Windsor Interlock is by far one of the best apartment communities we have lived here in Atlanta. From the wonderful amenities, excellent staff, great customer service, spacious floor plan, safety and security and the sense of community, we are glad to have made them our home. This neighborhood has so many great things to do around here as well as walkability. We are proud, grateful and happy that we chose Windsor Interlock.
Moving can be a but frustrating but the team was Kind friendly always smiling made it smooth. They work with you to ensure you’re satisfied. It’s quiet,’home’, I wish the common areas was open later but it’s understandable why they’re closed at a set time. Overall moving to Windsor interlock was definitely an upgrade.
Windsor Interlock is a great place to live. Apartments are very nice, well distributed, and spacious. Amenities are great too, the steam room, golf simulator and dry cleaning are not easy to find in many apartment complexes, for me they are a big add-on. The leasing office and management are very attentive and helpful, 100% recommend living here.
I love my Windsor community they’re always super fast,clean, and safe I never worry about too much when it comes to my home ! And David is an amazing maintenance man always in a good mood and always fast to get to the unit in need ! Love it here honestly
Lots of hiccups with the leasing process. Apartment wasn’t move in ready. Had a ton of help from media she was a savior but otherwise was pretty subpar. Generally get a lot of help from the office and really appreciate them but the moving/transferring was really difficult. Was told it was accidentally done the wrong way so it created issues which adds up but that’s still how I feel
Great amenities! Two types of Saunas, free coffee, pool looking at midtown, and my apartment has the same view as the pool.
Living at Windsor Interlock was a very bad experience. There is a big issue with dogs having accidents inside the hallways, elevators, and stairwells. The leasing office would send out emails asking people to please pick up after their dogs, but the issue continued. Also, the environment there is so noisy. The apartments are above two bars, with many more nearby, which are very loud on nights and weekends. Make sure to visit the community on a Saturday night if you are considering it.
I’ve loved living here at Windsor Interlock! The apartments are luxurious and the amenities are top-notch. The management staff is excellent and responsive.
I’ve lived here a week and a half now and the entire time I’ve been submitting requests for them to fix my blinds and they still have not fixed them. This apartment was not ready for my move-in.
My son and his roommates moved in to their apartment in late August. Thus far they have had an excellent experience living at Windsor. The staff is extremely professional and helpful.
Great service work and even provide helpful tips so my issue won’t occur again!

Windsor Interlock has great floor plans and amenities. The downside is that the hallways have a very strong weed smell. The weed smell trickles into my apartment home daily. It is very disappointing and no one seems to care about the no smoking policy that is stated in the lease. This could be a great place to live if the no smoking policy was reinforced and allow everyone to enjoy their apartment and property.
Maintenance staff is really responsive and quick to resolve issues. As good as any community I have lived in. There are issues. My biggest problem is the valet trash service just leads to people piling up trash outside of their apartment and the hallways smelling of garbage. If the trash shoot isn't working, people will just leave trash on the floor. Emails go out once a month on this subject but nothing changes, fines should be handed out every week until this problem is resolved. We pay too much to live in a building that smells of trash and this is leading me to consider not renewing my lease.
Maintenance staff is excellent at Windsor. Response is fast and fixed. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. No complaints. Thank you
Overall a nice place to live. Modern finishes and nice appliances. We have had two maintenance issues so far for which we received super fast service. The garage could use more EV charging spots.
I love the staff and amenities and residents are friendly.
The service team is always extremely prompt and does everything they can to make sure the issue is resolved.

Winsor Interlock is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We love the new apartment and the abundance of amenities. The location is unbeatable, gym has a great skyline view, and the maintenance staff has been so quick to respond and fix all needs.
First, Media and Tomorrow are amazing! Super great staff and even better complex. I moved in with a few days notice and locked in a decent rate compared to other complexes. The amenities are absolutely amazing! I love having access to a the gym 24hrs with a diverse range of equipment. The only con so far is that parking can be difficult if you pull in too late but it’s only been one time I couldn’t find a spot. Overall, this is the best complex in west midtown.
Lovely complex! Toni was super helpful getting my apartment leased and you can’t beat the restaurants etc that you can walk to!
So far so great! I no longer have to find parking to go to gym or sauna thanks to some of my amenities in my new community!!! During my move in I had the pleasure of listening to jazz played in the courtyard. I would like to thank Taylor and the rest of the staff for helping me with my move in.
I had the most buttery-smooth move in to my new apartment. Tomorrow and Doug were very helpful and treated me with such care. Would definitely recommend this community to a friend for it’s amazing team, amenities, and location.
Absolutely terrible so far. Can hear every move of my upstairs neighbor. Like a constant marching band or WWE event. Lease said 75% of apartment should ne covered in rugs. I am guessing they have 25% covered. I would almost pay a contractor myself to fix the issue (better insulation). Cannot wait for my lease to be up already.

Overall the complex is nice. Moving in was a pain. Moved from out of state. When we got there we were given keys and that’s it. We had to find our apartment and didn’t know where anything was. Asked about parking and a move in elevator and didn’t get any type of direction except just use whatever there was. Used normal elevator until we discovered there was indeed a huge move in service elevator and carts available a few days after move in by a maintenance worker. Disappointed this wasn’t shown to us when we moved in as moving in the normal elevator was difficult. Key fobs did not work for amenities for a few days which was disappointing as we were excited to explore, but it was eventually fixed. We had registered our car for parking but received 4 parking tickets in the mail a few weeks later. Had to consult office about getting these cancelled, which they did cancel them but the whole process was stressful and worrisome getting all the tickets. Overall move in was just alright, we thought we could have used just a little more help from the complex since we seem to pay a lot to live here. Overall living is good, the studio layout is fine, but no overhead light in the living room which is kind of odd. There is a frequent sewage smell in the bathroom which we put a request in for but the worker was not sure where it was coming from. Amenities are really nice and seem to be well kept. Quiet hours are understandable and walls keep things pretty quiet as we go to bed early for work, 10 pm close time for pool is fine although maybe weekends this should be pushed to 12 am. We pay extra to use amenities, they should be open more on non work days. Security is often watching over pool area on weekends which is fine but sometimes a little too pressing like watching everyone constantly. Surrounding area is really nice and inviting, lots of things to do. There is construction which is not very bothersome but our apartment does not face the working site so it’s quieter. The staff seem really nice as well as management which we met more of at the sangria social. Social was fun and plenty of drinks/snacks provided. Overall good after bumps of move in.
Windsor Interlock has better amenities than they do customer service. It is located in the best up and coming community which is wonderful.
Not worth it. Advertised as a luxury apartment but operates like a college landlord. no resolution for issues and insanely overpriced.

It's been an unfortunate frustrating experience. From charging guest to park to water leaking into my apartment. The people here are great. The leasing team are great, but my personal experience has been disappointing.
The location is great and the apartment is really nice and homey but I would not move here for another 2 years. The construction is terrible. There constant noise and non-stop working from around 6-6:30am to 7pm, 6 days a week! Which for anyone who works from home is a nightmare. Have had to stay on mute for several calls or explain the very loud background noise (construction itself or blasting radio) while presenting, it’s a mess and has only gotten worse. And on top of all this, the construction zone is literally a mess. Rocks everywhere on the road, almost always, hit something that messed with my suspension which is costly in itself. No notice of lifts blocking the ONLY road/entrance to the deck. Also, they’re charging guests for parking which was previously free and tickets are expensiveeee. The noise and inconvenience from construction are such issues that they truly devalue the location and apartments - especially considering the amount for rent. These apartments are just not worth the cost right now.

Windsor is very appealing to the eye. Aesthetically pleasing. Very cozy. Usually super quiet. Which I LOVE. Great Security. Best part is the Sauna. The office is usually quick responding or easy to get in touch with and friendly. The maintenance guy is great as well.

i've lived here now for four months and it really is as good as it gets. I've had a couple issues but managment has made sure to make it right in a timely fashion. The location and floor plans are amazing as well as beautiful. My favorite place i've lived in atlanta!
