Gaslighting by the managers only care or call when you leave a review. Move in- so dirty, floorboards loose and lack of caulking but painted over. Bugs! Just don’t move here The residents are nice and the pool is nice Bedrooms are small and way overpriced Management is horrible

Not sure where to begin with this place other than I cannot wait to be able to move out and I rarely leave reviews. I have addressed concerns with the revolving door of managers we've had in recent years, and while they appear to "hear" you, they do nothing. For example, reported vomit in one of the stairwells twice about 5 months ago. Was told, thanks for letting us know. Vomit is now an encrusted part of the stairwell as it was never cleaned up. We have a new fob system which works so well, the door I typically enter and exit from routinely has a rock propping it open as the fobs don't work for some reason.Not to mention the garage doors that break so often I'm not sure why we even continue to have them. There are several doors all around the property that have parts of them hanging on by a thread. I was told the staff conducts property walks to look for such things but it is apparent this doesn't occur or these types of items would be regularly addressed. Our pool was shut down this week by the City of Richardson Health Department. None of the lights in or surrounding the pool come on at night anymore which I imagine poses a safety risk but not sure how they would ever know. The gate to the pool itself hasn't actually functioned as a real gate in months. Maintenance doesn't seem to know how to fix much especially if the issue is not actively happening at the time they decide to enter your apartment. And when they leave, your apartment may have shoe prints on the floors, random lights left on, there's no consideration for leaving your home as they found it when they entered. I recently had an issue with a running toilet which I had to have addressed multiple times.The upkeep on this community in comparison to those surrounding it is a joke. The occasional project they choose to take on seems to always be only half or less than half completed and certainly without any oversight or confirmation from management. I know that staffing is hard right now and turnover is ongoing, but the lack of care in general from the site staff that exists and the management company overall leads me to not ever want to consider living at any Windsor community much less to refer anyone to Windsor Cityline. I even reached out to corporate and received and email asking for a time to chat. I responded with 2 days I was available....over a month ago. No response.

Elevator breaks just about every month. Garage doors have been broken for 3 months. Rent is on the high end. Overall, a 4/5

Love the location. People in the office are helpful. However, the elevators keep going out of service and we've only been here 3 weeks. Two doors in the hallway of the 4th floor have access if anyone makes their way into the hall through the garage door. The key bob isn't necessary because it doesn't work and anyone can get through. Wish that were taken care of as well as the EXIT sign near our door. It wobbles and isn't firmly attached to the ceiling. I told Celsee and maintenance manager about it week before last and nothing done. Love the doggie area and the rooftop lounge.
Very happy with the quality of maintenance at Windsor. Ernesto came to fix our AC the other day and he did a great job. He showed up and fixed the problem in very little time. The whole maintenance team is so kind and friendly, which we appreciate
I am enjoying my new home and neighborhood and appreciate the level of attention I have received so far from property management, maintenance, and pest control. The only minor issues concerned ants in my bathroom and the noise level with my next door neighbors. The ants are now gone and the neighbors were considerate enough to make accommodations which I appreciate. My unit is gorgeous, the amenities top notch, and the area is safe, walkable and convenient. I made a great choice by moving to Windsor.
The "Emergency maintenance line" is a joke. I called twice for the same problem only for someone to never show up, never offer a solution, never contact me, and then send an automated email claiming the issue was resolved.
I visited several buildings in Cityline and Windsor was the best. Great amenities, friendly staff, well kept and great location. My 2 bedroom layout is just what I was looking for with big walk-in closets in both rooms. Overall great experience so far.
When I first moved into the community, it was very pleasant and any issues I had were addressed fairly quickly. Having lived here for over 2 years now, the quality has gone down and the neighbors have been much noisier. There are people who consistently race down the streets at all hours and the neighbors are considerably noisier with no regard to the community. There are cracks on the walls and the only solution the team have made was to paint over the cracks, which would reappear very quickly.
Perfect location with the amenities we need combined with strong staff support! The staff has been very responsive to our needs and requests. The parking facilities are ideal- a real asset in our location!
My husband and I moved here after getting married and we plan to stay forever or at least till we buy our forever home. Great homey feel and a wonderful place to call home.

I found black mold in my utility closet and the first thing said to me by the leasing office personnel was "that door is suppose to be locked, so how did you even get in there". I found that response quite off-putting, considering the nature of event. The lack of communication can definitely be improved; the painters arrived at 8:30am to begin work on removing the black mold and the maintenance manager ensured me he would call once they completed so I could return home. I did not receive any update, so called the front office to ask if the job has been complete. She said "the work order is still open, so no". I waited longer and called again, before the office closed, to ask again. I have a camera in my living room and saw no activity for hours, so I assumed the job was done but wanted to make sure it was safe to enter my home. The same person in the office and answered and gave me the same reply with "the work order is still open, so the job is incomplete". She didn't even reach out to maintenance to ask, even when I told her I've been waiting to enter my home for 8 hours and have seen no activity in my home. I still have not received any sort of update. Also, the valve on my hot water heater is not replaced, so it is still making the sound of rushing water.

The biggest downfall is that tenants are now being forced to use a Windsor selected credit card to pay rent online or pay an additional fee if you decline to use it.

I had a ton of issues with my unit at move in and seemed to not been checked out prior when i was promised they do a quick clean and walk through (lightbulbs out, broken oven, stripped paint, stained walls, water pressure super low etc.) Had to put in a work order. Disappointed with the parking garage. Was not transparent about the call box. Only 1 agent staffed on weekdays and weekend! No internet service in the gym, package delivery is not systematic (sometimes in front of your door and sometimes in the package room) hallways are full of dents, stripped paint etc, but the maintenance team is great and leasing staff is friendly.
Awful move in experience. overcharged for last months rent in the prior unit. Got key to a different unit that was not move in ready. Received a different unit and was given the wrong key causing my move in to be pushed back, had to miss work, caused so much stress that was avoidable if staff was more organized and prepared. Still waiting to see the credit for the amount I overpaid. Had the nerve to place a notice to vacate when the ledger is not accurate. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Wonderful location - lots of open space to walk outdoors, high end restaurants and groceries. Quiet and friendly community. Extremely efficient and responsive management and also the staff help with timely resolution of any maintenance issues .
Wonderful place to live, have been here few weeks and it has been a great experience.
After only a few weeks, so far no issues. The locationis great, not right on top of the stores and bars and restaurants, but close enough. Love the Whole foods entire shopping complex across the street. The unit is spacious, everything was clean and well kept. Not crazy about my garage facing view, but I'm getting used to it. My plants on the balcony get plenty of sun and makes me happy. Great staff so far. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental.

I love Windsor Cityline. By far the best apartment community I have lived in. The amenities are always clean and the office and maintenance staff are kind and professional.
Staying at Windsor Cityline has been one of the best experiences I’ve had living in apartments. It is usually quiet but there is plenty to do around the area. I enjoy its location next to a dog park and just watching people go about their day. Aside from that all the amenities are great! Maintenance and valet trash is very reliable. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Overall, I had a positive move in experience. The only feedback I have would be for you to provide more information upon receiving keys. For example how to allow guest access and where guest parking is located, valet trash rules and any other related pertinent info residents need to be aware of.

In our three years of residency at Windsor CityLine, we have not been disappointed in the maintenance/service with respect to our home and feel that this is a valuable asset in our living experience! I've been at Windsor CityLine for about 5 years. The apartment complex has always had attentive and helpful staff. The area around CityLine has always been peaceful and relaxing.
Cityline is a very good place to live in. With all the facilities windsor provides to its residents it makes living here even more comfortable. The availability of pool, gym and the location of transport stations nearby and other shops all are in walkable range
Amazing staff that has gone above and beyond from the initial tour and throughout by entire experience. Taylor, Allison and Danguole (as well as the maintenance team) are always friendly, smiling and ready to offer solutions! Our apartment home is stunning and the community is gorgeous and well kept!
Excellent maintenance as always. Very prompt and professional. Always giving extra care and answer any questions. I’ve been a resident going on 3 years. I had some bulbs burned out. So very thankful. Apartment looks as bright as the day I moved in, revealing the beautiful color theme, carpentry trim work and high quality finishing.
Not sure what is important to maintenance staff as each of our requests take at least 4 days and only acted when a call us made and situation explained. We do not know which request is complete and what was done or the outcome! Poor service

I love my new apartment. The living room is so spacious and beautiful!! The people that work and live here are friendly. I’m hoping on staying here awhile!! Oh, and I have a a walk-in shower which is a plus.

I've been living here at CityLine for the past 5 years. Living here has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The parking garage has been a huge plus for the harsh weather conditions and reliable in general. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Convenient being able to live so close to the store and next to the freeway.
Was not informed about building/construction hindrance in my walk-in closet prior to move in, so the floor plan I was given did not match at all my closet space; will not trust office again until they earn it back. It was also brushed off when I first commented like it wasn’t a big deal. However, Joe, who is temporarily at our location in the office, has been extremely helpful and kind in the last few days. He has made up for a lot of initial mistrust and treatment.
The staff is helpful and available. The apartments are nice and the amenities are what sold me on the apartment.
Kristie Was fantastic to take the time on a Sunday to show my husband and I around we absolutely fell in love with a place. Allison is also wonderful very sweet very informative. And I’m really terrible with names of the manager she’s fantastic, the maintenance guys are above and beyond
