Hello dear Resident , our community is a non smoking community but as we know some people will not follow the rules. This is always a tough one to handle because we have to see someone smoking typically to prove they are and then handle it at that time. So far it’s good. I am enjoying my stay here. Locality is nearby to all major shops like Costco, Walmart, Target, Publix. Community is good, but at the same there is room for improvement.

I wish there was a Valet Trash available since we need not worry about dumping the trash all by myself even while I am busy. In my case, the dumpster is far away and completely on the opposite side which makes it difficult to go there and dump trash every now and then.

Prime location! Excellent value for the cost of living here! Spacious apartment, good amenities, and easy access to the Big Creek Greenway. The staff is super nice and the maintenance staff is incredibly quick and responsive. My only note is that the apartment was dirty upon move in. For example, the dishwasher had food bits in it. Prepare to clean deeply!

What I love the most is the security! I feel very secured here especially after taking a walk and noticing officers live here as well. The beautiful layout of my apartment won me over especially the kitchen and living room! I also love the amenities especially by the pool area! Moved in last week and so far everything is perfect and enjoyable. Lara made the move in process very easy and fast. The community very clean and management and maintenance are continuous improving the property.
I have recently shifted here. Nice place to stay. Quick response to requests raised for the issues raised. While booking I had many issues but after moving in it’s good. I have booked the apartment and paid the advance fee and when I reached their office they said it is booked by someone else and I gave book other apartment. Finally I have some other apartment and paying 110$ extra now.
Wonderful maintenance team, very quickly and kindly help with any maintenance needs. We have been here for two years and we have enjoyed the experience.

This is a great apartment complex but it’s a little rundown. It needs minor upgrades, such as faucet fixtures, fireplace mantle, flooring and even the light switches. They are also a tad bit dirty. They could clean the breezeways and paint the paint the railings and it would be so much better.

Community and staff are fantastic. Main office, pool and gym are great. Maintenance is fantastic to work with. Neighborhood is mostly clean and the apartments do well to mask most noise.
Great maintenance, requests were taken care of in a professional and timely manner! If you don't live in the side of the neighborhood that has the trash, compactor, car wash, or park: the sidewalk situation is walking in the street and driving through 4 sets of gates to throw the trash out. The access to the Greenway is nice, however be advised that when it's mowing day you will hear them for hours and if not the mowers you will hear the firehouse. Overall not a terrible apartment complex but definitely room for improvement.

Appliances are old which consumes more electricity and drives up the power bill, specially the HVAC. We previously lived in Cortland apts which had Nest and cost almost half in terms of power bill. Also, the sewer, waste mgmt, water , pest control and other utility and rental insurance will add another $100 to your rent which is also much more than other communities. Other than that, the maintenance is good, location is also very quiet . There is access to the bike trail just behind the apt. The elementary school is also very good.

Hello resident we appreciate your feed back and I wanted to share some information . Our average water and sewer bill at this community is $40 to $55, and our average utility bill which includes all utilies in the home is during this summer was $130. Our pest control is only $5 and our trash fee is only $10 which is the lowest of all of surrounding competition.
Good environment, maintenance and Lora helped us while moving to the apartment. Walkway is really good. Apartment has all amenities swimming, play court.

The apartments are outdated having kitchen shelves as wooden instead of graphite. not having wooden floors in living and dining and also the carpets are not of good quality.

Good secure community and has a nice pool and play area which is good for kids also has a carwash . Connected to greenway nice for walks and runs.

I am loving my stay here. The location is accessible to all the major retailers like Publix, Walmart, Costco, Community also has good amenities like gym, swimming pool and tennis court.
