Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

Property Ratings at Elliot Windsprint
I lived here 12 years until they kept on changing company and staff rude they don’t care! They just want the rent money even tho your apt is flooding they don’t send anyone to fix if not they don’t know how to
Property Manager at Elliot Windsprint, Responded To This Review
We appreciate you taking the time to reach out. The comfort and well-being of our residents are our priorities, so it is surprising to hear of any way in which our efforts have not impressed you. Please stop by the office so we can address any outstanding repairs as quickly as possible. Thank you!
These apartments are roach infested. There are dead rats through out the grass. The maintenance of the apartments are horrible nothing is up to date or gets fixed, and when they do come to fix something the do it with a cheap rigged up temporarily fix. The pictures they show on website of apartments looks nothing like the actual thing. They will lie and string you along into a apartment that you didn’t sign up for showing an upgraded unit then give u something else last minute.
Property Manager at Elliot Windsprint, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We are very concerned about these outstanding issues and feel that it would be beneficial to go over this with our community manager. Please contact her via rgarcia@bridgepm.com at your convenience so we may work to implement prompt solutions to these issues and improve your stay as soon as possible. We hope to hear from you soon.
?????? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They have a horrible ROACH INFESTATION problem in there apartments and management doesn't do anything about it!! They are all over the place from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Not happy with these apartments. It ruins all your appliances and devices with roaches living in them. Had to throw away everything that we had their once we moved since it was infested with roaches! ?????
This apartment is NOT at all like the pictures. THe apartment looks great online but fails to mention or show the busy highway right next to it. These apartments also don't have light fixtures in the bedrooms so all you can do is plug in a lamp into the wall sockets. These apartments also have random sinks in the LIVING ROOM , not at all close to the kitchen. The first floor apartment patios are also not fenced in so random people can literally walk up onto your patio as they please. I told the managment i wanted to break my lease because I didn't feel safe here and they told me "to get a conceal carry license." Its not safe, don't live here. Even managment suggests you carry a gun to feel safe here.
I like the apart I selected and my overall experience has been great. Out of 4 apartment complexes Maria made my decision easy. She is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and it’s obvious she likes her job and the people. She needs to be the face for this complex. Thanks Maria for your assistance. The apartments are nice and spacious & if you go ask for her. You’ll know why - Amazing!
They take forever to fix anything in the apartments, our apartment has cockroaches and everytime they come about it they just put some like dots of crap on the cabinets in our kitchen. A lot of the buildings have them and they do not go away!! They will fine for every little thing, my son cant even have toys on our balcony to play with & we have to keep his bike inside or we will get fined AGAIN for it being outside. Overall they charge way to much for what they give you. When you pull them up online it looks so nice and we fell for it but they are NOT! im so ready to move out!!
I moved in these apts as a last minute option. They are the worst apts I have ever lived in. Been here 3 years unfortunately just trying to save. Management changes every year. I can never get maintenance here to fix anything. Neighbors are cool. Could have the potential to be really nice if they get someone here who knows what they are doing. My toilet has not flushed properly in months and the maintenance guy said he fixed it but did not. Leaky fireplace. Horrible upkeep of property and they are going up on rent. Ha!
Crime, vandalism, fees, and rent have steadily increased, while security and comfort have decreased. The new management has put in a "gym", but it is only accessible in the office during business hours. The pool is not consistently open. There is poor drainage near the playground. The tennis court has no net and is a waste of space. The parking lots are in disrepair. Management is quicker to take a band-aid approach for maintenance issues, but will sooner lower your rent than replace a faulty electric system. There is now a "curfew acknowledgement" that you will need to sign upon leasing. Although the office personnel is more friendly than the last 3 management I've known since living here, that alone won't compensate for, at best, a mediocre place to live.
these apartments always have something going the police are always over there I've lived here for a year and so far there have been 3 killings in the apartments, door notes stating somebody was trying to push women in there apartments, the dumpsters set on fire more than once and management have changed at least 3 times. they never keep up with rent or anything they will try to charge you extra it takes forever for maintaince to come fix something and when they do they do the very least just enough to have it working until they leave also maintaince will be in your apartment while your not home just chilling and etc please even if this your last resort don't do it especially if you have kids its just not safe
I have lived her for almost a year an the people are so nice they make me feel right at home. When i call then they fix anything that goes wrong in my apartment I love the pool an aswell as the workout area. its a cozy place to live.
I'm a current resident. Management changes every couple months. Newest management is rude and has no concept of customer service. They aren't knowledgeable and constantly have to refer you to the apartment manager who is rude herself. Good luck on repairs! They just conveniently keep "misplacing" the work order. If it's a serious issue you have to contact corporate to get any real plumbers or maintenance done. They do the bare minimum and patch jobs at best. You will constantly need repairs for the same issues. They have increased rent 2 of the 3 times I've resigned my lease and the month to month fee is ASTRONOMICAL! Pool open maybe a total of 3 whole weeks in the summer. There's always some lame excuse why it's closed. They never want to clean it so don't let that be a main attraction for you. No community events or resident appreciation. The only thing they are passionate about is getting their rent. So whether you've been here 4 weeks or 4 years if you're even late on the water they are threatening to put you out. I really don't understand why rent keeps going up as they haven't made any improvements on property in over 5yrs but they constantly are raising the prices and fees of things. Police are always here. Property is getting vandalized. Save yourself the trouble and headache. Look elsewhere!
Apartments are in poor condition, they never have your orders in the computer. The apartments need work, but the office is in great condition though with an exercise room. The office people are all the same a bunch of incompetent people and they come and go. I can't wait for my contract to be over. Talk to people who live here before you move in, in other words take your money and run.
I've been loving hear for two years when I first moved here the staff were so nice and so reliable if anything broke it would be fixed with in that same day now I'm getting ready to leave these apartments are so ridiculous now the police are always over here there's been shooting a lot of tagging on the walls I good friend of my mind car was broken into a few cars were broken into the staff in the front office are so rude and so shady since I've been here you'll never see the same manager in a month the people in the office are always new nothings never fixed this place is so disgusting I'm so happy that I'm leaving I wouldn't tell anyone to live here they have gym that you can't even use and for the summer the pool was never open and when you pay your rent make sure you get a receipt they'll tell you that you didn't pay and add more and more fees my car had gotten take from a tow truck company and I had my residents stinker in my window they took my car and I had to pay 500 dollars to get it out smh
My apartments are super awesome , our office managers are super friendly and help you out alot ! Rent 4 life would be awesome , I work hard for the things I have and to have rent 4 life , that would make my life so much easier .
1. they applied my rent to someone else's. 2. they said I owe $2.90...because they forgot processing fee,TOO BAD
