Winfield Terrace

This site shows there is a 3 bedroom unit available. I visited the office and while I was filling out the application I was told someone just paid to get the unit. So I left. A day later, I see on this site, there is still a 3 bedroom available. But no one picks up the phone. A day after that, I still see the availability. Still no one picks up the phone. Are you guys for real? Is there any other contact number for this apartment?

My husband and I were interested in renting an apartment and this complex was number one on our list. We tried calling to set up a tour of the place because we needed to find an apartment by the end of month. We called several times (and by several I mean 30 times between the two of us) and even left a voice message, but never heard back. We started calling in the morning; we called all morning with no success, then finally at around 1 pm a girl picked up the phone, and she told me that they had availability for a tour at 4:30 pm but that I could not make that appointment until 4 pm; furthermore, she assured me that if I called back at 4 pm that someone would definitely answer the phone. I called back at 4 pm but nobody picked up the phone, I called several times until 5 pm and then gave up. It is unbelievable that we, the payers, have to chase them down when it should be the other way around, I guess they didn't really need our business...
