Morningside Windsor was a great choice. Love the mixed community. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful my entire lease. Maintenance was prompt in responding to any request. I especially enjoy all the ammenities and facilities in the community. I’m impressed with how clean the janitorial services keep the facility. Overall great experience
Que and maintenance warrant recognition for consistently going above and beyond. They are also very kind and responsive, which hasn't always been the case by other personnel.
This is my second experience living in apartment owned by Windsor Community. Overall, this is one of the best company to rent from.
Pros: • Location • Sprouts Located on the Property • Friendly Neighbors Cons: • Roaches • Poor customer service from the leasing office staff • Lack of cleanliness throughout the building (don’t be fooled by the lobby) • The building is not secure, one 2 different occasions I’ve witnessed doors to the outside propped open at 4am, vagrants at the pool and sleeping in the shared working spaces. I recently moved into this community the first week of May 2024. I previously lived here for 1 year from 2017-2018, during which time I had no issues and actually enjoyed living here. There are a number of reasons I would not recommend living in this community and look forward to my lease ending, even though it just started. The most disturbing issue for me is the roach infestation that the team here is either unable or unwilling to resolve. I’ve been dealing with roaches, consistently for the past 7 weeks. They’ve been in my apartment and throughout the building as well. Essentially, if you live here you can expect to have roaches. Here is a direct quote from the leasing office “While we strive to provide a seamless living experience, we acknowledge that occasional inconveniences are an inevitable part of everyday life. Especially during extreme weather, bugs will seek shelter and resources no matter where you live.” The roach problem likely has more to do with poor maintenance and cleanliness throughout the building than extreme heat. When I lived in this building from 2017-2018, I did not experience roaches or any other pests in my apartment, and the Summer was hot then too. From my experience, there are plenty of places to live in this city that don’t have roaches, unfortunately, Morningside Atlanta by Windsor is not one of those places.
My move in could have gone better, but my main issue with my apartment is that roaches keep entering. This morning is the 3rd time in 3 weeks I’ve seen a large roach in my apartment. Pest control came last week. But I’m still waiting for maintenance to come and check for gaps and seal any cracks that are allowing the roaches to get in, something that should have been taken care of before I moved in.
I love the area but as I am new to the city life it may be too much for me. The staff is amazing and I love the layout of the property. I’m used to the suburbs and quiet lol.
Even with my unique move-in circumstances, the leasing team didn’t bat an eye and still went above and beyond to accommodate me. The property is really beautiful and very well kept. The entire front office staff is amazing, so glad I chose Morningside by Windsor.
I am really falling in love with Morningside by Windsor with every passing day. My experience here has been a stark contrast from my previous apartments. From the front office staff, to the management team, even the maintenance team. Every one is so willing and ready to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.
The maintainance person was a kind person. That being said I have lived at Moringside By Windsor for 12 days and haven’t had AC for half of those days. This apartment complex is a complete joke. And now that I want to terminate my lease they are saying I have to pay two months rent? That their only solution is transferring me to another community or apartment? Absolutely embarrassing how this whole process has been handled from start to finish. It’s a complete joke how the leasing office has handled this whole situation.
I have had such a positive experience here at Morningside by Windsor. The management has made a very ease-filled living situation as well as the Maintenance team. Everyone that is part of this team at this location is so kind and caring and considerate and helpful. That is often unusual, yet it is very important to me in deciding where I live. I want to feel safe, cared for and enjoy seeing the people who manage the complex, and that I do :-)
This place is great. Perfect for young adults that want to live near the city.
Property management and standards of living in this community were very diff at initial lease sign. Since then, the community and quality of living has declined considerably.
This property seems nice when touring and at first but comes with lots of issues. The property says non smoking but is definitely NOT. My apartment constantly smelled like weed/smoke and management did nothing. In the warmer months roaches are everywhere throughout the property along with pet waste. The neighbors are not respectful of community living and are noisy into the late hours. As for the area itself, it seems convenient with some cool restaurants but due to being on Piedmont and some of the establishments around the building, it is loud and brings in a bad crowd, therefore, not particularly safe. The building has terrible security too; the fob doors are constantly broken. Random people will sneak in through the stair cases, I’ve seen multiple instances of clearly non residents loitering and sneaking in. I’ve also had packages stolen (then returned opened weeks later), therefore, clearly a resident that stole my stuff in the first place and management did not seem to care or follow up. Management will also send emails about trash saying they will fine you yet they let the trash chutes build up and blame residents…. Fire alarms will also go off at all times so be prepared for that. Overall, this property is cheaper for a reason. I am much happier now paying a bit more for a nice, clean place to live.
Our maintenance staff are great. Anytime i have an issue they show up and handle my issue professionally and quickly. Our on site property Maintenance worker Randy has definitely had to answer 2 of my late night and early morning calls swiftly. I see some reviews that have been negative of the property. Fortunately for me my experience has been nothing but pleasurable.
Don’t recommend living here. They do not care at all They have had to change managers 2 times because this place is truly a disaster. Every time i go to their office there are new people working there. Everyone i talk to has this energy of angst, and they don’t care about you at all. Been here almost a year and our lease ends next month. Plain and simple, they don’t care about you, they just want you to pay all their insane fees. Also, you don’t pay for your own electric usage. You pay for everyone’s usage which makes the electric bill insane. Even if you’re not going to be in your apartment, you will have to pay for everyone’s electric bill. The fees here are astronomical and not worth living here for the pain and suffering they will cause you. Anything something happens here they send you the most generic email as if it makes it all okay. Nothing gets done here. Or if it does, it just takes them half a year or so. This building is disgusting. They don’t clean anything. Roaches everywhere. There has been dog urine on the 4th floor stairwell for almost 5 months now, it’s crazy. They just let it dry and stain and i’m sure it’ll still be there for another 5 months. The fire alarms have been going off like 10-20 times a month sometimes even more, and again, they just send the same email when it happens. And the alarms are blaring loud. Like if you don’t cover your ears, they will cause damage. In one day, it went off about 4 times. Even when you’re in deep sleep at 3am. They never fixed the stair master in the gym for a whole year. They always run out of wipes for the equipments and it takes them weeks to refill them. They do not care about your wellbeing here. This place is just a cash grab i promise you. You will be paying for insanely high fees. They sent an email saying we had to pay a YEARS worth of ?“Common Area Electricity” fees because of an “error” and because we’re moving out next month, they refuse to do a payment plan.
First year was good. Second year here has been a disaster. Management charges us hundreds of dollars before the holidays for their mistakes. My suits are covered in mildew/mold due to hazardous living conditions. Fire alarms go off multiple times per week, especially during the middle of the night. Awful experience in year two. Absolutely not renewing again and can’t wait to leave this place.
It’s a nice building. The problem is the neighbors have no respect. I am not perfect, yet I still make sure to take my trash to the dumpster, not the hallway. And if I had a pet, they definitely would not use the bathroom in the hallway. Building is in great a location close to restaurants and nice walking trails, my biggest wish is that the community inside was a nice as the building and the views outside.
We love living at Morningside Atlanta. The apartments are nice and spacious, everything is well kept and it is very conveniently located.
I received my keys early in September but didn’t move in full till last week. Everything was fine till I decide to use my washing machine. Since it was the first time with these new machines, I run a cycle first without my clothes(glad I did). Not more than 10 minutes after the washer running my room begins to smell like complete mildew! It is terrible! I put in a maintenance request Agee times… since last Tuesday to be exact and still have not heard anything from ANYONE. Due to the lack of the response from management, I attempted to clean it myself Friday. Ran another cycle with bleach, and it didn’t kill the smell at all but amplified it. I have not been able to stay there it smells so bad, I put in two requests on the app and even called in myself on Sunday. Finally, I spoke with someone and they assured me someone would come that day, still nothing. My whole apartment smells because CLEARLY my washer was not properly cleaned prior to me moving and is disgusting.
Grounds covered in pet waste, terrible smells everywhere, disrespectful tenants, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night several times.
I am extremely pleased with my A15 unit. The den is like a second bedroom with enough space for my office, a stationary bike and a queen air mattress for guests with second bath right across the hall. The bedroom doesn't have overhead lights & the bathroom is a little dark so I added a shower light, but I love the bedroom, walk through closet, master bathroom setup. Amenities here are fabulous. I love walking 100 feet to the Starbucks coffee machine and across the hall to the package lockers. The pool area is very nice with different types of seating and the grills but my favorite spot in the entire building is the 6th floor Sky Lounge. To have the Buckhead view in one direction and the downtown view in the other direction is something I only dreamed of. I am right in the heart of things but still with a good amount of greenery in the area. Having the Sprouts grocery store attached is phenomenal. Last but certainly not least is the staff. I have dealt with Jennifer, Jasper and Arielle, are all patient, informed and friendly. Their responsiveness was one of the reasons I chose this building. I don't know the onsite maintenance guys yet but they did cheer me on as I dragged my boxes to the recycle and I think it's fabulous that they all live in the building
Jennifer is amazing! She does a wonderful job managing and I think she could likely use more help. She goes above and beyond. Beautiful community but they have a pest issue and the upkeep of the trash rooms and hallways does not help the issue. The staff is very kind and very friendly however the issue of cleanliness and pest is a major turnoff. For this reason I’m not sure I would recommend it unless they make an effort to fix these issue immediately
I love living at Morningside. The staff are very nice, and they are very attentive to residents. Prices are what you would expect for the area. The gym is great, and so is the pool. My neighbors are great, and I don’t have noise issues. Would definitely recommend moving here if you’re on the fence. My only wish is that some residents would take greater responsibility to maintain shared spaces (e.g., trash room). Trash goes in the chute, and it shouldn’t be left on the floor. If your pet has an accident… no worries… clean it up. There’s honestly nothing that the staff can do to make lazy adults less lazy. That’s just something that goes with apartment living.
I genuinely like living in Morningside Atlanta by Windsor. It is clean. Has all the amenities working. Maintenance is the best. Management is also the best.

My experience at Morningside has been great. The location is great with plenty parking for residents though I would truly appreciate a better parking experience for guests. My comfort and safety ....A1.
Management does their best, but this is not a good place to live. Building is deteriorating and the tenant base is very rambunctious.
The new apartment manager is rude condescending and disrespectful. The apartments have roaches and the crime in the community is ridiculous
I love how prompt maintenance is at Morningside Atlanta, and how patient they are with the residents’ requests. They are also respectful and friendly people. My time in the community has been really good and enjoyable. I genuinely recommend living in this place.
The staff at Morningside Atlanta are all very easy to work with. Friendly and focused on customer service. The maintenance team is always great.
There are several issues that pop up at any given point throughout the week. Whether it’s pool issues. Trash receptacle issues. Cleaning etc.. the maintenance in the building is awesome and is doing the best they can.. we appreciate their solid efforts
The maintenance crew is, in my experience, most always top notch.

Jennifer has been THE BEST! I moved from another country for work and had to find an apartment as soon as possible and she definitely made my application and moving process a smooth one. The management here is exceptional and they will do anything possible to help you and make you feel comfortable. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This place looks good and is in excellent condition. I love my apartment, it is very modern and comfortable.
Fantastic community - Everyone in the building is incredibly nice. The amenities are clean, well taken care of, and utilized frequently. Would recommend this community to anyone!

My move to Morningside Atlanta has been such a smooth transition with a phenomenal staff. They are so patient, helpful and always willing to assist. I commend them on communicating and handling any situations that occur. 'm looking forward to my stay here.
The facilities are excellent and the staff, from the front office, maintenance and cleaning are excellent and friendly.
The maintenance team at this building has significantly improved. The leadership is spot on. They own the issues in the building. The follow up is perfect.. above and way beyond any other maintenance people and managers I have ever seen in my four years in this building.
The most recent work order that this survey was sent in regards to went very smoothly, and the technician was very helpful in an emergency situation. However, I put in a work order about two weeks after moving in for our washing machine, and it was not addressed at all over the entire duration of our lease. How is that possible? It is extremely disappointing and this issue ended up being a big reason we did not renew our lease. What kind of management allows a problem as big as that one to go on for so long?

Amenities, location, and staff are wonderful. The paper thin ceilings are awful. Ive been living here for about three weeks and have already started looking for a new apartment. I reached out to the leasing team about the extremely loud bangs and noise from upstairs. My neighbors came down a week later and suggested next time I should come upstairs and let her know. I should not have to get out of my bed at 12:30am or 3am to let her know that shes being loud. I can hear every footstep she takes and I think some of this is because there is no carpet absorbing the impact sound. Beyond the footsteps she loves to move here furniture and drop things on the ground. Im exhausted daily because I get barely any sleep at night.
The community has a nice outward appearance, but doesnt live up to its look due to management cutting corners and not appropriately acting on issues that impact residents.
Morningside apartment has an amazing maintenance and leasing staff. They are always quick to reply and address problems and maintenance is incredibly friendly. I've never had to wait more than a day or two to get service for any issue. Leasing staff have done a great job of addressing package security and with new management there's been an increase in community events and offerings, despite covid, which is fantastic.
What can I say. In short without going through my complete list of disappointments, this place is a pig with lipstick. You’re really getting the convenience of the location. In my opinion nothing about this apartment stands out as an X factor over may other complexes within 1 mile. Sky lounge is cool, would be better if you could access it after 8pm. Same would go for the pool area. Oh and there are occasional fire alarms going off at 2am for over an hour. Sprouts shopping carts in hallway. But Sprouts is on P1 so that’s a plus, Grana next door is another plus. But neither would get me to renew my lease!
I lived here almost 4 years. I love the management team and as long as I can keep rent where it is now. I can afford to renew st end of this year. Any more expensive, it'll price me out. Il a teacher and while I love what I'd do, we don't make near the salaries we deserve. But I love living here.
The office staff is nice and responsive to requests. But the property is declining and needs some attention. The door to the parking garage has been broken and propped open for at least a month. The stairwell to the parking garage is very dirty, needing to be pressure washed and painted. This is what most residents see coming and going, which makes it seem like the property is not well maintained. There seems to be no trash and recycling pickup on the weekends, so the bins in the parking garage are overflowing most of the times when I see them. I do like my apartment and the staff is friendly and helpful, but some grounds improvements are needed.
