Property Ratings at Windsor Village
Horrible place to live they constantly go up on your rent. Roaches apartments needs update
HORRIBLE place of living. My apartment has constantly flooded since I’ve moved in in November of 2022, and now the air conditioning has been broken for months. They sent a maintenance man out and the air has gotten worse! My thermostat is set to 65 but it is 77 degrees in my apartment! I am paying to live uncomfortably!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable!! I was told there is nothing they can do about my air conditioning because “it’s hot outside”. So every night I have to go to bed HOT and uncomfortable because the landlord doesn’t want to do her job! This apartment complex is awful. Everything is run down and falling apart. Every time I put in a work order they do a “quick fix” for everything and I end up having the same issue over and over again! Half of our outlets didn't work or barely did. There are doors that won't close, or are falling off the hinges. The paint job looks like it was done by a toddler. There are paint drips all over the floors and counters and it was applied to the walls very sloppily. The counters all have water damage and are falling apart. The cabinets don't close. There’s stains in the cabinets from before I moved in. The dish washer leaks, is missing the rollers for the bottom dish tray, and is ancient. There are gnats that won't go away no matter what I try. The water pressure is awful. The toilets are tiny and not securely fastened to the floor. The front door doesn't lock correctly. You can hear any and EVERYTHING from neighbors above and beside you. This place is dirty, old, rickety, and just an all-around awful place to live. If I wasn't under a lease, I'd be moving out today! Don't live here; you'll regret it.
Had I known that management would befriend certain tenants, I would've picked a better place to live. When I say management, I mean the property manager because there are 2 ladies there and the leasing consultant is very helpful, nice and professional at all times, but the Property Manager isn't friendly at all. Her attitude is rude and she doesn't come off as a people person when dealing with the public. Maintenance responds fast but there shouldn't be an issue every single month. The heat goes out in the Winter months and the air goes out in the Summer months. Their only excuse is "we live in Mississippi" so basically I have to deal with it. No need to contact their Corporate Office because they will NOT respond or answer your call. I even went to the physical office and nothing was done to handle my concerns. I have an entire timeline of events and nothing has been done. I would only recommend these apartments for a short term.
Someone broke into my apartment, damaged my door/lock and the property manager seemed to have no sense of urgency to replace/fix my door! Weeks later, someone else’s unit was broken into. Almost every week, the water gets shut off. The maintenance man was very nice but he needs MORE HELP! Overall, it’s an ok starter apartment but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something long term.
This apartment has gone down considerably throughout the years. It was once a decent place to live, but the slow responses to many of the repairs, and the fact that they can't seem to keep the water on makes this place miserable. I recommend finding another complex.
We never had anything fixed. We had no airconditioner for over 2 months. Our appliances were older than us. We were told by the workers that nothing would be fixed because the "management" didn't want to spend money. The frames of the doors didn't line up so we could see outside while sitting on the couch, the walls were unfinished at the bottom and bugs often crawled through from somewhere. The apartment manager is over 2 complexes and the rudest I have ever met in the industry. Pure trash and feels like living in a slum.
This is a nice place to live with friendly staff in an area with many restaurants and shops around..The maintenance is well keep up and landscaping well groomed along with friendly neighbors..All the places of food , phone services , shops , mini malls and etc are within a 10 mile radius..It has a pool, lounge chairs , and club house for special events when needed.. Also has a church which is the next property to it for family services and worship.. No place like home..

No washer/dryer and the ones on the property aren't that good. The neighborhood is decent and is fairly quiet even with all of the children that live in it. Good distance to affordable gym, stores, school, churches, and the highway is literally two secs away. The rent is a little steep for a complex without even a w/d, but it's not unmanageable. My chief complaint about this apartment is that they make it impossible to pay rent but charge you a $50 fee if you're late. They should improve their hours!!! 8-5 are horrible for those that work. Give a college student a discount on the rent to sit in the office from 7 to 8, 11 to 1, and 5 to 6 so that working people can still see an office worker without having to take a day off!!!!!
We are getting an apt here and the manager was very professional and helpful. The grounds looked great!
Nothing ever gets fixed and the apartment was barely move in ready. Definitely not worth the money.
I visited this property and it is beautiful. The office staff is very professional and courteous.
We have got a rented apartment at Windsor village today. We just visited the property and we like the services provided by property and staff. Laundry room is very clean. Overall these aparents are the best.
