Property Ratings at Windsor Court and Tower
I am writing this review only for my present problem. I have been sleeping in the furnace for 2 nights and now this is 3rd day because my AC in the apartment is not cooling. It is so hot in here, i called the services and someone came and said that it is fixed but IT IS NOT. If i am feeling so sick because i am feeling so hot and i am sweating and i do not know what else to do about it. I am just stating what is happening right now.
I have lived here for just over a year and cannot wait to move out. If you have a fear of rodents like me DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has a serious rat infestation problem due to poor waste management. From my experience the dumpsters are always overflowing, and trash is left overflowing for days at a time, it’s so bad that while walking by you can actually smell the rotting garbage. Naturally rodents are drawn by the smell and there are several rat burrows/colonies in the surrounding area. Arguably, the rodent population are residents at Windsor apartments. The rats in the apartment complex are massive (think, the size of a small dog) and I have seen several dead rats on the sidewalk, left for days before management removes them. It is no surprise that rats have made their way into the apartments themselves. in January 2022 alone I saw 6 or 7 different rats in my apartment despite the fact that I have kept it very clean. I know they were different rats because I have had to take matters into my own hands and set rats traps, killing several but they just keep coming, it is truly vile. I keep my apartment very clean, don’t leave trash overnight in my kitchen, I sweep and mop regularly; it’s a one bedroom apartment so it’s quite small and easy to keep clean, but the rats keep coming. I have called pest control several times in the time I’ve lived here, and there were two instances where pest control did not bother checking my apartment due to a miscommunication with management, meaning that I had to wait another two weeks for them to come by. The rats in the apartments are much smaller and squeeze in through the vents/ holes in the carpets etc, I know this because I had to seal my hvac closet with unsightly blue tape to try to keep the rats out, though they found another way into the apartment (the doorframe of the front door, I later discovered). I could go on and on about my experience with rodents in this apartment complex, it has truly been a harrowing experience, a nightmare I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I have called maintenance so many time I have given up, dealing with rodents for over a year, the only solution is to move out. It is so bad that I am embarrassed to have guests over, if I am up past 12am with lights on it’s almost guaranteed that I will see a rat running around my living room. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED
Leasing office poorly managed, filthy place, rat and roach infested as well. This place is truly horrible. Please stay away.
This is one of the most poorly managed properties i've had the misfortune of dealing with. They guarantee one thing then flip the moment you bring it back up. Had to drive 5 hours out of state only to be told my "reserved" apartment had been sold that morning, even after confirming that I would be set to go once I got down there! Looking at other reviews this is more the norm than the exception. The place may look nice on the surface but once you get past that this is a hot garbage dump. Much better properties elsewhere
Stay away from this apartment complex. We submitted an application and didn't hear back for two weeks on whether we were accepted. Finally got a hold of someone from the leasing office to rescind the application. Set up an appointment the next day to pick up the $350 deposit. Showed up the next day and they didn't have our money. It was deposited without our consent. It has been a month and a half since then and we still don't have our money back. We call and can barely get someone to answer the phone. If we leave messages inquiring about our money, they never call us back. When someone does answer, they tell us the money will be in soon for us to pick up but it never is. Working with them has been like pulling teeth, so I can't imagine what it would be like to live there
why poor well at first you think you getting as clean with cheap rent apartment but NOPE i cant count how many times i clean my kitchen everyday but thousands of roaches appear and its just not my apartment you can ask your neighbors and i can assure you they wont be embarrassed to tell you the same they always send an exterminator but don't do nothing i wouldn't live here if rent was free so please please please ask the residents first oh and their pet policy well lets just say that if you get a dog and its not on the list that they have which they never show you well you will get kicked out
I am very happy with my apartment i have the one bedroom one bathroom apartment it's big and beautiful the balcony is also very big. Nice and quiet I can not hear any neighbors at all. Also Penda and Vanessa are very professional and they are really kind lady's. They give very good customer service.
It’s baffling how many mice I have caught in the few months I’ve been living here. No person should live like this. There are rats by the dumpster, someone even ran over a rat in the parking lot. The first night I moved in, found out there was a roach infestation. I expected to have piece of mind moving here but it has been utter chaos and I’ve been uneasy since.
Let me start off by saying it’s a shame you have to mail your rent off to the corporate office. Cause it’s incompetent people in there. Secondly this complex has a major water issue major leakages . People come smoke in the building and we have trifling people pooping and peeing in the stair case . I’m so glad I moved .
apartment is full of mices. i caught 8 mices in just 1 night. AC broke while temp outside is 105 degree and they said we have to wait until the next day to get it fixed. I had to take my family to a motel to spend the night with my expenses since the temp in the apartment was in the 90s. they dont care abt anyone concerns. it takes them days before some comes and fix things. the worst place to move into. i dont recommend it to anyone.
Windsor Court and Tower the worst apartment ever, full of roaches and mices. Please don't move here, Windsor Court and Tower is an apartment for animals not for human beings. Please look for a better place to live in not a farm house, very very poor management.
Please people should be very careful accepting the promotion because I stayed in the apartment for 7 months with holes, rats and different insects. It’s better you look for another apartment with rest of mind. I can never live in that apartment again even if the rent is a cent. Please be careful what you accept. Good luck y’all!!
These people are the most dishonest people I’ve ever met. The manager Ayo is a complete idiot. This is the third time they’ve sent me to court for late fees. And every single time the judge has dropped the case because he has no claim. I can’t wait to move out of the dump! WORST ADMINISTRATION EVER!!!
Worst staff Office my application took about 3 weeks they had me go back and forth I keep coming to the office with the requirements docs but they say bring a different one. I called regarding the status of appl but it ridiculous The assist manager is rude too she does not know how to speak To ppl. At this point I would like to cancel my application they really slow and the community is not great so it not worth coming here but if you want to waste your time you can apply here
Living here has been a nightmare They change the office staff so much This place is the worst I have begbugs n mice
I’m a current Resident at Windsor, to tell you the Truth is Place is HORRIBLE, new management is not doing they job. We live in infestation apartments very dirty. Maintenance Staffs are not doing what they supposed to be doing. I have an issue with my bath tub being clogged, I put the request for over 2 weeks now but up to now it hasn’t been fixed. I called the offices Several Times and went there myself, there’s new ppl in the office everyday you go they never report the issue. This Young girl who work There name Tida haven’t seen her for a long time she was the only person who have Sense in the Office. I guest She Got Tired and left too. It’s Horrible . But when it comes to Make Rent Payment if you’re 5 second late they will be sending you Notices Everyday. There’s EVICTIONS here every month you see them put ppl stuffs Outside. I can’t wait to be moving out of this Place. Living in a Shelter is 1000 time better than living here.
I read a lot of reviews on here and I never want to come to this place , I took a chance when I got there I met TIDA she welcomed me she is very nice and professional She has a great personality . She will take her time and explain how the process goes and seems very honest. I put up my application she worked on it and now I’m moving into my new apartment. Tida You’re AWSOME!!
This is a horrible place to rent. Their apartments are infested with roaches and mice. No one does anything about it. Their apartments are old and I WOULD NOT recommend this place. Please believe me, you will regret moving in here. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
Windsor court and tower apartments are filled with roaches and mice!!! Please DO NOT rent here. This has been the worst place I have ever lived in. Apartments are old and unkept. Management does nothing about it when you complain. Started seeing roaches and mice 3 weeks after we moved in. Maintenance does not attend to your issues. Very poor poor place to live in. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move out of here.
I live in building 13918 for 4 years it's a really nice area great neighborhood maintenance are great they don't respond fast but they will get the job done. As far as the office team I have had issues with the leasing manager( very disrespectful). Ms TIDA is the best thing that ever happen to the leasing office very professional , polite and respectful always ready to helpfull. I HIGHLY recommend
I came to Windsor for an apartment and I came across Ms Tida a leasing Consultant who was very helpful she took me for a tour and explain the rules and regulations. I highly recommend everyone to come to her for advice she's great on customer service. The place is real nice and prices are great. I can't wait to be a RESIDENT.
I came to look for an apartment and this beautiful young lady her name is TIDA she was soo helpful her customer service skills are extraordinary she help me have an apartment and she processed my application so quick and now I can wait to move in my new apartment soon!
I live in a tower and whenever I have a maintenance order one lady by the name of Tida is always helpful after the maintenance work is done ms Tida will call back and check to make sure it was done properly very polite! The maintenance crew are amazing
My apartment is very spacious! Rafeal and Jada from the rental office are very pleasant. They really work hard to help you if anything is needed. I have no complaints for the money. The community have a lot of different cultures. My only argument is that they do not have a gym, but this is the most space you will ever get in this area for the price.
I would never recommend anyone to move here ever! Nice apartment and good price, but not worth it...trust me find some where else to live.
The neighborhood is horrible, not necessarily "lock your doors at all times" dangerous but close. The area bordering castle Blvd is actually good which is baffling. Apartments smell from inconsiderate neighbors and the amenities suck - no visitor parking unless you go get a slip from lease office every time you have company. I'm moving out ASAP.
The apartments are very spacious with all the smenities. Convenient location, schools, shopping center and much more. The staff in the rental office are very courteous and respectful. They keep the community clean and beautiful. I love my community and I look forward to coming home everyday.9
Great place to raise your kids the maintenance is good. The shopping center close by .Elementary school across the street. It's really safe
