Downtown Westminster is one of the fastest-growing downtown districts in the Denver metropolitan area. This up-and-coming cultural, economic, and civic hub aims to be a thriving urban-like locale with abundant options for housing, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The city has dedicated 10 million square feet for developing this growing neighborhood and it’s already gaining a great reputation. Although there are plans for adding more housing, Downtown Westminster currently offers mid-range to upscale apartments and townhomes for rent. Downtown Westminster residents have access to chain restaurants, local eateries, brewpubs, department stores, and music shops, while there are also plans in motion to add a multi-level mall as well. Similar to many Coloradoans, residents here love the outdoors and staying fit so access to three lush parks while living in Downtown Westminster is ideal.

Property Ratings at Windsor Westminster
Genevieve, Jarred, and Brandon were very helpful. I toured a handful of times and they were patient and willing to work with me. They have quickly addressed my concerns. Even maintenance was quick and professional. It’s been a good move in experience.
By far the worst place I have ever lived. You are better off living in one of the surrounding complex’s. This place has not had a club house or gym for a year now, not the mention their sad excuse of a pool area. But the rent is still way more expensive than all the surrounding places? - doesn’t make sense to me. The building is so old that you can hear every single thing around you. The person above you, the person next to you, people talking outside your unit, even the people below you. Anytime you submit a maintenance request, they’ll not only give you an attitude, but tell you that there are more important things to fix before you - some requests were never even acknowledged. When you have an actual issue, management will continue to push you off and solve nothing. The “corporate” number for this complex doesn’t work, and when you finally get to speak with “upper management” he will not provide you with a solution or eye contact. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off going literally anywhere else. If you are looking for professionalism and friendliness from staff and peace and quiet in your apartment I would recommend driving right by this place.

while we appreciate all feedback, we're very disappointed to read such a negative assessment of our community. Our team works diligently to give residents a comfortable and pleasant place to call home. We never want our residents to feel as if their concerns are not important to us and apologize that you may feel this way. We have great confidence in our team and their abilities to work with you and ask that you reach out to them either in our office or over the phone at (720) 649-5461. Thank you.
Just as many people have already mentioned, there are some major issues that make the price to live there unreasonable. Shar, Sam and Collin are the office people they seemed nice at first, but after signing the lease they are non responsive and apathetic. As a single mother I felt taken advantage of by their lack of communication and response. There are many problems with this apartment complex that are undressed. There are abandoned cars for months in the same spots, parking here is really stressful. Walking from one side of the complex to the other with groceries is a common sight. People do not park in the lines and other issues that could be simply addressed by having 2 parking passes per unit. Dog poop piles all over any area you could take your dog out. There are off-leash dogs as well, a woman with a large husky dog off leash got so close to my daughter at night when we were walking to our car and I still feel shaken from this she then went towards building two and I went back toward the office to my building. Reporting this to the office did nothing. When taking out the trash I have seen drug paraphernalia and piles of furniture and mattresses. There was a homeless man living behind building 1 dumpster for over a month. I tried calling the Occulus security company that the office told me to call, but after numerous calls they never did anything. Westminster police were called, and eventually ran him off. Sprinkler systems with broken heads running thousands of gallons straight into the storm drains. This costs the tenants and the environment in general to suffer. The "sand volleyball court" is in complete disrepair and is only used by the many cats as a litter-box, that people allow to roam the complex. The pool area is horrific, every weekend in the summer there are loud "white trash" type young people getting wild in the pool area. And yes they bring their children and diapers in the hot tub... At night there are loud drunk people that leave the hoffbrau bar, directly in-front of the leasing office and trespass in our complex pool and hot tub. There are beer cans, bottles and other trash strewn across the grass and parking lots. Calls to the security company fall on deaf ears, despite signage saying that trespassing is ILLEGAL and WILL be prosecuted. I forgot to mention, this complex shares a parking lot with a gas station that is dangerous after dark.
Besides the pool not being heated year round which is what you’re told, it been closed multiple days of the summer. Along with that the filter in the pool is broken and has been a muggy teal for months. There’s black mold in the grass that isn’t very present looking. I’ve delt with maintenance having to come multiple times to fix the same thing they didn’t fix right the first time
While we have a beautiful apartment, the rent has gone up and up and we've had more maintenance problems here than at any other rental property we've lived in before (leaks, mold, bad plumbing, pipes in the walls bursting and flooding the place). Maintenance is slow to respond and they do not clean up after themselves. Parking is always an issue and dog owners don't clean up after themselves in common areas. It is not a good value for the price. There are less expensive complexes nearby with less maintenance issues and better amenities and service! When our lease is up, we are moving. I would not recommend this complex to others.
First, the 9100 Vance Leasing Office blatantly lied to us. When we were given the initial tour, they claimed a charming feature of the property was that we could pay a $100 non-refundable fee to cover up to $600 worth of damages to the apartment and leave it in "whatever condition" we desired upon leaving, emphasizing what a useful and generous option it was. Upon moveout, we discover that it's a total scam that does not cover a dime on our behalf, instead paying for insurance on their end. 9100 Vance is now charging us $500 and denying responsibility for their employee (who conveniently is no longer working at the office, most likely having been let go for deceiving customers). To make matters worse, for the past 10 months or so, we lived with a fire sprinkler system next to our bedroom that would go off at 15 minutes or less intervals...yes, even in the middle of the night. They knew of this issue before we moved in, and yet did not warn us about the noise prior to us signing the lease. The noise steadily grew worse as the months went on, depriving me and my husband of sleep for the entire time. By the time we left, the noise had gotten so obstructive that it sounded as if someone was kicking on the wall of our bedroom. The 9100 Vance management was unable to resolve the issue for those MONTHS and did NOTHING to compensate us for the loss of sleep we endured, and yes, to add insult to injury, are charging US money on the way out. Leaser beware. Don't follow our mistakes.

Dear Resident Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry that there was a misunderstanding of how an insurance bond works. If you wish to discuss anything further with our team, please stop by or give us a call at 303-421-9100. We hope that you enjoy your new home and wish you the best. Sincerely, 9100 Vance Management
When searching for a new apartment in the Westminster/Broomfield area, we decided upon 9100 Vance as it has plenty of green space and will appointed apartments. The management seems to be caring and attentive to the needs of residents and host community parties from time to time. For apartment living, it's a nice place.

I stayed here for 1 year and overall the experience was good. Neighbors do not pick up the dog poo though which was fairly inconvenient as we have to also pay pet rent for our dog. The layout is nice and everything in the unit was updated. The neighbors seemed nice here as well.

I love this particular layout because it has a really big bathroom with an L shape vanity and 2 walls of mirrors plus a big closet. I used the den as my sewing room and it worked out great because it has a pretty spacious closet and nice window. The kitchen is really nice as well the only thing I didn't like was that it only had 2 drawers. The only issue I had was that although I paid for my carport I always found people parked in my spot. Overall my experience here was great.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback! Sounds like the Seville floor plan is perfect for you! How great is it to have the ideal room for sewing? Two kitchen drawers might not be enough but residents come up with the greatest ways to maximize space. We would love to hear your storage solutions!
