Property Ratings at Windsor Forest Townhomes
Great place to live nearby shopping. They take care of any issues in a timely manner.
I lived here for 4 years at 1110 inverness circle my name is Chris I just wanted to say Debbie the office assistant does a wonderful job on maintenance request and taking care of various issues. It has been a pleasure living here.
Maintenance is HORRIBLE. Apartments are atrocious. The quickest thing that they get done is making sure you pay rent and they never answer the phone or call tenants back. Once they get your money that’s all it’s about. No decency.
The staff is rude from the office people to maintenance guys. They don't fix anything just patch it up, the units are so old and outdated. They changed management three times Since I lived there.
I have been here for a little over a year and had about 30 issues with my unit since I moved in. Only 3.5 of the issues were fixed. Yes i said .5 because 1 of the issues was literally only partially fixed. Contacting corporate is pointless because they dnt return missed calls/voicemails. Living here is fine for if all you need is a place to lay your head.
New owners and they just don't care. The apartments are trash and out dated. One of the front office people don't know how to do her job and is unorganized and a complete mess
I have been living here for almost 2 years now. Last year from May until October I had to deal with sewer flies during the shutdown. I was told nothing could be done and to basically just live with it. After 2 weeks of moving in my laundry closet door come off, a bedroom closet door fell and missed my 2 year old granddaughter by inches, my hall closet door is now completely off after being put back on several times. These units need serious updating but rent is still extremely high. For the rent that is being charged there should be updates to the units and more amenities being offer. I am counting the days until the end of my lease. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Been living here for a year now my bedroom ceiling has been leaking for two months i keep calling the office for maintenance to come and fix it and they say because its leaking there is nothing they can do until it dries and yet they never came back and i am forced to live with TWO continuous leaks in my bedroom one of them being DIRECTLY over my bed. They dont update the units but the rent has increased. I cant wait to move out of here.I wish i could post the pictures I’ve taken. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.
i love living at Windsor Forest!! i LOVE the fact they offer pest control free of charge!! the girls in the office are always great and maintenance cares very much about his property! 10/10 recommend!!
I lived in Windsor Forest from 1/03-1/04 & absolutely loved it! The 1 bedroom/2 story plan was great plus they welcomed my babies aka 2 American Bulldogs (Big Rock & Lil Roxy) with open arms. Much respect. Jade of the American Gladiators
I've lived here for a little over a year although I am planning on moving for cheaper more kids friendly neighborhood.I have to say the office staff are wonderful and the matinence guys a bit rude and he smells like alcohol but other than that my only complaint would be the parking if you get home at night. And the upstairs bathrooms are dated. Could use a upgrade like the ones in the video they show. I wld say not bad for the area very convenient to everything.!!:-)

We appreciate your input! ) Please contact the office in regards to the bathroom upgrade. We have been upgrading all bathrooms, kitchens and windows. We've already replaced all the exterior lighting as well as repaved the parking lots. We love to keep longterm residents and would be more then happy to offer you a bathroom upgrade at no cost to you. All you have to do is ask! ) thanks in advance, Windsor Management
While the office staff is great and understanding, the 2 men that have ever come to fix issues in the home where very forgetful and lazy. Our brand new washer wasn't working and come to find out, they forgot to turn the water back on to it. Witch also meant that they didn't know it also sprayed everywhere when it was turned on. They never fixed it. They had a short plastic tube to go from the water into a larger pipe, the plastic tubing only hung about 3-4 inches in to the larger pipe. So we had to tie the plastic tube taught so it wouldn't come spraying out. The sink and dishwasher constantly got backed up and the "maintenance" man even said to me that it was most likely because the pipes that it went to underground had collapsed and he knew this because if he sends the snake far enough he'll eventually pull out clay. Our last straw was the vent from the dryer leaked so bad it cracked the ceiling and leaked whenever we used it. Again, never fixed. He told me it was most likely from dust and lint getting up there and clogging it so the steam condensed and didn't move properly.you could tell this had been a problem before because it was patched up. Let me just say we stayed for 6 months.

We are really disappointed to hear that you were not happy with our maintenance staff. We strive to make Windsor Forest Townhomes a great and enjoyable place to live and are constantly implementing changes in order to make that happen. Thank you very much for the review, we always take feedback into consideration and this was very helpful in showing us how we can do better.
Have lived here since June of 2011. The manager is always very quick to respond to any issue that comes up. The maintenance person another poster was complaining about has always been professional and willing to bend over backwards to ensure any problem that needs fixing gets fixed the first time. Great location within driving distance to most of the major highways and shopping centers in the area. The one drawback is that sometimes neighbors can be inconsiderate of one another when it comes to playing loud music but other than that Windsor Forest is a great place to live!

We have been here since Nov. 2012 and have been treated like gold. We are super grateful to the staff and owners, when our washer broke they replaced it, when our AC went out it was back on in 2 hours. We are very happy and extending our stay. The manager is amazing and the owner is AMAZING! to be completely honest the noise at night can be disturbing, people have no respect for their neighbors, they fight publicly, they use horrible language......but you cannot control what other people do. We love the management here and will continue to stay as they have really been there for us.
