This is a great little community for families! Rhonda in the office is a fantastic and professional human and manager! Scott the maintenance person is also amazing and quick! I had a large maintenance issue with an appliance that needed to be replaced and it was ordered and newly installed in less than a week! The school district is phenomenal and the rec center is 7 minutes away! You can’t go wrong with Winnfield Commons!

I lived there under a year and broke my lease, paid a fee and left. The townhomes are freezing cold in the winter due to old slider door units and leaky windows. My teeny, tiny refrigerator was broken and would freeze my food and they wouldn’t replace it. They told me I could buy one. Sure thing. The landscaping on the property isn’t taken care of and looks pretty bad. Just not a well run place but I think it’s the owners, Zaremba management who won’t spend the money.

This past year they have been doing cosmetic work. Yet the windows and sliding doors need to be replaced. Watch the blinds move in the wind that comes in closed doors. The pool has not opened on time in the 5 years I’ve been here. There’s always an excuse. By August most of the pool is in the shade. No one enforces rules. Wild kids and non residents are common. Office is rude and incompetent. Maintenance is poor.

Winfield provides you with a beautiful, central location, kind neighbors and excellent community amenities. The schools on Westlake are awesome, the upkeep is fantastic and it’s very clean here. There is so much family fun to be had in Westlake and it’s nice not to have to worry about raking leaves or shoveling snow! All in all, this is a pretty nice place to call home!
Given the gorgeous upgrades, townhouse style with attached garage and private entry at the price I’m not sure why people choose to spend more for less at other communities in Westlake. Best kept secret in Westlake and Jillian in the office is amazing! She is very friendly, prompt and really helpful.
This place is not just another apartment building, it's home. The Winfield Commons apartments are structured like condominiums. Each unit has a private driveway and garage that is connected to your individual unit. It is wonderful to pull into my garage, after a long day at work or a night out. The garage is spacious enough to store extra things such as boxes, tools, equipment, etc. Extra outdoor parking spaces are available for guest. You may enter your home from your private garage. There is a coat closet at the entry point adjacent to the glass paneled front entry door of the apartment. The apartment space is spectacularly laid out. Beautiful living room and dining room space with a fireplace and double sliding glass door that leads to the spacious patio. There are two full bedrooms, one with a large walk-in closet and a full linear one and the second with a linear closet as well. The rooms each have large windows. The master bedroom has a beautiful bay window. There is a full sized kitchen which includes a microwave, plenty of cabinet space and other appliances. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen. It contains a full sized washer and dryer, a closet, and plenty of shelf space. Each unit has its own physical address (no apartment number assigned). There is an outdoor swimming pools for summer fun. Finally, these apartments are within 10-25 minutes to loads of wonderful places: Crocker Park Shopping Center in Westlake, Great Northern Mall in North Olmsted, Rocky River Shopping Center, Oberlin, Downtown Cleveland dinning and games, Ohio City, Tremont, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Cleveland's musemum area. Winfield conveniently touches all worlds.
