Canton’s most recognizable landmark is the Pro Football Hall of Fame, a shrine to the legends of the game and one of the state’s biggest tourism destinations. The annual Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival is the city’s flagship community event, featuring a parade, cook-offs, a hot air balloon festival, and the inter-league exhibition game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
The Canton Arts District has grown into one of the city’s signature attractions, a popular section of Downtown full of studios, galleries, and performance venues. The growth of the Arts District has also spurred renewed interest in Downtown, which has seen a new crop of restaurants, coffeehouses, bars, and breweries appear in recent years.

Property Ratings at Windsor Place Apartments
I had a one bedroom apartment and the problems started from move in day. I had a leak in my ceiling in the bathroom. I called maintenance, but because it wasn't leaking when they got there, they said "You're fine". This went on for months of me calling and them saying its not leaking now, so you're ok. I stopped even trying. Caught it dripping on multiple videos. Then one day, I hear a loud noise come from the bathroom. Look up and there's a hole in my ceiling, and water pouring out. I called them up and they came and fixed the leak then told me they would patch the ceiling at a later date. That date never came. They never fixed the hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. EVERY TIME it rained, water would leak into the apartment. So it would be wet like 90% of the time in there. Then, when I finally moved out, they sent me a bill for over $1000 to fix everything. They were trying to get me to pay for 75% of carpet replacement. 75%!!!! How insane do you think I am?! This place is an absolute joke. Avoid it at all costs like the plague. Management was nice enough, but the problems FAR outweigh the good things about it.
I would not recommend this apartment at all. People me cars were broken into while we were there. The police were constantly being called to the parking lot. Our apartment repeatedly leaked into our carpet causing mold to grow our carpet/under the bed and in the closet. No matter how often we cleaned it would leak and begin again. The maintenance man stated it was the gutters but it was obviously a foundation problem. I want point out so bad the bathroom ceiling starting to cave-in and he had to fix it because the water was leaking between the floors. That everyone refused to address until after we moved out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My boyfriend and I have recently moved in and the apartment manager, Dawn, made our whole experience amazing. We had a load of questions in which she was readily able and eager to help us whether it be over the phone or in person. Our apartment was very clean when moving in and we have a great balcony view. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with good management, this place is the way to go! Thank you Dawn and staff for making our move in very easy and special!
This a hidden gem. I have driven past this complex for years and have never known they were back here. We had a great experience when we had came in with both managers and was told one had been there for a while and was able to answer all of our questions. Both ladies were super helpful and the apartment was beautiful when we moved in. Everything ready to go and any maintenance we had we were able to call and get someone over pretty quickly. I look forward to when the enormous pool will be open!
Lived here for a year and The manager is lazy and doesn’t even try to do her job. Very unprofessional. The maintenance staff are very lazy and they fix whenever they’re ready. Rain pours through the windows and we constantly told them for months. The air conditioning breaks ALL the time and they told us “they’re not fixing AC right now” even though it’s 80 degrees outside. Very unprofessional here and don’t care about actually fixing problems, just complaining to the tenants. None of the exercise machines work. My brother lived here almost 8 years ago and it’s still the same equipment. The washers and dryers barely work half of the time.
Friendly community and love the updated that are in the process of being done. The clubhouse and pool are huge selling points for me. Apartments are spacious and best priced in the area! Helpful staff
I loved how quickly I was able to move in and that the manager helped with any questions I may of had. All the neighbors seem friendly and all around a nice place to live
I have lived here for many years and always had excellent responses from maintenance and management. Both have worked for the property a long time and they very experienced and helpful. The pool and people who live here are great and I will continue living here for a long time.
Although their pictures look really nice and pretty they don't update anything. When we moved in our Window was all fogged up where we couldn't even see outside of the living room we called them 3 times about it over an 8 month period and they kept telling us the same thing. They would say the windows were on back order and it takes some time to get them replaced and they usually don't replace them until rain pours in them. My friend lived a couple apartments over and her window POURED in water every time it rained and they STILL haven't fixed it and she has been living there for 6 months now. The pool is only nice for maybe a month it always end up getting green and foggy. Also I think at this point NONE of the equipment in the workout room actually works. Half the dryers and washers don't work as well and take months to be replaced or fixed. Also the landlord doesn't take her job seriously she is very one sided on many issues. She almost got us kicked out when I was 6 month pregnant due to a noise complaint that our neighbors caused. After trying to explain to her that we called the cops for the noise complaint she still refused to believe us until the received thee police report stating that we had nothing to do with the complaints. Over all they are not professional and if you live here just know that if anything breaks you might as well fix it on your own.
Sounds good and looks good from photos. Once I moved it, the matainence guy never returned my calls, never fixed any repairs. Came into my apartment without call or warning when I wasn't home. Takes weeks for them to call back, unless you call multiple times. All workout equipment is broke and doesn't work. Most Washers and dryers are broke too. Leaves clothes drenched and wet. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone living here.
