past 8 months since living here and what is now coming up on the one-year anniversary of the new Management Team, we have seen many changes take place not only physically on the property but also to the rules and regulations governing the property and its residents. Management is thriving to make this a community for people to RESPECT their neighbors and the property that we RENT (not own). We have seen these changes slowly happen over the past several months and there has been an improvement. These changes include upgrades to buildings, doors, windows in addition to positive changes to the regulations/parking/property care but also include addressing public nuisances when they arise by sending out emails and texts to all residents as friendly reminders. Big changes don't happen quickly in any business, but little changes can and this Management Team is dedicated to its residents and striving to achieve and maintain a higher standard of daily life in a rental atmosphere than most rental properties in South Florida in this price range. We commend Jennifer, Gloria and the rest of her team INCLUDING the guys on staff working hard to make repairs and upgrades on a daily basis and make Windsor Castle a comfortable place to call home.
Hello all, After living in the Windsor castle community for about a year now. I have grown to love this community and its environment. The maintenance crew does a good job keeping track of orders that have been submitted. Helen from the front office is very considerate. Jennifer, the property manager is just a call or a text away and tops off the overall experience of living in this community she is very friendly and helpful. The gym and the pool are constantly being maintained allowing residents like myself the opportunity to enjoy some of the many perks offered to Windsor Castle residents. 10/10 Recommend!!
Arrived 5 mins prior to the mandatory appointment, they advised they were running late and showing a model to a couple, no worries. Another agent is playing with her hair and on her cell phone so I asked her to view the gym. We walk outside and she goes it’s raining nope can’t show you anything. Mind you the other agent just took two people to go see a model in the rain and grabbed an umbrella for them. Looked at an online tour which I advised her I’d seen on their website and she said no it’s not up on there. When she started to go through it, I said I’ve seen this and she said oh thanks for telling me. Not at all knowledgeable with their own website and the worst customer service experience. If this is how you get treated as a potential resident, how well do they treat their paying residents?

Horrible experience. And I am living just 4 weeks. Unit dirty when I received it. Cow webs all around No keys from the mailbox. I have no clue where is my mail. Dishwasher not working. Leak on the wall and on the roof. No garage opener. The place flooded when rains. It means gutters are clogged. Not enough parking spots. Dog friendly. The poopie bags dispenser were empty and the garbage tray were full the whole weekend.smell horrible. The condominium is worrier to TOW cars than fix all the issues. I’ve been weeks going and going to the office 2 or 3 times and make complains through the site too and nothing happens. This is so frustrated when you feel they don’t take action on the situation. They are good to have an excuse for everything. But when the excuse is the same after 4 weeks… it is a real problem. What about if I tell them that I have an excuse and can’t pay the rent? I will b in troubles. This is have no respect with the renters. If I can do -50 stars, I will do it Review 30 times before even think to move here

Stay as far away from this place as possible. I have had nothing but issues since moving in. The units are old and everything is falling apart. Management doesn’t do their jobs and won’t respond to you. Maintenance is horrible and I had a cockroach infestation. Not worth what you’re paying for it.

I really enjoyed living here. The Office Staff and the Grounds Crew are very great to work with and very accommodating. The unit itself was perfect for me and my family. My children enjoyed our time there. Great ammeties with the pool and gym. Having a 2 car garage was awesome. Again, if there were any issues, the Staff was there to assist.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! Whoever gave positive reviews about this place either is on staff and getting paid by them or are ok living in filth. The grounds are disgusting. Trash over flowing from the dog waste bins, broken pipes w leaves stuffed in, flies from other peoples trash flying everywhere, not to mention roaches, roaches everywhere. This place should completely be condemned. I’ve had to get my lawyer involved bc of the disgust I was living in. The mold is out of control. Messages were sent and ignored. When they were address it wasn’t completed. Jobs were started, promised completion and then never finished. I have all correspondence if anything different is ever said. I stupidly moved from one nasty place to a new renovated one bc I was told it was totally gutted. Boy was that wrong. Basically they just covered up the problems with material found from what seemed to be an apartment junk yard. Filthy doors, base boards painted over to try and hide the rot, dented, old and dirty closet doors. Basically putting lipstick on a pig to try and cover up up what was really going on, I have so many pictures and so many correspondences that went unanswered. I could no longer allow the maintenance people to enter my house without me there. When at first I did allow it the hazards left behind in my place(open knives, wet vacs emptied in my shower w glass) my son has special needs and easily could have cut his hand off if i didn’t find it before he did. Not once did i get an apology, or even ownership of the mistake. Such neglect in every sense of the word. I had 4 major floods in less then 5 months had to replace many things. With the advice of my attorney I was going to let this go, and move on considering i was glad to be done, but after I received an invoice for money owed, after being told the terms I laid out were accepted, I found myself with no other choice. I always paid my rent on time. Never ever an issue as a tenant. If i can save even one person from this rodent, roach, and fly infested place it would be worth it. They grossly over charge for rent so they can give themselves bonuses at the end of the year. The lack of human care is very sad. No one should be put through what my kids and I were put through. I have never in my life written a negative review about anything. I am not holding a grudge and I’m extremely happy in my new place. Like i said before I was going to let this go, but when a beer is poked, they will react.
They will rent you poorly renovated apartments. Mine flooded the first day because they didn’t install any of the right and they refused to acknowledge their own fault. The emergency number does not work. They will bully you if you complain
I’m in love with these renovated units!!! The units are very spacious and I love the white granite countertops. The flooring is so pretty and the community is very classy! The pool area is amazing and we really feel we are in a resort.

Previously I gave a negative review, due to poor contracted work that was done in my newly renovated apartment. My family and I thought the work could have been more detailed and not just patch up. Since moving in I’ve complained to management on the horrible job that was done to this apartment. The office manager Camille was very helpful with the many request we had. Reading all the negative reviews really made me nervous about living in this development. I had a very long list of things to be corrected and with no hesitation it was done. It might not have been done right away but it was taking care of within a week. I did have some roach issues but that too have been solved. This complex is very quiet and clean I see no issues with garbage everywhere. If people use their garages to park cars it wouldn’t be a issue with parking. Just an observation, I see people using their garages for old broken down car like it’s a mechanic shop. I gave a three star only because we had bad start.

It is amazing how a simple change in management can shift the whole atmosphere of a community for the better.I have been a tenant for close to 5 years now and this is the best management we’ve had! The leasing office has transformed from a dull unwelcoming atmosphere to a friendly, inviting and accommodating environment. Not only has the overall customer service improved immensely but the aesthetic changes to the leasing office have added to the luxury appearance of our community. Our community has become the place you’ll want to live in forever!
The pictures you see online look nothing like the units they have on property. This is supposed to be a gated community the gate has been broken for months. The gym equipment is outdated and many of it does not work. The pool just got cleaned recently. Maintenance takes forever to make repairs or they will put the work order as done even though it has not been completed. The windows here are paper thin. I have been here for years and if this place was not close to my job I would have moved. The people who live here are good residents and the neighborhood is quiet. The complaints most of us have is that you do not get what you pay for. There pest control is a joke be warned they have a lot of roaches on the premises. I had to hire my own pest control to handle the problem. Make sure you do not sign anything until you see your unit and walk it through thoroughly. Several residents are in the process of trying to do a class action suit because of the poor handling of the property. And there is no corporate with this company staff answers to one person who you cant get in touch with. They dont care look else where

You are correct in that the apartments you see online are not what all of the units here look like as the ones advertised online are our Fully Renovated model but I assure you we are not attempting to deceive anyone as everyone is offered both a standard unit which looks more like what you are used to seeing and a fully renovated unit which is shown in the photos. The gates will be back functioning on 4/18, please be sure to stop by the office to pick up your new transponder. The gym is actually getting completely renovated this week. We are also renovating the pool, repaving all of the roads and more. Pest control is scheduled monthly and available at all times for call backs and the pool is cleaned MWF weekly. We care a great deal about this community, you are always welcome to reach out to us directly if you have concerns or suggestions.A news letter will be going out shortly
I thought I would repay the new management for all of their efforts with an update review. I've been a resident of Atrium Square for a few years, seen several companies, managers, leasing staff etc... and I can honestly say the new owners/managers are making great progress. Of course all things take time, my husband and I are no exception to the complainers (as you can see in my previous review) BUT we give credit when due! Some of the changes made so far are things like a WAY BETTER attitude of the staff, the new staff is so pleasant and always willing to help as much as they can, they've started cleaning up the landscaping, parking and I heard they are repaving the roads soon (which is much needed since the hurricane but prev. mgmt didn't act on it). The pool is heated now which is great & I also heard about the new remodels. Overall, we are excited for the changes to come and looking forward to actually living in a LUXURY community.
