Too loud for the price. Walls are thin. Can’t sleep with the upstairs neighbors. There’s constantly something out of order or alarms being tested. Construction near a lot of the units that’s been going on for months. For the price, not worth it.

Elevator 2 was down for almost 2 weeks. It was such an inconvenience to move groceries or any items. Also people keep living their trash outside their doors. It looks and smells horrible as you walk down the hallway.

The Winslow is a great building. It’s nice and new, there are awesome amenities, it’s well located, and priced well for what it is. Even though it’s a big building, it really doesn’t feel that way once you’re inside.

Everything is great from amenities, location, to friendliness of staff and effectiveness of the maintenance team. The only caveat is the street noice. I'm on the 7th floor and keep all doors and windows closed when I go to bed. Yet I still find myself woken up by street noice if I don't wear earplugs. I'm not a light sleeper

So far so good! Loving the new digs. Not happy with some of the challenges we experienced with the Fire Alarms and the parking lot cleaning, but I understand those challenges will occur from time to time.

420 dollars to repair drywall holes for hanging tv and 185 to repaint a brand new apartment (we didn’t paint but there were a few paint chips from moving). Wild! The facilities are great though. Just disappointed by the company’s greediness. Really enjoyed living here otherwise.

I love my new apartment and the neighborhood is super walkable! The amenities are pretty nice as well. The cleaning staff also does a great job daily. Only 4 stars because I wish there were more trash cans (or at least one) around on the north side of the building.

The staff is kind. Not a fan that everything seems to be breaking down (trash chutes, garage door) and how hot the hallways are. Otherwise good place to live.

This building has great amenities and I absolutely love my apartment, plus it’s pet friendly which is nice. Picking up packages and sending them out is also really easy.

Niki and Ryan were both phenomenal duing my move in. The place is amazing and it has a ton of amenities and is very safe. The dog park across the street is great but so is the smaller one on the third floor. Additionally UH has a ton to get into.

So far we have loved our experience at Winslow! The gym and pool are great and we love just hanging in our apartment. There have been some growing pains with elevators not working and some issues with the mailroom, but otherwise it’s been great!

It’s been great! The staff are kind. The only thing is the hallways are really hot. No AC is being pumped on any other floor other than the third floor.

Great place so far! The hallways need a bit of cleaning. The third floor is the only floor that seems to be vacuumed/perfumed. I’m also not a fan of their bathroom vents. You can’t turn them off immediately. It takes about an hour when going to bed before it stops making noice since they’re on a motion sensor.

We are just moving in this week, but we absolutely love our apartment and the neighborhood! Everyone on the Winslow staff has been super helpful and responsive with all of our questions. Pool and hottub are great! Great community to live in. Parking spaces are very nice and cheaper than most apartments that I looked at. Staff are very responsive.

The Winslow is amazing, the amenities are very entertaining, relaxing, and a rejuvenating no matter what day of week it is. I feel I never need to leave home unless it's to run errands or make a run to the grocery. It is a very quiet and peaceful environment. Niki who helped through my sign up process, made my move in very welcoming, and smooth transition.

We have lived here for a short time but are already in love with the amenities, location, and quality of our apartment. The community events are a big bonus too! We can’t wait to enjoy the pool this summer and get in the 24/7 gym.

I love it so much here everyone is super friendly and the apartments are quiet, the gym is huge, the entertaining room is amazing with the pool table and grill for entertaining guests.

I very much enjoy living here at the Winslow the main reason being b/c of apartment life. Hannah and Elijah have done a great job making the building feel like a community. I feel as though i know lots of names and have neighbors to hang out with on occasion because of the events they throw. This is the biggest perk of living at the Winslow BY FAR The location is great, I like the dog park for my dogs and maintenance is responsive and keeps the building clean. You can walk everywhere that’s been fun The biggest problem right now is the parking garage. people have been bashing our windows, bikes locks seem stolen with locks cut out of storage and people are coming in and checking doors. I suggest they have cameras and a security guard for the garage. The 2nd : no lights in bedrooms or living room. Overall, I feel safe at night and do recommend living here though.

So far I’ve really enjoyed the environment and the help given. The rooms are great sizes and the amenities are kept up well and plenty of fun. It seems there are some cool events going on here and I love the constant communication between staff and residents it makes things easier.

Winslow is a nice community with incredible amenities. Staff is friendly. A lot of dogs and has caused some issues. Maintenance team rocks. Always on top of small issues with new building.

I cannot express in words just how stunningly beautiful the Winslow is. It is luxury living at its finest at an affordable price. The view from our gorgeous 6th floor studio facing west is exactly why we love San Diego.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick response to inquiries and beautiful grounds. The neighborhood is awesome with a lot of highly rated restaurants within walking distance. Community events are offered atleast twice a month which is a great way to get to know your neighbors.
