Spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments

Hello, I've been here a few months and have no complaints, my neighbors have been great, and my apartment is great. Comfortable and has been peaceful.

Maintenance and management are totally incompetent, maintenance requests do not get fulfilled, or if they do its very poorly. The entire complex is infested with BED BUGS AND ROACHES that management refuses to acknowledge or do anything about. Don't believe any positive reviews you hear about this place, you'd be better off in a motel.

This apartment community has done a 360* now that it's under new ownership. Love the staff the complex manager is awesome and treats everyone with the upmost respect with an open door policy. Maintenance is great they get your issues fixed quickly. The whole place got a facelift with new roofs, paint on exterior. Kitchen, bathrooms and floors have been remodeled. Going on 4Yrs. ago I would have never recommended this complex. Now I Proudly recommend this as a home even if it's just a stepping stone. We even have a security company that watches over the so that you may sleep peacefully at night. I read some disturbing reviews about bedbug issues. I can say personally that we have never had any issues with such things. And it is my personal opinion that any such problems left with the previous owners. We have an excellent pesticide company with regular treatments as well as when you feel like you might need an extra treatment. And for my favorite on site amenity. A wonderful pool and area to relax. All in all a great place to live close to everything and safe for the KIDS!!!

My wife and I have lived at Windtree Apartments for going on four years. When we first moved in we got what we paid for and it was not a feeling of home to us. Since the take over the management team seems to really care about it's tenants. I have even seen the Manager as well as the other office staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can in this time of financial hardship. As far as the maintenance crew goes they do an amazing job as well. Any problems we have had have been taken care of in a timely manner with smiles on there faces. For example are kitchen was remodeled in three days once started and what a beautiful job. I have to say it's so nice to see money put back into the property like they have including new roofs, paint jobs on the entire exterior of the property, upgrades to the pool and surrounding area, nightly security patrol and for those like me with a wife directly connected to Amazon they have installed an Amazon Hub system for those who might worry about leaving packages on there front door. When we walk in are front door now in truly is HOME!!!!

Not worth the price your paying. Roaches in all the apartments

This place is trash there is always trash on the ground it has roaches dirt in the pool lowest level of apartment living. basically the scum of the earth People come here and do whatever they want the management team terrible

Apartment living has its ups and downs. I’ve never been a fan of them but Windtree is one of the nicer ones available in the area. I’ve been a resident for over 8 months and haven’t had many problems. Other than loud noises and occasional plumbing issues, you get decent quality living for what you’re paying for.

I moved my family into the Windtree Apartment community a few weeks ago and so far, so good. The amenities are great and the staff truly is friendly and fair. My family likes the area so far and so do I. Hope it stays this way!

I can’t complain. This is 10x better than where I used to live. It’s quiet for the most part and the community is friendly and helps each other. I’ve never felt threatened or in any kind of danger. Should be a safe place to bring your family and stay long term. They don’t jump you on the rent year after year like some places do. Overall, a great place to reside!

Windtree apartment is the worst place you can live, it is a place full of drug addicts, prostitutes and alcoholics to mention a few details. This included the administration that steals the deposit at the time of closing the lease. I do not recommend it to anyone. The apartments are full of cats and cockroaches fleas. The nights are intense pq you can not sleep for the fights d neighbors. The police are the whole day in those condominiums. It is not a safe place for children or anyone. Prostitution is our daily bread. You touch the door asking for that service as you can not be in the corridors pq the plague to marijuana gets you drunk. The employees of the office hide the obstacles of the lease and the day you do not say anything about the charges they put and they send you by mail to your new address so as not to give you the front. Mrs. Wendy, head of the thieves' cartel, did not give the front the day she was called to answer about this. The rest of the employees just do not say they understand but can not do anything. They are scammers. On the other hand, I warn you that they have another key to your apartment where you can enter without warning so you do not get scared, with the maintenance story you do not have privacy. I put cameras inside the apartment for a day I noticed that there were things watered when I lived alone and I knew how I had left them and I could see how they entered the apartment without authorization, when I called the office (they said that was like my home but not my house and they could do it when they needed it) That's why I warn you about all these improper things I have undesirable that make this apartment complex. IT IS AN ALERT FROM SOMEONE THAT LIVED THAT TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I only share some of the many irregularities that exist there. Share it and do not allow anyone to regret this social rot that lives there. We deserve something better, we deserve to give us what we pay for cheap pq are not. I will not rest or shut up my voice until justice is done with all these thieves in the office.

So far the apartments are clean, noise is moderate, and the neighbors are friendly and considerate. Very happy with the neighborhood so far.

After signing my lease and moving in 20 days ago I was TERRIFIED after reading these negative reviews. However, I noticed most of them were over a year ago, when they were under different management. I’m still new here, so maybe I don’t have all the details, but the management crew I encountered seemed very likable and professional to deal with. My move in transition was very smooth. All the appliances work, and it looks like there was some renovations done to the apartments. They are comfortable to live in. There are some noise issues from time to time but with apartment living, what do you expect? Realistically, this is an affordable place to live and I would highly recommend them!

The staffs are friendly.If you have a problem in the apartment that need to be fix they respond quickly. They are also pet friendly

love all the improvements that have been made! friendly staff that become family. close to many stores in walking distance and bus stops within minutes.

I have lived here almond 3 years, I have not had a problem with any bed bugs, the maintenance and office people are very nice, as long as you pay on time, you will have no problem.

Although the management team is nice, the complex has an infestation of bed bugs. A great deal of crime,would not recommend plus they make you sign a bed bug waiver

Do not move there, do not sign a bed bug waiver with them. They are bad people who rent to others knowing that their apartments are infested with bed bugs.Warning!

there is alot of violence drugs and alcohol around the street in winter apartments I have lived here December 12th and it's been one of the worst experiences that I have there's a lot of shootings and you will get disturbed in your sleep from a few neighbors don't come to wind tree apartments it will be a mistake of ur life time
