The common areas have constant maintenance. the response of the condominium to inconveniences in the apartment has been fast and efficient. It is a good place to live.

I'm a 7th grade ELA teacher in Pompano and I was in a rush to move years ago and came across Windsor Forest. From the moment I came onto the property, I knew I was home. I've been living in this neighborhood for 3 years now and enjoy it immensely. There are 2 pools, a gym, a BBQ area, little playground and now we have a number of beautiful new trees to add to the overall nature feel. I happen to have a balcony right by the pool and I have to say, NOTHING beats the view I have of the sky ?? Lisa is an incredible property manager and she reminds me of friends and family from back up north. Jose,Fidel, and the rest of the maintenance crew are all so helpful, warm, and friendly. Jose even put air in my tire one day when he noticed it was almost completely flat. He did NOT have to do that, but he did and it was so helpful and sweet. Ovelyn who works in the office is a BRIGHT shining star that greets me with a big beautiful smile and we have our chats when I come to get my packages or just to say hello. All of the women in the office are genuinely kind and good people, which is very rare. Honestly, this neighborhood is in a good location, has a wonderful staff, and consistently improving the grounds. Come check it out ?? I'm sure you'll love it!!

I just moved here and they made the process simple....I love the wood floors and clean surroundings..great bargain for the money

I lived at Windsor forest in pompano apt B224 since 2014... I can say it's a very good place to live, it's quiet, prices are reasonable and they keep it very clean...I had to move out because of my work and I really missed living there.

This property has an amazing property manager called Lisa. I love to live here, Windsor Forest has a lot of great amenities and it is located close to the I-95. Very easy to go anywhere. I love my apartment! Thanks Lisa for everything you do for your residents.

I Spoked to Giselle on Facebook and from the beginning she was super kind with me . Unfortunately , I made an appointment to see the building and I couldn't make on time because I was working and I was so afraid to lose the Special she gave it to me. So , the other day she contacted me in the morning and I explained to her what happened and she completely understood and scheduled me for the next day. I'm so happy that I could find an apartment for my family and I with the easy process, nice apartments, good location and amazing Special Move in. Thanks Giselle for everything you have done for me.

We rented there for over 3 years and had the best experience with the staff and the environment we had a place to call home ! Thanks so much !!! Five Stars all the way !!!!

Been here for over 7 years. Seen it switch ownership many times. And I have to say, I am so happy to be here. The management makes every effort to accommodate any and all requests. I as many tenants have run in to difficulties paying their rent and as long as long as you speak to the manager, she is willing to work with you. I would totally recommended this place to anyone interested. The grounds sre awesome and very clean. Super convenient to 95, turnpike and walking distance to Tri Rail and bus stops. .Maintenance guys are good and super respectful.

Worse living experience ever.... Please take note how they treat you in the initial meeting and then when you need repairs or service. I had a terrible experience living here. Roaches were actually in my kitchen ceiling panels, in my refrigerator,a brand new microwave, and was in the lining of my living room couches.( All 3 items I threw out when i moved out) I advised the staff and got no response. I tell manager , after i got no reply and she said" I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS EARLY IN THE MORNING, I HAVE 300 OTHER UNITS TO WORRY ABOUT !!" And to really put the icing on the cake, I contacted maintenance for a repair item, they left my door ajar after they left, and because i was at work when they repaired the issue they put my apartment at risk for being robbed or even worse. They charged a fee for not " waxing the floors" on move out and waited the full 30 days to return my balance. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! If there was a NEGATIVE STAR,this property would win hands down.

I applied and was able to receive a quick response from Mr.Yoga, I actually applied from Clearwater Florida and Mr. Yoga still made this intense process so very easy,can't wait to meet you in 2 weeks. Mr.Miguel from one of their sister properties referred me to Windsor Forrest and that was great because its actually easier to reach to work. Thank you Mr. Yoga/ Miguel

OVERPRICED! That's the only to describe these apartments. The apartments are really old and everything including dishwasher, fridge don't work properly and no microwave. Be careful how much deposit you are giving becuase you won't get that back.

I recently moved into a 1x1 at Windsor and so far I love it! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the apartment I moved into has been updated (kitchen, floors, bathroom), and the apartment is very spacious. The former complex I used to live in had paper thin walls, Windsor is not the case - I cant hear my neighbors which great! I can however hear when someone is out in the hall which is no big deal. Being close to the highway is a definite plus, surprisingly you cant hear any of the highway noise. Pool areas are very nice and they have a gym! My only negative comment would be the surrounding complex’s, they are a bit sketchy… But Windsor does have a security guard patrolling at night which is very reassuring. You can really tell that the staff cares about its tenants and property.

We moved in almost a year ago & have been so impressed with all the upgrades that continue to take place. From new cabinets & counter tops (both kitchen & bath), new appliances, fitness center, & beautiful landscaping, the place continues to look & feel more upscale. Lisa, Miguel & the staff are always helpful & really stay on top of things. The proximity to I-95 makes for an easy commute as well. We recommend it highly!

I've been a resident here since July 2010 and getting ready to renew another year. Since I've been here, managemt has changed three times and ownership twice. Currently, the new owners have really enhanced the grounds; improved the playground with safer equipment, added a fitness center, picnic area, and lovely landscaping. There are 2 pools. Pet friendly with dog walk area and bags provided. Family friendly and quite the quiet neighborhood. No known thefts, break-ins or problems. 24hr emergency maintenance, security on ground, leasing office open 7 days a week with very pleasant staff willing to go above and beyond. We are located near major highway and only 15 minutes to the beach, what could be better. They have two story buildings consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units. I currently reside in the 1 bedroom and no shortage of closet space, spacious bedroom, laundry facility each floor. I've been very pleased with new owners and happily will remain a resident here at Windsor Forest. Come join my neighborhood!!

This apartment place was very patient with me and my roommate in the move in process the man that works in the office is great I give him a thumbs up for sure keep up the great work

As I visited the apartment I seen rat feces and the owner told me they had to exterminate for bed bugs.

I've been at Winsdor for almost a year now, Im currently renting a 2/2 hardwood flooring , amazing balcony and landscaping. Ive lived at different apartment locations from fort Lauderdale to Deerfield beach but this place is amazing. Their staff, security officers and maintenance staff are reliable, friendly and attentive to the tenant's needs!

This is my first apartment and i can't really complain about it. Only issue ive had so far is one of the repair attendants walked into my home without permission and i was changing my clothes; so i had to yell at him to get out my house, i understand you was only trying to do your job but that makes me feel nervous when i am not are they coming into my home? Other then that its nice and quiet, umm the apartments are semi small but if its only two people then its enough space, and best of all always hot water

I've lived here for 5 years now and FINALLY there's a management team I feel doing things right for this community. Currently known as Windsor Forest Apartments, this property has gone through many names and management teams/owners. The property has 1 or 2 bedroom spacious bedroom apartments, water included, laundry facility all buildings, pet friendly, 2 pools, brand new playground sturdy and safe for the children and closed circuit surveillance cameras for your safety. Good lighting in parking lots with plenty of parking. Residents are friendly. Located close to I-95 and minutes from local shopping and dinning. Rental options beyond the standard 12 month typical lease. I would recommend Windsor Forest Apartments for anyone looking for a spacious, quiet, friendly community.
