I love the apartment. All the appliences are new and the free heating and cooling is a nice bonus. Ambar was very nice to us and made the move in process a whole lot better. Overall good experience ????????????

Honestly Windsor Court is a pretty nice place to live, it’s quiet, clean, and the people that live In there are friendly. The receptionist was very helpful and nice which made my experience much better. If you’re looking for a place definitely consider Windsor Court.

Ambar helped me with the move in process and she’s absolutely amazing! The property is quiet and neighbors are respectful! Across the street from a major shopping center!

Nicole, helped me find the exact apartment I was looking for when things were not looking the best. She worked with me, walked me through everything as it was my first time renting, and I can’t thank her and her coworkers enough for all the help that gave.

The apartments are very clean and the pricing i almost unbeatable. My property manager Kiara was amazing at helping me and making the move in process as smooth as it could be.

When I first moved in 5 months ago, everything was great - move in was smooth, unit was furnished, someone was always in the office, can always get a hold of someone via phone/text. Jenn was a great help to me when I was adapting to living on my own (she’s mainly the reason why I refrained from giving this rating a one or two stars). However, when Jenn left, that’s when everything went downhill. There was hardly anyone in the office, so paying rent on time could be a hassle, calling the main office was almost impossible because hardly anyone ever picks up, and the people who answers the phone after hours are just rude (not customer friendly at all).

I am glad that I found Windsor Court. I have one of the renovated units that has everything I need. I have already met some of my neighbors. I know I am really going to like it here.

Can't beat the location. Close to campus and being from out of town everything is so close and easy to get to. Jenn was right....it is a perfect location for me.

This is our first place living together. It is the perfect size to start out. Our fully remodeled unit has modern updated appliances, and the bathroom is beautiful. Smooth move in and Jenn was very helpful. So excited to be here!

The Windsor Court Apartments offered the short term leasing options I needed for work purposes. Jenn, the office manager, has been extremely helpful in the completion of paper work and helping make move in a simple process. The apartment location is also ideal. Grocery stores, gas stations, banks, and restaurants are all easily accessible. I would recommend to people looking to live in the area.

Love that everything is in walking distance. That will save me a TON of money on gas for my car since I commute. I'm quite pleased because its so nice & quiet!

I am here for work for a short contract. Perfect location for me and the move in process was a breeze. MUCH better than a hotel since I love to cook!

My brother and I are here for work for a few months. The space is great for what we need since we work all the time. MUCH better than a hotel since we love to cook. You can't beat this location.....and if we ever need to come back we will know to call Jenn!

This is my first apartment and I like the area and like the nice and warm place in chicopee

The people are very nice and super helpful. The space is just what you need for a short term lease. It is safe and the apartments look nice inside and out. The appliances are great and the cable is a pretty good package. The only complaint is that the Internet that is included is slow. The apartment is in a great between location, great for getting to Baystate, Chicopee, Springfield, and South Hadley. Lots of good chain restaurants nearby and a great Indian place within walking distance.
