My light switch was broken and Jenna immediately helped me schedule time with maintenance to have them come fix it. They were timely and professional - I always appreciate how attentive the Windsor community is - precisely why I've been there almost three years. Thank you!

When I first toured in May, they showed off the second floor claiming that the other floors would be updated similarly. It's been 7 or 8 months now and they still haven't made any changes to the other floors yet. All the other floors smell musty and are dark compared to the renovated second floor. Other things to keep in mind: one elevator is broken at least every other month and they make you pay for valet trash even if you'd rather walk it down the hallway yourself.

Love Windsor! Eli and Kali are amazing. They helped us get set up and made the process seamless.

The maintenance staff is consistently knowledgeable, helpful and timely.

Great community and lovely open living space with a fresh design. Everyone is kind and welcoming and the leasing staff is always helpful!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about living at Windsor. The staff and maintenance team are just the best, Hector, Ben and Eli provide an excellent support and you can tell they are always happy to help.

We have lived here about 3 months and our requests have resolved efficiently and professionally.

I received feedback through portal elevator was repaired/corrected and it was not. A resident wide email was sent thereafter noting the rear elevator remained out with no estimated repair time. So that means it’s not fixed. There is clear problem with that elevator as it goes out of service about every three weeks since we have moved in the building for 4 months. Focus is never given to getting a real fix and not a bandaid. Extremely poor management of maintenance on the ownership side

Poor communication from day 1. Elevators, pool, office consistently broken or closed. Getting in touch with any person is practically impossible. Getting a response on anything takes days or weeks or is never responded to.

So far, I've loved my experience at Windsor. The community is very safe, and in the nearly two years that I've been here, I've never had to worry about any car break ins or any unauthorized people in the building. I feel very comfortable in my home, which has been a huge positive for me. The building is usually pretty clean, and there haven't been any issues with pest or anything of the sort, which is also a positive. It's also located in a great area of Dallas, with access to pretty much all types of things to do.

The manager at the property is amazing she go above and beyond for the entire community. We absolutely love the entire staff. They have been friendly since day one they are awesome team that’s why I chose to move here. wouldn’t have chose any other property.

I’ve lived in several apartment communities and I can honestly say that the entire staff, especially the leasing management team, is absolutely the most kind, friendly, and helpful people. They’re always greeting me with a warm friendly smile and treat me like I’m more than just a tenant. These actions by most apt staff is almost unheard of. I’m so glad I made the choice to move to Windsor Turtle Creek!!!

Would not recommend living here. Many other places to choose from living in Dallas and this is the last on the list. Theft and anger management from staff is a big problem here. Retaliation is a big priority on their list.

The new management is great. BUT there have been so many problems - multiple floods. The plumbing in the building is terrible. The electricity is also not good - cheap lighting fixtures and cheap fuses. Also the smart meters are right outside my window. Terrible for humans to be that close to them. And the rent has increased DRASTICALLY since I moved in. Definitely NOT worth it.

The staff at Windsor is amazing. They are so sweet and bubbly. Wonderful, hard working ladies in the front office.

The management is the leading force for what is experienced through maintenance and the Windsor experience. Thank you for the professionalism courtesy and overall communication to the residents.

The safety is a concern. You lose phone service when entering the resident garage. There is no on site security or doorman or concierge. The back elevator is always down and the button to access it is hard to push.

Love its location, as it is very close to many restaurants and bars. The apartment complex itself is very quiet, which is nice.

Here are some of the things I've experienced: Resident garage gate broken for 3 months. Broken elevators. The rear elevator was broken for four months— January to April. Water damage/leaks from hallways ceilings. Key fob not working properly for garage and pool entrances. Dogs defecating in the staircase. Dogs barking for HOURS unattended in the pool courtyard. Packages getting lost/stolen in the mailroom. Paper thin walls leading to noise from neighbors stomping around, playing music, etc. New management is raising rent prices despite poor performance.

Apartment was dirty and not clean. Frustrating. Rent storage unit only to learn from several residents that they would NEVER put anything in there as they get broken into all the time. Evidence of tampering on every storage rental door. No cameras or security at all and none in the stairways: Storage rental was absolutely filthy…never swept out since construction. Insane! You charge quite a bit but the safety, cleanliness and maintenance is lacking. People smoking off balconies and the elevator smells like marijuana most nights. Disappointed for sure.

Windsor Turtle Creek has been a great place to live so far. Having had such a great experience living here for a year and a half, when my boyfriend and I decided to move in together we decided to just move into a larger unit within the complex. The new management team has been nothing short of incredible, providing us with help coordinating our move and even giving treats and toys to our new puppy.

Staff, location and amenities are perfect. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Amazing place!

Good location, nice parking garages that are fairly secure. Apartment finish lacks a little to be desired, very little is straight or plumb and the artificial wood flooring doesn’t lay flat in my particular apartment. Pretty typical low bid construction seen everywhere in this day in time. Sloppy re-paint job has paint on the blinds and a few other areas it shouldn’t be. All in all it a pretty nice apartment as far as apartments go but far from flawless. Appliances are actually pretty decent, I was actually impressed that the washer and dryers work very well. Other appliances are low end stainless Whirlpool but work just fine. I think these were probably very nice apartments for the price a year ago, with the substantial rental rate increases everywhere in the last year I would say value for your money now is average at best. It seems I keep seeing more and more maintenance issues with the building in general piling up, this concerns me that they are letting things snowball out of control.

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication from property management after my apartment was flooded due to breaks in the sprinkler system (likely due to failure to properly maintain the sprinklers and plumbing). In addition I obviously wish things were better maintained so my apartment would not have flooded and my belongings destroyed in the first place.

The building is excellent and the location is wonderful, but I was told to rush to sign a lease before "prices went up." Rental prices dropped significantly thereafter for similar units. The building is nice, but I didn't appreciate being rushed into a lease with a statement that turned out to be untrue. I do enjoy living here but feel that I overpaid unnecessarily.

Ive loooove living at the Windsor. My apartment is super cute, the maintenance team is super responsive, and everyone in the leasing office is always so kind and personable.

I am impressed with management. The property manager is prompt and thoughtful. I'm glad she is at the helm.

Maintenance always addresses the problem quickly! Never had a maintenance request open longer than 24 hrs.

Maintenance here is outstanding and professional, With in two hours he came assessed the problem and fixed it. The employees here are amazing

The leasing staff has gone above and beyond for me and my boyfriend in our moving process. Olivia and Christopher have been amazing, Leland and his team are great as we have had to call maintenance a few times and they always communicate and respond quickly. The building is quiet and relaxing, building improvements are made frequently, and the amenities are beautiful. We are so happy we signed a lease here and get to live in the wonderful neighborhood and building.

We are on our third year and are extremely happy to be a part of Windsor Turtle Creek. From the valet services, maintenance, garage parking, and the office, there is something for our every need to feel comfortable at home.

When it comes to getting a response from the Service team, theyre always on point. Prompt response, quick to resolve, and THE most polite folks from any apartment management company Ive encountered.

I love living here!!! Lee and Rodney are so nice and helpful, changing out my water filter and furnace filter. Olivia in the office is also so sweet and helpful!!! I wish I knew their names but the ladies who vacuum the halls are also so nice I always stop and say hi to them. I love my apartment and balcony. Love the high ceilings.

The staff members are extremely helpful and welcoming. The hallways and common areas are kept up and always look very nice! The amenities are great and make living here very easy.

Personally I have loved living at Windsor Turtle Creek. Anytime Ive had something to ask about (which I kinda ask a lot of questions) the office staff and maintenance team are always available with friendly responses. If youre looking for a great community that is dog friendly then look no further! Youre going to LOVE it here!

I've been living at Windsor Turtle Creek for about a month now, and have nothing but good things to say! The building is kept extremely clean and feels very safe. The amenities, both in the apartment and around the building, are top notch. The staff are extremely helpful! Plus, it's in a great area where you can quickly walk to a ton of places to eat/pick something up while also easily hop in your car in get on the tollway to get somewhere farther away.

We feel at home. The entire staff is always friendly and are very helpful to whatever need arises. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The workout room is great and the pool area is lovely. The elevators are convenient and the parking garage is excellent and safe. It's just a great place to live.

I feel extremely safe here and the maintenance crew is top notch- super prompt, skilled and polite. Im very glad I chose this property.

Although we find ourselves members of the older generation, being around the younger generation reminds us that we are still young at heart.

The service is always timely and well done. Front office and maintenance are on top of things around this property.

We have lived here for two years now and plan on staying a third. As the original renters of our unit, we can say that this place was beautiful since the beginning and has stayed this way because of the outstanding management staff and especially the maintenance supervisors (Rodney and Leland). Quieter place given the amount of apartments with plenty of garage parking and tremendous pool/gym amenities.

This apartment community is among the best I have lived in. Granted, you do pay for it, but the customer service and the cleanliness goes above and beyond. Management is respectful and responsive and the community and its amenities are always kept up to high standards. Living at this community is enjoyable and the walkability of the area is a huge plus as well.

Excellently maintained property- beautiful apartments, front office and staff are all over the details, amenities and service to keep things nice and safe. They go the extra mile and are incredibly professional and nice.
