I live in a very luxurious apartment building on the east side of Manhattan. Settled right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of young professionals, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. A quick walk to the east river, it is a great place to live! My current apartment building has a Doorman, Elevator, Gym, Roof, Laundry, Dry Cleaning Service and many more amenities that you can't find anywhere else.
Windsor court is apartment living at its finest. The building and apartments are beautiful. I love my granite kitchen and bathroom. Laundry on every floor is great. The staff and doormen are friendly and helpful. Its in a great location in the heart of Murray Hill, just a few blocks from the 6 train.
The location is great and so are most of the staff. However, the management company, ogden cap properties, is absolutely terrible.
WINDSOR COURT HAS IT ALL, CLUB ON ROOF,SWIMMING CLUBS AND THE CUTEST TENANTS IN NEW YORK. NO BODY OVER 35 LIVES IN THE TWO TOWERS
The building is always clean and they have a very friendly staff on hand to assist will all of your needs.
This building has been great! It's half families/adults and the other half young people who just graduated college. It's really convenient with all of the amenities and I really love having the gym/rooftop and the front outdoor space to have some outside time in NYC without having to travel too far. The doormen and staff are incredibly nice and always willing to help out. Unfortunately the management company is kind of a pain and often just rude people in general. They aren't very understanding or accommodating even if you're a good tenant. Also it has horribly inconvenient hours if you have a full time job. You don't need a broker to rent in the building so save yourself the brokers fee and just go to the management office to view the building.
I moved into Windsor Court with my boyfriend about a month ago and so far the apartment itself is amazing! We have an outdoor space and the apartment itself is spacious and has a nice flow. I would say that moving in was a hastle though, because you are not allowed to bring anything larger than a shoulder bag through the service entrance unless you reserve the elevator; I moved from a few streets over so casually bringing items over a period of time and picking up large boxed items from Costco was quite annoying. Once the move was over, it's been very pleasant!
