horrible

rent went up for no reason and they charge by the gallon on water but doesn’t have a meter so they don’t know exactly how much you owe.you don’t have an exact rent amount. got an eviction notice even though i paid on time.. no one is ever in the office and wont answer the phone..

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Current resident .. The community here is terrible, drug dealers walking around and tenants smoking cigarettes inside the buildings. There’s construction going on in my building as we speak and there wasn’t a notice whatsoever . It is 8:26AM and I can’t even get in touch with the office because the place is a mess. Do not move here, especially if you have children.

Getting better.. glad I didn't listen to reviews

I moved in about 4 months ago but almost got scared away by the reviews. Yes like all places, even buckhead, they have issues but its affordable and 20 minutes from my job. You actually get to see the manager out walking the property and putting out the problem folks and again....its affordable!

Unprofessional... poor customer service

Very poor customer service in the office.. the women in the office scheduled me to see a one bedroom at 1pm.. we show up.. after a 30 minute drive just to show up and be told the place cant be seen because it won't be cleaned until 4:30..BUT NO ONE CALLED ME TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT ...i ask howcome not one called to inform me and instead of just owning up to her wrong she says "you can come back tomorrow" ... I'm like how about NOT.. if they are rude and unprofessional now..i can only imagine how the property looks... thank god i dodged the bullet.

Dont rent here pleeeease

This place needs to be shut down and tore down! Theres mold, rats, roaches, bed bugs, and knats! There's always shooting/killing....something is always going down here, drugs and then some!!! I was forced to put a star but God knows i didn't want to

Ewwww

The apartment complex looks different from the pics they post on the site. It is very trashy and the hallways look like crack addicts sleep in them. Please drive by before renting here.

No, just no...

people get shot here, around every corner someone is selling dope and the people are loud noisy. The neighborhood is just overall appalling and the buildings need to be condemned. would I suggest living here? NO, just no....
