My tenure at this residence has been plagued by numerous issues, creating an overwhelmingly negative experience. Firstly, as they chose to be excessively meticulous in inspecting my move-out, they decided to retain my $500 deposit, citing debris on the microwave door and alleged damage to the refrigerator. However, the photos I have provided show the opposite. Additionally, I had paid $100 for a cleaning service, and the minor spot on the microwave could easily have been addressed. The parking policy has been misleading. Before moving in, I was promised free visitor parking until the opening of Sushi Sake, which has not materialized, yet charges persist. Consequently, people are resorting to parking in the FIRE LANE and in the middle of the street, posing a potential hazard. Substandard craftsmanship was evident during a power outage, resulting in the loss of groceries valued at over $300. When I brought this matter to management, I was not offered any compensation for their negligence. The garage pressure cleaning left my vehicle covered in dirt after I had just paid $100 for a car wash/detail. Despite bringing this to management's attention, no compensation was offered. Persistent fire alarm disruptions, attributed erroneously to vehicle parking in the garage, demonstrate a disregard for resident safety and well-being. Discussions with the local fire department revealed management's assertion to be unfounded. Despite ongoing construction, the pool remained inaccessible throughout the summer, yet residents were still charged an amenity fee. Lastly, my vehicle was vandalized, incurring $5,000 in damages due to inadequate security measures exacerbated by the constant malfunctioning of the garage gate. Common practice would involve having security during gate malfunctions, which is nonexistent here. Yet, we are charged a parking fee under the assumption that our vehicles are safe from vandalism. No compensation was offered to help alleviate my repair bill.

The experience was excellent. I have no regret about arragenment before moving since all conditions were properly set. The staff conducted professionally and coordinated which allowed smooth transtition and comfortable accomodation.From my point of view, Windsor Ludlam communiy offers a modern artistic desing for common areas and aprtments that undoubtedly contribute to enhance personal experience and time spent within the facility. Windsor Ludlam Trail seemed too good to be true, and it was. We could not wait to move in, and now we cannot wait to move out. The units look so nice and well made, and now my laminate floor is literally peeling. There is so much wrong with this place-- from the garage gate being broken constantly, to rude tenants and staff, to lack of signage in the garage causing it to be unsafe to drive in, to lacking security (and management will lie about this), to a nation-wide news worthy crime happening with no communication from the staff and then subsequent property restoration/construction happening loudly during the workday, this place sucks. I feel uncomfortable here every day. The price is affordable for Miami (note: FOR MIAMI, not in general), and that is why we haven't broken our lease early. When I complain about real issues like the door fobs being broken so anyone can get into the building while the gate is also stuck open, management makes me feel like I am crazy or lying, invalidating my concerns and acting annoyed. The place is a mess-- they allow large parties in common spaces, barking dogs at all hours, dogs peeing and pooping in the hallways and by the elevators, non-residents using the gym and pool amenities (you don't need a fob to get into the gym), people running their personal training businesses out of the gym... I could go on and on and on. The worst is that they lie and say there is security in the evenings-- never have I ever seen a security guard or car patrolling. I usually cannot find parking and I will look around and see that many cars on my floor do not have stickers and are not supposed to be there (they don't assign spots, but they do charge me $150 for parking). Do not live here unless you really have no other option.

At the start it was a little troublesome, had some little differences with management but in time everything got really good, they are very helpful with everything and efficient and same with the maintenance guys. The place is always very clean in all areas and that I appreciate a lot. There are very few people within the community that that don't collaborate to keep the community clean, but the crew is always there to save the day no matter what and that attitude is not taken by granted on my end. Thank you.

It is very pleasant to live in the building, very peaceful, the employees in the management are very helpful and friendly, they respond immediately when there is any problem, my only problem is that there is a brewery opposite the balcony related to the house, the air conditioner is very noisy.
Everything here is excellent, except for the problem with the packages, you are paying for that and you have to go to the post office to pick up the packages and it is far from here.
Parking tickets for a building you pay $150 a month to park at. No guest parking. No communication. Amenities close for long presiona of time randomly. Lies at move on over new businesses in the building. High rent
