Ongoing noisy neighbour issue
I have been living here over 3 years and there was no year when I have been leaving in a quiet space. It doesn’t look that the management takes real actions against violators and keeps saying that they are working on it. Don’t buy it, they would rather having a reliable tenant to move out than dealing with violators.

Building pays for reviews
The building pays residents with the equivalent of a few dollars in "points" to write reviews. You get an email every so often from them asking for reviews. You need to use their system which links your identity to the review. Probably why there are so many verified positive reviews. Dog run is in poor shape. It's dirty and the fountain has never worked. There are metal drain grates that are broken, which is surprising for such a new building. They've never been fixed. It's a hazard to your dog as they might run and hurt themselves if their paw lands in the broken grate. They also didn't apparently plan for air conditioners in the newly opened retail, so they cut the dog run size in half with minimal resident communication (calling it temporary, which it's not) to install AC units. The fence in front of the AC units has a wide open gap in the bottom, so good luck getting your dog's toy if it rolls underneath.

We recently moved in and the process was super smooth thanks to amazing people here, especially Bryana! Her enthusiasm and positive attitude was all we needed to complete the tedious process. The apartment has plenty of light and is neat and simply lovely. The common areas are superb and a real feast for all the senses. Maintenance is super quick and on top of things and we were assisted effectively for a hassle free move in. So far so good! :)

I love living here! The complex is clean and quiet and the community is very respectful. The surrounding area is wonderful and wells street is a quick walk with ton of great bars and restaurants.

Couldn’t recommend N+V enough!
Throughout our apartment search, application process, move in and after, North + Vine has been such a welcoming place. It’s been such a great experience being here and the building is amazing. The amenities are great and it’s absolutely beautiful here. The staff is incredible, especially Beverly. She ROCKS! She is always so energetic and excited every time she sees us, and truly helps us in any way she can. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Love N V.! Very well managed and great amenities. The only reason for four stars is due to pet facilities. Pet owners have to use the back door and the dog run is small.

The amenities are nice, but there are hardly any community events. They advertised that we’d have an event every few weeks when I moved in, but it’s usually once every 2 months or so. It makes it hard to meet new people in the building. There are also A LOT of dogs in the building, so you can always hear barking and the hallways are usually pretty dirty from them. The leasing staff doesn’t live in the building, so they don’t seem to care about the state of the building and amenities. That being said, the reception staff, cleaners, and maintenance team are very nice. It’s a good location too with the grocery store and CTA only a 10 minute walk away.

I have really enjoyed living at North Vine. If I ever have a maintenance issue, they make an effort to resolve it within a day or two. They are extremely diligent and the staff wants to make sure the residents are comfortable and happy. I can hear people in the hallway from my apartment but I've never heard anything from my neighbors. The people in the building are also very friendly. I love getting to know other residents at the different events N V puts on. I love living here!

Don't look any further!
My fiancé and I recently moved in and we have been blown away by the level of care and commitment from everyone at North + Vine. Beverly, Allison, and everyone else in the leasing office truly care about all residents concerns, safety and happiness. Yousef and all the other maintenance staff are incredible as well. They even keep treats on them for all the resident dogs that they run into! The whole concierge staff is friendly and welcoming to everyone they meet. The building is truly luxurious but feels homey at the same time. Being close to the red line stop, several bus stops and a quick walk to North Ave beach makes it a really prime location.

Almost everybody who lives at North Vine is friendly, but there are some cranky ones. Fortunately, few. The people who work at the building is kind and helpful, especially Allison and Elvis. Ian is very talkative and nice. The building is well taken care of and a pleasant place to live in.

Great place to live! Amenities are awesome, staff is so friendly! Views of the city are spectacular. Very close to CTA trains and buses. The store front is empty right now but 2 businesses are coming in the spring, which is very exciting .

Great place to live!
I love my building. The amenities are great. The gym and pool are amazing and well kept. All of the employees are very friendly and willing to help with whatever. The location of the building is great, sits between two of the train lines. Overall a very satisfied resident!
