Windsor Gardens Apartments

I have lived here for two years and never had a problem sleeping during the day before my third shift hours. The grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Snow removal is timely and helpful. Located close to the highway and not too far from Gates or Chili shopping areas.

I've lived at Windsor Gardens over 5 years now. The property has been consistently clean, well maintained and peaceful. There staff are welcoming, professional and helpful. The neighbors are considerate, and pleasant. I appreciate the effort the property makes at keeping us notified about any possible inconveniences. We are given ample notification about upcoming maintenance and closures. All maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Windsor Gardens is top notch.

The community is great here along with the layout of the apartments. It's a great starter apartment! It was clean and had everything we needed when we moved in. It now feels like home! The employees are very responsive if there is a concern or question as well.

I have lived here for the past year after a friend recommend and have no complaints. The property is clean and the staff is nice and responsive. Only had to make one service call and all was fixed within the hour.In-unit Laundry is always a plus and is not a huge addition in rent. Great place to live and looking forward to another year

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and I appreciate the quiet location that’s very convenient for getting to highways and stores. Maintenance is responsive and they take care of the mowing and snow removal. I do wish the apartment would put in a new pool soon. That was my one disappointment when the old one closed before last summer!

For the best year I have lived here, and have nothing but positive experiences. The maintenance staff always comes to fix problems extremely fast, the office staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I always feel safe when I walk around and have never felt unwelcome. It is a great place to call home.

I have lived here almost 4 years now and plan to stay here. My one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and the buildings and grounds are well maintained. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet. The Welcome center with its laundry and exercise room is a big plus, open 24/7. The management is also very helpful and professional.

At Windsor Garden Apartments the landscape is beautiful and welcoming. The Laundry facility is very clean and neat. The conference room is inviting and a pleasure to use. Maintenance has always been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The outside is well kept. However. You must have quiet neighbors to live above you. You hear everything! Hear them Going to the bathroom,walking, bed squeaking. Dropping stuff.

Windsor Gardens has been an incredible place to live, especially as a student. It is affordable, the community is beautiful, management is quick to respond and always willing to help with whatever you need, and it's in a convenient location where you can get anywhere in the Rochester area relatively quickly! I have lived in the Windsor Gardens apartment community for two years and will be renewing my lease for a third year. This place is very quiet. Management, the maintenance staff and neighbor residents are friendly and helpful. Management is responsive to questions and comments. Maintenance, whether emergency or routine, is quick, professional and effective. I’ve never had to call twice for the same issue. Snow removal is prompt and thorough and all walkways are salted—and buckets of ice-melt are available at each entrance. The common areas are kept clean. The Laundry facility is exceptionally clean and neat so it’s a pleasure to use. I enjoy my apartment even though it’s a studio. There’s a feeling of spaciousness thanks to a great floor plan that helps define separate areas. I have a peaceful view out my windows that run almost the entire length of my longest wall—there’s a lush green lawn bordered by dense foliage from trees growing parallel to Manatou Road.

Windsor Gardens Apartments has been our home for many years now, we still like calling these apartments home. The office staff are always helpful and keep tenants informed about when maintenance will be entering the residence to do repairs. The property has remained maintained and groomed to enjoy. It's also nice to come home to a quiet building, which is that way the majority of the time. The apartments are roomy, there's different models of apartments to choose from. We have an onsite laundry area and a community room for gatherings with family and friends. So, check out Windsor Gardens and make it your home.

We've lived here for a year. The office has changed staff so I only know Mrs. Patricia and she's always pleasant and helpful. Maintenence comes in a timely manner when you call about a problem. Maintenence is always kind when they come. The grounds are always kept up. There's no noise in my building but the smell of animals(cats, dog, and hamsters) is horrible. The staff keeps the inside of the building clean. My dislike is its always hard trying to find a parking space close to where I live. I'm always parked by the garbage can. It's like fighting to get a parking space close to my building and I don't like that.

I have lived at Windsor Gardens for nearly 14 years! The property is incredible and very well managed. Every year it keeps getting better. Every need that comes up and arises it has been taken care of quickly and efficiently. I love the location as it feels like everything I need / want is less than 20 minutes away which is key. Our apartment has afforded us space to raise our children and the area has afforded us the feeling of safety in doing so.
