I haven only been in the community for less than two months. So far, I love it. It’s quiet and cozy and everything I was looking for. Currently, the gate is being repaired but I suppose that will be fixed

Apartment unit is beautiful, not a warm community of residents.
Property is very well maintained. I love the location and view from my unit. It's the reason I chose it. I've had a few issues but every time I contact the leasing staff they are professional, courteous and they take care of my concerns in a timely manner.
As far as maintenance they are great and come in a timely manner. Each one has been very professional and nice. There are other issues that the management has not taken care of that has made this experience not all that great.

Overall happy with the community but duct cleaning left Sheetrock/dust in most areas of our apartment as well as having to wait 18hours to have my AC fixed with temperatures being 80-90 degrees outside and inside 78-83 while working from home and having a pet.
It is conveniently located to mutiple shopping areas.
I have seen a decrease in the property since I moved here 5 years ago. The amount of money that I pay for a gated community does not live up to it.
This community is very nice, so my only qualm is being forced to use Spectrum as an internet provider. I understand this is the case with most communities like this one, so it's not as big of a negative as it would be.
Overall we are pleased with the move in and the accommodations that have been provided. Things are taken care of right away and we are pleased with that.

This last time 6/28/23 (emergency category) I think waiting 5 hours plus is not a good response time. The time before, several months ago (a non-emergency category) waiting 4 days is unacceptable, Also, the maintenance man never bothered to read the 'special request' box that was provided via the portal. I have lived in this apartment complex for 12 years under two different managements before Windsor took over and have never had to wait more than two hours (usually less) for a response time. Windsor's response time is deplorable.
Love the way this place is always neat and pretty in the landscaping. Can't say enough about the maintenance crew. They are awesome! Same for the office staff. Thanks to everyone who's making my life here enjoyable.
The response to the emergency work orders typically doesn't take over 24/1day to address even if it is with a response on status. For the routine maintenance it is taking longer every time to address - as long as 2-3 days to switch out things like lights, air filters etc. when it used to have a quicker response/turn around timeframe.
The team at Windsor Westbridge was friendly and helpful from the start. They answered our many questions during the application process and move-in process. We are thrilled with the communication, responsiveness to maintenance requests, and amenities.
I've been living here since 2019 I enjoy this community I get along with most of my neighbors I have had the pleasure of living here with prior management as well as present management I have had no problems with either get along with each and every one of them.

Too many add-on fees, rental rates excessive given age of complex and condition (ie. 15 year old dishwasher/refrigerator). Too many evening disturbances, music, cars and people. Gates frequently malfunction, having open gates, particularly at night, creates a crime risk.
I’ve lived here for nearly 10 years. Overall I’m satisfied with the complex. My only major concern is the amount of times the rear back gate is not working and the inconsistency of balcony etiquette.
I've been at this property for seven years. I've always loved my apartment and have genuinely felt safe here, which is my most important requirement.
Windsor Westbridge is a very nice cozy community, it’s quiet and well lit I feel very comfortable here. Stefany was awesome getting me in my new apartment home she was patient ( I was a lil indecisive) and understanding of my needs and desires in looking for a new space. My apartment is beautiful!!! The maintenance guys are always doing something in the community for us, it’s nice to see workers that care. I am home. Thank you for everything Windsor Team!
Do NOT move here!! All this company cares about is making money. They could care less about the residents' services or safety.
My family and I moved to this community in December 2021 and have had a wonderful experience so far. Our last Management company and home were awful, so really appreciate the quality customer service here.
I have lived here for over a decade through several owners and I think I actually prefer this one to any of the others. They are quick to respond, they're very courteous, and they know their job. Excellent!
My experience lately has not been so great. I had to wait for over a month before they actually repaired my issue. The first time I reported it, they fixed it, and it stopped working the next day. I reported it again, they "fixed it" same thing happened, lasted about a week and it messed up again. They said they would order the part to replace it, and i would be notified when they were going to go in my apt to repair it. Weeks passed, i called to find out what was going on since i had no longer heard anything else from staff. They called me back stating tney would just replace the refrigerator instead. I cleared out the entire thing, had my food in a cooler with ice. I get home, same fridge is still there, contacted office again, they apologized, because they are understaffed. I understand things come up, but a little communication goes a long way, and it seems like that is the biggest issue with staff. The bad communication amongst themselves, and the lack of communication to tenants when something wrong.
Easy to submit requests, and fixed the next business day.
Apartment grounds are always lovely. If I need anything fixed it's always taken care of very expeditiously. Maintenance staff is very considerate and good at your job.
Overall Windsor Westbridge is a great place to live. The golf course next door is not good. I have (4) golf ball dents on my car and the golf center doesn’t care. It the wind is blowing there’s a very loud banging that happens all day and night. Sounds like it’s coming from a pole over near the golf center. Cannot sleep with that thing clanking all night.
Well I have only been here for 1 months, but I am loving it!!
I lived here for a 1 and a 1/2 (Feb 2019 - June 2020) and I did not have any problems living here until my car was set on fire. I paid an extra $30.00 a month in this "luxury" apartment complex for covered parking. My covered parking was located near one of the back exit gates which one of the gates had a surveillance camera pointed in the direction of my car. When the Arson Investigator reached out to the manager of this complex to retrieve surveillance footage, guess what happened? If you guessed the surveillance camera was not working, you guessed right. So much for paying an exorbitant amount for rent in this complex, when they could care less about your well-being and your property. Thank God I was on month-to-month and I had already given a Notice to Vacate, so I moved out shortly after this incident occurred.
I feel very safe here, and any interactions I have with Staff is always pleasurable. I even get waves from some of them when I'm either leaving or returning home.
The community is quiet and I feel safe here.
I've always felt our apartment community should be recommended to family and/or friends. It is a nice place to live.

The apartment supervisors and staff are always ready to help and problem solve . They take care of the community and help resolve problems in a timely manner .
Despite the lag in request completion, staff was understanding, apologetic, and attentive to my needs.
My experience here has been a positive one and I've been here close to one year.
It’s very clean. My problems are attended to the next day right after I send my request.The maintenance person knows what’s he is doing. He does a good job and is knowaledgeble.
The complex is always well maintained. If anything needs repair or attention the staff is promptly dispatched to handle it. They are always respectful and friendly.
First, I would say that the appearance and cleanliness of the complex is wonderful, the staff is outstanding. The Down side would be the lack of families and Dogs that are too large for apartments.
Very nice office staff and a clean and safe place to live.
I would recommend this complex because everything is in great order and whenever something needs repair it is handled quickly and done completely.
I like the management and I feel comfortable living in this community. I would definitely recommend to any friends or family!
