Property Ratings at Windsor Gates
Living here for about a year now. Discouraged every time I go get a package from the leasing office because it’s nice! It smells good, the lights are bright and working. Then I go back to my building to a dingy smell, stains on the carpets, writing on the walls, lights not working in so many parts of the building. - 1st floor, 3rd floor stairwell, laundry rooms. And the barely usable gym. Then I look on here and am reminded of the beautiful gym I toured. And every time I go to the leasing office for anything. They have an unused pool room here that could be turned into a beautiful community room for this buildings ease of access. Really wish they would bring the other building up to the same living standard as the one they advertise. Currently on apartments.com looking for one that does.

I been living here for 7 months and I’m enjoying it the laundry room is amazing I love the work out room this building does a lot of activities which is really good for the kids I would definitely recommend this apartment to others…

I have a family member that lives at this property. Please be advised that you can't have vistors due to their parking guidelines. Schmitt Towing told a vistor that they can tow their car any time of the day if they do not have a parking permit. They were visiting and their car was towed before 10PM. If you plan on having visitors the Windsor Gates is not where you want to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that restrictions to parking are frustrating but after a great deal of input from our residents and their challenges with finding available parking, due to several factors, we made the difficult decision to implement a parking permit system. Unfortunately it does mean that guests must park on the street because our priority has to be to our residents that live in our community.
