It's a nice place to live, quiet, it's not cheap and you use an external platform to make your rental payments which is included in the rent payment, overall it's nice.
Living here for me has been like a friendly neighborhood. The location is great for getting out in nature and I have met friends who have remained for years. And the maintenance and office staff have always been quick to respond to questions or requests.

Other than the bulk item dumpster that has been parked outside of my apartment complex for almost a year now I have no complaints. I just wish they’d move the dumpster since it takes up 4-5 parking spots

I have had such a positive experience here! The people in the office and the maintenance crew are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are so beautiful. The pool and outdoor space is incredible- I spend so much time there (there's even a fair amount of shade in the summer!). So many people are out and about walking their dogs - very "homey" feel. And, of course, I love accessing the lake by just walking out the gate!

We enjoy living in the “park like setting of Windsor on White Rock Lake”. There’s walking trails to the park, easy access to the Arboretum, and plenty of room to walk your pets. We’re close to Grocery stores, and good restaurants. The administrative staff and maintenance staff are really accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It’s a friendly community with a nice mix of age groups.

Compared to other apartments I’m familiar with in East Dallas, the Windsor on White Rock Lake is by far the best I’ve ever leased with. The Windsor is well-managed, clean and beautifully laid out on a campus that includes green space, an outdoor tennis/pickle ball court, beautiful pool and grilling area, an indoor basketball court, and a fitness center that rivals any private gym I know of. The management staff are friendly, efficient and caring. The maintenance staff are stand-outs. All of this combined with residents who wave to each other and speak to each other. As an older resident, I especially value the mix of age and race. Older people as well as young people, some with families. Apartment complexes routinely advertise themselves as “communities.” The Windsor on White Rock Lake lives up to that term in many ways. Happy to call the Windsor on White Rock Lake my home!

Windsor is a great place to live. The lake is your backyard. Staff is friendly and reliable. Apartments are well maintained. If I could I would buy my apartment! That is not an option though. I definitely recommend community!

I have enjoyed living at Windsor at White Rock so far. The community is quiet (which I value highly), and residents are friendly. The lake and park access is a great feature.
This is a great place to live if you can use the maintenance people who live here rather than calling for help off-site. Calling in problems away from where I live at Wonderful Windsor is an issue. When I can simply walk to the office and tell them what’s happening, it’s great. Good staff right here who helps resident’s quickly, not on the phone off site.
I always get speedy service when I put in a work request at Windsor. Very pleased. The staff is very nice.
This is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, there’s easy access to the lake and we are very close to the Arboretum, good restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciate all the staff too, as they are friendly and responsive. The entire complex has the feel of a little community.

Windsor is a pleasant place to live. Always quiet, peaceful and has a feeling of a vacation spot. The apt staff and other residents are good people, and the apartment itself has nice details and comfortable essence.
Brenden was excellent as our leasing agent! Thorough, personable, and quick in responses via email. I’m very appreciative of his time, candor, and effective communication. As for my apartment, the unit had been recently renovated and I love the look and appeal but after being here for a month I can see some lack of quality in only a few parts of the renovation. The cabinets in the bathroom were not sanded down either enough or at all before being painted so the paint runs off very quickly if disturbed. The bathtub was also painted over and is already peeling within a month. Minor things have had to be maintenanced like my towel rack, a kitchen cabinet, and my toilet wouldn’t stop running. But those minor things were fixed very quickly and I’m very satisfied. I also just discovered that my blinds were very dirty after pulling the cord to flip them for the first time this week but hopefully nothing a little bleach can’t fix. So minor things that I can live with and I adore my apartment nonetheless and this community and location makes it worth it.

Windsor on White Rock continues to be an excellent home base for me. I have lived here two separate times, from 2010 to 2013 and, after three years out of state, from 2016 to the present (2024) for a total of eleven years--eleven years of excellent security, peaceful surroundings, quick service, and excellent amenities.
I have enjoyed living at Windsor because of the friendly staff and the wonderful environment of caring people.
Living at Windsor is just what I needed a quiet, well maintained community with access to a beautiful lake and other wonderful amenities.
Love my neighbors and the feeling of community. Very friendly residents and all staff. The location is great for me as I can walk out to exercise at the lake and feeling of nature is all around.

Beautiful grounds, nice apt w a garage, next to the lake…. that’ll do! Community seems friendly too.
It’s never taken more than 3 hrs for a non emergency response and has been fixed very quickly once evaluated.
I love living at Windsor, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained, my apartment is so cute and easy access to the lake. I'll most likely be here till I leave Dallas.
