With its tree-lined streets and large homes on large, landscaped lots, Jackson is an attractive town located about 26 miles southeast of Trenton. The town enjoys a robust tourism industry, home to Six Flags Great Adventure. This theme park is home to the world's tallest roller coaster, Kingda Ka. The roller coast is 45 stories (456 feet) high and goes from 0 to 128 mph in 3.5 seconds. Next to Six Flags Great Adventure, Safari Off Road Adventure takes visitors on an off-road adventure along 350 acres that's home to 1,200 animals from six continents.
Jackson's location is ideal, roughly halfway between Trenton and the Jersey Shore, with less than 30 minutes to both. New York City is about an hour away, accessible via I-95 or the Garden State Parkway. Bus service is also available. In addition to the theme parks, Jackson is home to the Metedeconk National Golf Club, the Pine Barrens Golf Club, Eagle Ridge Golf Club, and the Colliers Mills Wildlife Management Area.

Property Ratings at Windsor Crescent
If you get in you can expect to never have anything repaired or replaced. Appliances as old as the buildings will flood your apartment and the water is left to turn to mold. Dishwashers 13 years old and no longer working will not be replaced. Expect management to give you one lie after the next. “We don’t have anyone to do that right now.’” I went a year without an oven, 6 months with a broken dishwasher and a washing and dryer that do not work. CIS management continue to build new properties and get tax credits but what they don’t do is maintain the properties or manage the degenerate tenants who kick your doors at night and throw trash all over the development. Sad truth.
Corporate office is horrible, they don’t care about the residents needs and concerns. They can’t even keep staff. Constant turnover with both management and maintenance. We had a good team a few months back but they quickly delegated one by one. That was really the only time things got done here. Work orders don’t get done, manager don’t respond to calls or emails. Corporate font return residents calls regarding complaints. Not to mention the drugs and rude disrespectful tenants !
Place is ok, washer and dryer in every unit. Kids in the neighborhood have no respect and run wild, cursing and throwing trash everywhere. Maintenance does nothing and is usually drunk. Never responds to emergency calls despite living on site. Lots of drugs and shady people have moved back in as of late. Cops are constantly driving through because of calls to them. Use this place to save up money then get out ASAP!! Not a great place to raise a family but would be great for college kids since they would fit right in with the drugs and alcohol throughout the complex.
Located in the heart of Jackson NJ. Close to shopping, the shore and Six Flags Great Adventure. The apartments are spacious and it's the newest complex in the area. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very accommodating. The school system is great and provides transportation. Easy access to major highways.
