Set between Manchester and Concord, Hooksett is a quiet town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Incorporated in 1822, its name was set by early fishermen who found fruitful waters in the Merrimack River that runs through the town.
While new apartment complexes have sprung up across this sleepy town, there’s still plenty of old Hooksett to be found. Robie’s Country Store, founded the same year as the town’s incorporation, is a National Historic Landmark and a popular stop for presidential candidates in the days surrounding the New Hampshire Primary.
Bear Brook State Park offers a nearby refuge for those who like to hike or bike ride. There are plenty of restaurants on either side of the river, and the conveniences of the city are just minutes away.

Property Ratings at Windsor Terrace
Great place! Deep cleaned before we moved in, dog friendly, nice appliances. Nice amenities! The community is gorgeous with colorful trees and shared backyards providing convenience for dog owners!
Already pricey but property managers/owners continue to jack up prices annually without making any updates or changes. I have frequent cosmetic issues in my unit that are fixed cheaply and resurface in a 6-12 months. Management comes off strict about maintaining the property but I find litter, dog poop and cars anywhere but the visitor spots on a regular basis. Lastly, seems like contracted companies for lawn services and snow removal change annually so the timing and process is never consistent. Over the course of the last 2 years, I have had plows asking me to move my vehicle at 7 am and sometimes as late as 10 pm and when I move my car, they still don’t clear out my row/spot for another hour. Over all; too many inconveniences to justify the monthly cost.
I'm very frustrated that my neighbors constantly let their dogs out in the backyard to pee and poop, I have mentioned to management that it smells terrible back there and nothing is done to put an end to it. Rent is too much for the way this complex looks.
The property manager, Dina, was great and made sure that I went into the perfect place. I appreciate her and the maintenance staff! Move in has been great and I love the neighbors I’ve met.
Windsor Terrace is a great little complex to live in. The area is well maintained, clean, quiet and the you can tell the families care about their homes. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Hooksett area.

Thank you for your review. We're happy to know that we've exceeded your expectations and look forward to continuing to do so!
Windsor Terrace is an amazing community. My wife and I lived here back in 2017 for a short while and now we are back because we missed it so much. Dina is a valuable part of the organization.. she brings a lot of expertise and makes you feel like family. We are so glad to be back and are looking forward to making many memories here!
Neighbors are great very friendly. Quiet neighborhood staff has been nice enjoy the amenities especially the workout room. Would recommend
A beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The office staff made moving in a breeze (and fun), and helped resolve a minor disappointment in a difference between my unit and the model home. Looking forward to settling in!
Great people to do business with. The apartment was in great condition. Very easy to navigate through the property. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and or relative
Dina in the office was great to work with from the beginning of the paperwork right on through. When entering the apartment very clean no issues. Seems like they do a great job of taking care of the property.
Love it here at Windsor Terrance, Been here almost 7 years. Dina has been amazing and Bryan with Maintenance is great. Anytime we have a problem, it gets fixed in a timely fashion.
Very nice place to rent. Office is great maintenance is super. Nice community to live in. Only negative is that the windows are not great at keeping out outside noise.
Everything has been fantastic thus far and everyone is so friendly! Dina in the leasing office made everything so easy to move in let alone her fantastic bubbly personality. Very happy to be part of this community :)
Apartments are a great size with ample closet space and a deck. Management is very helpful and answered all our questions. Area is quiet and dog friendly!
I love it here! There is space for my son to play, the neighbors are respectful overall, people decorate for the holidays and seem to be real neighbors.
I have lived here for 6 years. It’s a great place to raise a family. We love going to the pool on a hot day, taking a family walk or using the gym. Hooksett is a great community. The town homes are spacious as we are now a family of 5, we still fit inside fine. So happy to call this place our home
Fairly new to the community but it's nice so far had an issue and maintenance fixed it rather quickly neighbors seem nice and love the fact it is dog friendly
Property is well maintained and staff is always helpful. Response to property management and issues are prompt. Unfortunatley, the monthly rent is high.
Community has been excellent and we have loved the neighborhood. However getting management to replace the broken oven we moved in to has been extremely frustrating.
Everything has been so awesome so far! Maintenance is responsive, the portal is easy to use, and amenities are great! Couldn’t recommend this place more.
I lived here for almost 6 years and we absolutely love it here. Dina is amazing and always so helpful and goes above and beyond to help with requests.
Been here a little over a week now and I’m still so over the moon! We love our new home! So much space and storage, quiet area and plenty of parking!
Moved in from a very small apartment into what feels like a real home. We really feel like our lives are starting now and so happy to be here.
I love it here! Dina is great. The maintenance is great. We love it here! The community is fantastic. Always clean. We lived hers twice. Moved away and missed Windsor so we came back.
Windsor Terrace is a quiet, friendly community. Its location is convenient to shopping, dining, and very close proximity to the interstate.
Nice neighborhood, great features in the unit! Friendly neighbors is also a great plus!! It’s great that everything is so easily accessible from stores to highways.
Windsor Terrace is a great place to live. It’s peaceful and safe. I would recommend this community to everyone who is looking for a good and peaceful place to live.
Great neighbors, great management, very convenient location and the grounds are well kept. Would recommend to anyone looking for apartment living that has much to offer
Love Living Here. Great Neighbors, Great Staff, No Complaints!! Been here for 2 years and counting. Central location to shopping, easy commute to 93.
We have been here a few months and we are loving it! We are expecting our first child and this is the perfect size for our little family of three!
Great place to live, solid management, safe, quiet. Would have been 5 stars but I wish there were more restaurant options in the Hooksett area.
We have enjoyed living here for the last 11 yrs. The pool, clubhouse and gym are extras that help make it a more enjoyable! The propery manager has been wonderful to work with over the years!
My husband and I just moved out of Windsor terrace we lived here for 3 years and already miss it. I cannot think of one complaint to write. This place is perfect and worth the money. You are in the perfect location with amazing neighbors the whole community is so friendly. Dina the land lady is by far the best!!! Anything you need she’s on it! When we first moved in I called maintenance and left a message about a light bulb on Sunday night and Monday morning he was over! We honestly hated leaving here it broke our hearts the only reason we left was we could no longer afford it as I hurt my back and could only work part time. Dina was so nice out whole stay, this place wouldn’t be the same without her!! Great location, beautiful homes, great neighborhood couldn’t ask for more!!
Small 2 bedroom townhouse. 3 adults. Son sleeps in living room on couch. Rent was 1100.00 for the first 8 years we have lived here. Rent has raised $250.00 in the past year. Way too expensive. No utilities included. Pet fee to have their DNA on file. Not enough parking. Snow removal done overnight so tenants need to get up at ungodly hours to move vehicles. Rent can only be paid with cash or bank check, very inconvenient. Management rarely on site.
Looking for a quiet townhouse with friendly neighbors? Windsor Terrace is the place for you! The staff is very helpful and they take care of the grounds very well. I love it here!!
Prime location less than 10 minutes outside of both Concord and Manchester. Townhomes consist of 2 bedroom units at around 1200 square feet as well as a unfinished basement with washer and dryer hookups. Animals accepted, and teh management company provides 24 hour assistance in case of an emergency. A little pricey, and winter maintance could be improved, but overall a nice quiet community to live in.
