We love our new apartment so far! Management has been great about communication and very helpful when we ask questions. There have been a couple of concerns (i.e. a man we caught on our camera trying to open multiple doors, luckily ours was locked but I wouldn't think this would happen in a gated community) But overall, our experience has been good

I recently had to put in a service request for a leak to be repaired in my garage! Edgar called me the following morning, and told me that he had contacted a team of painters to come and fix the ceiling as the leak had already been fixed and we just needed to focus on the ceiling repair. He also explained why there was a leak in the first place, as the garage sits below another unit and I was curious about how it was possible for my garage to have a leak in the first place. He explained that the neighbors above has dogs, and that sometimes hair can clog the drains in the water heater closet - and that was the issue that had lead to the leak. I am very pleased with how professional he conducted himself and that he kept me in the loop the entire time as the painters came and went the following day! He was excellent!

My unit is so gorgeous when my friends come over they shocked on how much space I have. Coming into the apartment you feel safe it looks clean & peaceful. Neighbors are friendly and great amenities I can see myself living here for awhile

I think Cortland was a better management. Windsor needs to work a lot and provide better quality service for better living standards. Please share this for marketing.

I had a very smooth move in process here. Any time I had to address any requests with the front office, the management team was not only professional but also would tend to my needs as soon as possible and ensure I had my requests fulfilled. The neighbors all seem very friendly and the community is tastefully landscaped and maintained by the staff, who are also very friendly!
I really love my apartment layout and the amenities offered.
I like the location and the 1 bedroom apartment looks nice for a single person but not enough room for my family. There could be more storage space as well. If you like golfing and have pets, you should live here. I only moved here because of Cortland. Also make sure your registered into the system for parking as a resident. They won’t check to see if you are registered, you’ll see your car missing before you realize you didn’t register it right. It happened to me. The way Cortland did the parking system was better. I know now.
The maintenance teams are the best, Roberto is the best and very knowledgeable
The community as I see it as a whole is very quiet and feels very safe.
Take the (very few) negative reviews with a grain of salt. I’ve lived all over the place and this is the best community I’ve had the pleasure of living at. The staff alone are such a huge plus and the property is very well maintained.
I've now been through 3 management changes here. I've also been renting for nearly two decades around the country. The current manager/team here is solidly the best I've had at a corporate apartment complex. It's really comforting to know that the place is in good hands. With previous companies here it felt like you were constantly waiting for the next disaster. Now I rarely have to even think about what's going on.
I have been living at this community for 1yr and 6 months. The management and consultants are awesome! (Shout-out to Kevin, Estefany, Sam and Alexis) I had a financial situation that arised and they worked with me to get my balance resolved. Communication with them are easy and they listen to their tenants concerns. I definitely appreciate Cortland!!!
Walls are very thin. Do not move in a the first or second floor unless you enjoy being woken up by neighbors. Can hear normal conversations from upstairs and next door neighbors. You can sadly hear them clearly enough that a microphone can pick it up when working from home.

Been here for 3 months, already bought out. Nothing is ready in my apartment, bugs and ants everywhere, not one outlet is straight, dog waste on the sidewalks, please don't believe what they "show" you.

Great community, brand new building with lots of amenities
Maintenance man was very courteous, efficient and prompt.
I have lived in Lakeyard District for only a short time but I would rate my experience the complex and the leasing office staff as extremely satisfied. Lauren, the leasing agent who handled my move in was extremely commumicative and helpful and helped make the move streamlined and efficient.
