Windsor Station

Very nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Area is kept clean and maintained. However, there is quite a lot of loud stomping and noises but decent so far.

The place is in a great location (other than the train noise). I love being able to walk to different places. People seem to be respectful and kind.

Kind staff, building is clean. Some neighbors are noisy (sounds like constant bangs and booms from above). Overall so good so far- can't really complain.

Office manager very responsive to any and all questions during leasing and move in. Apartment was very clean and looked like new. Common areas are kept up, clean and very inviting. Surprisingly quiet for being near a train station!

Moved here from out of state and the move in process was so easy. Apartment is amazing and very sound proof. The staff has been so helpful. We love it here so far!

I've been here for three months so far and love it! The units and grounds are all well-kept. It's at a great location - right next to downtown Windsor for activities and restaurants while also being secluded and tucked away next to the Windsor Nature Trail. It's beautiful! Sheila in the front office is so responsive and always proactive in communication. The maintenance team is phenomenal - Dan and Steve are always around and adding value. All our neighbors are so friendly! Very happy here!

Apartments are clean, new and overall nice/staff friendly. Train can be very loud and disruptive if working from home/ during night hours. Apartment windows do a good job of keeping noise out however cannot block it all out so something to be aware of.

Awesome!! We enjoy very much being here. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity of being here. I enjoy the location, the shops around here. I could go on and on about it. Just love it!!!

For the most part, everyone is friendly. There are a few that have been here as long as I have, if not longer. You feel like family here and its great to see familar faces. I have felt very comfortable from the first day I moved in.

I have lived at WS for approx 5 years. There is nothing negative that I can say. Grounds are beautifully kept, maintenance requests are promptly responded to, Lobbies are welcoming and seasonally decorated. There are activities such as breakfast buffets, Bingo, Paint & Sip, and food trucks. There is also a summer cookout on the lovely patio. Sheila, Property Manager, is aways receptive to your requests. Maintenance, Dan & Steve, do their best to help in every way they can. It is truly a pleasure to live at WS.

We love living a Windsor Station! Everything is conveniently located nearby. There are many beautiful places to sit and walk including the nature trail with views of the river nearby. The patio and grill and exercise room are useful amenities. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the property manager organizes social events that are really fun.

Very good place to live. It's quite and beautiful. Trail is just behind the building. We can even access train station which takes us to the New York.

This community is one of the best. Everyone is so friendly and everyone loves to help when needed. Very clean and spacious community with alot of amenities that are available to everyone.

Very quiet and comfortable living with a very accommodating office . Surroundings are lovely and peaceful. Love the inclusivity of the different people and also of the animal kingdom.

We love living at Windsor Station apartments. The location is so convenient being near the library, grocery store, CVS, Bean’s Coffee Shop, Dom’s, and the Union Tavern. The area is ideal for walking, including the Loomis Chaffee school and the nature trails. The staff is helpful and responsive and the property manager goes out of her way to make this a great place to live. Highly recommend.

Our Leasing Manager, Sheila, has turned an apartment complex into a warm and comforting home. It's such a delight to walk into the lobby from being cold outside and find yummy coffee, holiday decorations and the best personalities in residential management. Nice people. Food trucks are nice. 3 years. Rent hikes weren’t Fun. Train isn’t the worst. Windows are well insulated. Community feel is nice. Supplied large dumpsters on bi annual basis for larger garbage disposal. Which is nice.

Windsor Station is a quiet and pleasant environment to live in! The staff maintains the property and as a result it is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Everyone is so helpful and kind. the neighborhood is also quiet at night. Amenities near by make errands easy as well as lots of good restaurants make coming home from work more convenient. very fun and convenient place to live. Love it here!

We love living at Windsor Station! The management and staff are pleasant and responsive. We enjoy using the lounge and patio areas as well as the nature trail adjacent to the property. The town is lovely and there are many places to walk with scenic views of the river.

My wife and I stayed here for 3.5 years. we lived in two apartments in our time there upgrading to a 2 bedroom after year 1. Aga the property manager and her staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. Anything we needed fixed was handled in less than a week. The walking trails are great and the community is within walking distance to a number of essential businesses and restaurants. 10 min to downtown Hartford.
