The unit is beautiful, it’s quiet for the most part. I just don’t like bugs. An I feel like that should be on that more before having someone move in. Also there should be cameras of some sort for theft.

Don’t waste your money, the apartments are not inspected properly before you move in. It’s like pulling teeth to get maintenance to do anything. Also when you leave a message at the front desk, they won’t call you back, so you have to continually call until you get a person, still won’t be able to help you.

With the price we pay, there should be cameras for security and the pool should be open longer. Water use on grounds is high and grass is mushy. Otherwise it's great. I rated it a 5 b/c the rent is so high and the people in the community can be very rude. Staff are all nice.

I’ve only lived here for a month but it’s been a great experience. Everyone in the front office has been available and helpful, especially Tiffany who helped me with my tour and application process. She, as well as many others, have answered many questions I’ve had promptly. Everyone is friendly. Maintenance is responsive and helpful as well. If you don’t mind being a distance from the city, it’s a fantastic place to live with a solid deal on rent. Very satisfied so far.

I was somewhat skeptical when initially choosing Windsor Meridian, primarily due to the price point and what you receive at that price point. I must say That my skepticism was not validated. I highly enjoy living in this community so far and look forward to coming home in a daily basis, knowing it is at Windsor Meridian.
Our move in transition was super quick and easy. We did not have any issues with any of the moving in process aside from the water heater leaking (that was replaced while we were moving in). Everyone has been over the top friendly and very nice to us.
I rented a two bedroom apartment on late November 2023 to move on January 11 2024. I had asked if a larger 2 bedroom became available I would like to rent it. I was abroad and was told that a larger apartment would be available on the date I had requested, so I agreed and signed the lease agreement without seeing the place. I arrived back to Denver on the 10th of January came over payed the rent and come back on the 11th. to move in. When I come to the apartment I noticed the the refrigerator was all scratched and full of dings, not a piece of a "Newly Renovated Apartment"as the sign says. Tried to have a different one to replace but was told that it was not possible. Needles to day I was and am not happy with the situation.
This is the best maintenance crew I have even known. Everything about this complex is first class

Dealing with there maintenance staff can be difficult. Other wise it's a pretty ok place to live.
Any and all troubles I have had were addressed promptly and with compassion. It is a quiet, clean, and friendly community.
We are extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail the maintenance staff provides. Arturo goes above and beyond every time we interact with him and was aware we were in a bind and came to support us immediately.

I've lived at Windsor at Meridian for 3 years now and it is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have rented most of my life. The maintenance work is always done in a timely manner and the maintenance people have always been friendly and very respectful , like offering to take their shoes off before they enter the apartment. They also usually ask whether there is anything else they can help with besides the work order. When my lease comes up for renewal I usually check around for a possible new apartment but wind up renewing which is what I am doing this month actually. The whole staff here is amazing. They have all been so good to me!

The unit was poorly prepared. Dirty floor, poor paint job (splashes and bubbling and sticking to other objects), broken features.
Ross was courteous, informative and quick with solving the problem. I've been living here for 5 years and Ross is not the only employee that has been courteous and helpful. The propery is well maintained. Staff are polite.
Windsor is a nice place to live but fairly expensive. It’s a safe place for elderly and young alike.
We are in love with our apartment! It's very quiet around our area and our neighbors are very friendly! The Leasing staff is amazing and very responsive! Only thing is we wish it wasn't so expensive, we looked a week after we picked our apartment and a bigger apartment is cheaper oh well!
The maintenence tech, I think his name was Otto, was absolutely incredible. Very friendly, went above and beyond making sure my AC was working properly and even checked back the next day to ensure it was still working. He explained in detail what caused it to go out and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future.
Any dog lover and owner would feel right at home at this apartment. Beautiful views with a street that holds 90% of the food and stores nearby. The biggest perk is the quickness of every package from amazon due to the facility being so close !
The apartments are high quality, with all of the needed amenities and an appealing layout. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. The package room is a very nice perk for those that get frequent shopping deliveries. The structure helps reduce the sound of neighbors for the most part.
Overall a bad experience. The apartment wasn't ready when I moved in. No hot water, broken washer, broken toilet, filthy, you name it. Windows should really be replaced considering they need to be slammed to shut but it was offered to have them resealed instead. It's ridiculously loud. Still waiting for the windows to actually be fixed and I've been here a month. Still waiting for my doors to be fixed. Really unsatisfied as a whole.
Office staff is amazing Maintenance team is Great
Horrible experience so far. Just moved in and it was filthy, broken washing machine, leaking toilet and shower heads, no hot water, broken screens on windows, windows that don’t shut all the way etc. Little to no urgency from maintenance and still no update on when the issues will be fixed. Apartment was nowhere near move in ready.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to hear their upstairs neighbors take every single step or if you like your wall art you’ve spent a decent amount of money on falling off the walls when your neighbors walk. When your neighbors clean their floors you’ll be able to feel the apartment vibrate. The water does not get that hot in the shower and the showers are such a small area you’ll be sure to run into the towel holder (not sure why it’s in there) multiple times. I have lived here one month and I have lost sleep every night that I’ve slept here. 100% do not recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. You can’t call yourself a “luxury” apartment if you lose sleep from hearing your neighbors take any step.
The leasing team was very friendly and we thought the renovated apartments were very cute. However, to our dismay, once we did move in we could hear every single step our neighbor took upstairs. Our art has fallen off the walls from just them walking and when they clean the floors our whole apartment shakes. If we were able to hear the neighbors when we toured we would not have moved in.
It's an amazing community where my kids and I feel safe, welcomed, supported, and can rest easy. A beautiful location and spacious apartments. It feels like a home. The school system is wonderful as well.
Ive only lived here a couple weeks but the community is great and the staff have been very pleasant and helpful! Definitely happy i chose to move here
I called the emergency number 3 times since the office was closed that day. The women that took my calls didn’t speak very good English and couldn’t even remember me calling on the previous occasions as it was an emergency for me. Finally the next day I was able to reach someone in the office and they sent maintenance. Once the guy arrived they were able to fix the problem and they were great. There should be some way in an emergency to reach someone. I had to go a day and a half with temperatures in the upper 80’s in my apartment!!
Amazing complex! Only downside is they WILL NOT do any work orders you place in a timely manner.
The construction on these buildings is terrible. I am constantly woken by footsteps from the upstairs neighbors.... yes .. I can hear every single footstep. I hear through the walls. My hearing is even terrible! I've emailed to find a solution and get replies from different reps repeating that they are sorry about the noise and that I can transfer for $1500 or cancel my lease for $4400. No other options. Nothing luxurious about not sleeping and being embarrassed because of the noise from other units.
