Dallas is one of the largest cities in America, combining urban sophistication with an incomparable Texan personality. Dallas is an altogether unique blend of cultures, styles, and flavors, with more than one million people calling the city proper home.
Living in Dallas puts you right in the thick of it all, with endless options to customize your experience. Corporate professionals seeking to avoid long commutes may want to look for apartments in Downtown or Uptown, which are both home to major business centers as well as residential communities, affording many residents walkable access to work. Culture enthusiasts should consider apartments near the Dallas Arts District, which is home to the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Winspear Opera House, and more. Creatives may enjoy places like Old East Dallas and North Oak Cliff, where artistic pursuits abound.
Dallas offers some of the most diverse nightlife in Texas, from laid-back lounges to thumping night clubs.

Property Ratings at Windsor Station
Management rarely had the pool open this summer. They will tell us that it's closed bc if "algae" and because it's being cleaned even tho pool cleaning days are Monday, pool is just some nice decoration for photos. Lots of excuses given. The service in the apartments are horrible and management is not helpful at all.
These apartments are ROACH INFESTED. If you have little ones, do not move here! If you inform the property of the issue, they send pest control(which does absolutely nothing for the problem) and then they tell you to pour bleach down the drain. These apartments are old and the roaches live in the foundation. Not habitable in my opinion, AT ALL.

I moved in about a week ago. The buildings are old. Their color scheme is not good. These are not luxurious apartments, but they are a good deal for the price. The grounds are maintained, the property is fairly secure for the neighborhood, the laundry room is very clean and there aren’t many dogs so there’s not poop everywhere. If you want a quiet apartment, this is NOT the one for you. I can hear every step of my upstairs neighbor, who also likes loud music. The parking lot is far too loud with cars honking and being revved throughout the day and night. There are also machine noises that I can’t identify. I have already had something stolen from my front porch. With all that said, this is still a good deal for the price as long as you know what you’re getting. My personal apartment is just fine. They actually did a better job than I anticipated in prepping the apartment. There’s a problem with the wallpaper which looks like it’s 20 years old, but I know how to nag to get something fixed. I love my back patio, but I hate the dozens of cigarette butts that are on the ground. I have lots of storage in the kitchen. My bedroom closet is large. My outside storage closet is large too. I haven’t met the apartment manager. She seems to want to stay in her office and have the underlings engage the residents.
We just moved here about 3 weeks ago from Chicago. Joanna has been nothing but incredible and helpful. This place is well kept, there is security that is around 24/7. We have had no issues. Plus, maintenance is so quick!! Called them, and they were here an hour later.
