This is hands down the best apartment experience I have ever had. The front office staff is very warm and responsive. If there are any maintenance issues, they are fixed the same day. The grounds are kept beautifully. I couldn’t have made a better choice in my area on where to live!

Everyone working at this apartment does an excellent job. I just wish it were cheaper to live here; rent has gone up every year I renew my lease. Also it’s easy to hear your neighbors walk around upstairs, but I’m sure that’s like any other apartment.

We adore Windsor Metro West!! The community is even better than we expected when we moved in. We love our apartment. Holly at the leasing office has offered stellar customer service and help for every single need we have had. We have settled in nicely and found our rhythm in this fabulous community. I must say though, from the beginning, Holly and the leasing office have made us feel like we were home BEFORE we even moved in. The maintenance team has been kind and helpful. Consistent issues with the garbage room my apartment is adjacent too has all but ruined what should be an overall great living experience at Windsor Metro West. Management seems to care but they consistently struggle finding reliable staff to take the garbage out on a strict schedule and to properly clean the garbage room on a necessary and consistent basis. In the summer these garbage rooms issues are exacerbated due to high temps. Perhaps this summer they’ll finally stay on top of it before it becomes the routine problem it was last summer. If it wasn’t for the ongoing garbage room issues I would really enjoy living at the complex. People are nice, staff is nice, and the location is great.

I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the staff. William seems to really care about the property. I also love how the maintenance crew responds to requests so quickly (I've never had to wait more than 12 hours). The amenities upgrades are incredible. And the monthly events are a great way to celebrate with neighbors and staff. Keep it up. I've lived here since the complex opened, and I don't intend on leaving anytime soon. :)

The maintenance guys are beyond amazing here and always on top of it.
Really enjoying the apartment, glad the walls aren't super thin, can't hear my neighbors except for my upstairs neighbor. My apartment had some damages upon move in but maintenance toom care of what they could promptly. Appliances are good, the main issue I have with the apartment is I'm on the second floor and have to park on the second floor, so I have to go up stairs to go to the sky bridge then back down after crossing the bridge to reach my car.
My move-in experience was effortless; I just picked up my keys. There was some initial damage, but a work order quickly resolved it. The apartment is peaceful, and I love the nearby lively part of town. Great place to live!

Poor experience with reaching anyone unless I call their property managers. Reached out multiple times because our toilet was broken. It is the only toilet in the apartment and it was a week before I finally got someone to send help. Luis the maintenance worker was the most helpful and very polite.

We’ve been on and off without AC for the last 3 weeks now with excessive heat warnings outside!! The maintenance team will come and try their best to cool off the place to about 74 degrees. After that come night time it’s back to 84 degrees in here!! The amount of money being spent on rent you’d think you wouldn’t have to deal with this!!

First time living in the mid west, the community is great and my neighbors are friendly. The staff and management are prompt, courteous, and professional. The community grounds are always clean, and very welcoming Very little pests are found and I have seen zero rodents. The dog park is a very nice area and the food trucks are always my favorite time to be a resident at metro west

Every person with the maintenance staff does a great job. Their supervisor Oscar leads this team which is efficient & productive.
Excellent Management Staff, they are professional, courteous, and polite to all residents. Very informative about events and keeping you up to date on all activities; simply put they are well managed. The Maintenance Department is proactive and they provide excellent follow up in addressing maintenance issues. It’s also evident in the well kept grounds. The community is quiet and very pleasant, most residents are friendly and very approachable. The Dog Wash & Park is a big plus and our dogs enjoy that luxury. The swimming pool, Work out Gym, and lounge are also great amenities that we enjoy. I would highly recommend Windsor Community to anyone that’s looking for a Great Community to live in.

Holly was exceptional!! I have to say this is the first time someone actually takes the time to show me the building and explain everything in detail. She went through different leasing options such different apartments since I was indecisive. On my move in date Holly accompanied me to the apartment and make sure everything was fine. Taylor was also nice and helped me with some other minor details. I reported some stuff that needed to be fixed and they make sure everything was fixed first thing Monday after moving in. Halls and elevators are always clean and my neighbors are quiet too which I’m glad since I work from home. Overall I’m very pleased.
This is my first time living out of state, so I had a lot of questions and needed to coordinate a lot of moving pieces. The leasing team was very accommodating and patient as a I processed it all. My dog and I have been very happy with the dog park and landscaping. My apartment itself was very clean and has been a peaceful place to rest my head. I’m still new so I know things will come up but truly enjoying the experience so far!
Been a couple months here and love I made the decision to call this home! Professional, responsive, and always planning ways to make the experience more enjoyable. With yoga or summer blasts it’s a great community!

Since moving in 3.5 months ago, I’ve come to the conclusion that I am paying a lot money for an apartment that isn’t worth it. The start of the problems was 1 week after I moved in, I had ants coming into my apartment and it took over a week before the exterminator came. Next came the water boiler and electricity. For 3 days the entire complex had no hot water. Then while that was happening, the electricity to the inside hallway lights and elevator on my side of the apartment were out. There also have been many instances, at least once a week or even sometimes twice a week, when the parking garage gate is not operating so you are unable to get into the garage. Yes I understand that mechanical things break every once and a while, but it shouldn’t be happening this often. There has even been a couple of times now this month alone (July) that the key fobs to open the doors to get inside the complex will not scan. I had to wait outside until someone walked out, so I could get in. Exterior street lighting flickers right outside the bedroom and living room windows. At night it makes it looks like a dance party going on, making it very annoying when trying to fall asleep. I’ve spoken with management about this over a month ago still with no fix. Now to my biggest problem, the trash room is almost always full with MOUNDS of trash and you can smell it throughout the complex. The smell of rotten garbage is not the smell you’d want to have when walking in the hallways. I spoke to management about this, I was informed that the trash does not get taken out on weekends. But the last few times it has happened, has been during weekdays. I have several videos showing the mass amounts of trash that gets piled up and not taken out. I’ve even just recently found a cockroach in my apartment, which I believe was due to the piles of trash that gets left in the trash room. So again, they haven’t taken action on something as repulsive as this. Windsor Apartment’s brands it’s self as “Luxury Apartments” and most definitely prices itself as one. But it is far from that. These past 3.5 months, have been nothing but annoyances. So until management can get all of these things under control, I’d highly recommend looking someplace else to live.
