Exaggerated charges and lack of repairs
I've lived here almost 5 years. They had inspection (which I passed) then 2 weeks later, put a 3 day eviction notice on my door if i didnt pay $300 for fridge parts. They then refused my rent check I paid on time and added a 50 dollar late fee. 2 months later, toilet stops working, maintenance people come and "fix it" causing the water to run constantly and had to call them twice to repair it and my water bill doubled. They refused to compensate me for that too. They will threaten the hell out of you with eviction for anything and everything. Not worth living here.

Happy tenant of 6 years!!
I have lived at Windtree Villas for the last 6 years and I love it ! I have a quiet clean home with a great leasing and maintenance team that have been there every time I needed them no questions asked! I can walk outside and enjoy seeing the neighbors and kids outside playing adding to the beauty in the community!!

ughh
When I walked in I saw a lot of ants crawling around it was very dusty when I first moved in. Now they are charging too much for this apartment and I have to deal with the horrible ant problem and they crawl on the beds and bite me and my brother all the time.
