Home is in walking distance to beach and shops!  The kitchen is nicely remodeled kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher, gas range and full-sized fridge. This is a multi-unit property but, neither of the other units will be occupied this winter.  Tenant has use of 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (no garage or laundry). Fully furnished home with two queen beds and a pullout.   Owner is ideally looking for a full-time Tenant / local workers to occupy and care for the space this winter season but, we are open to folks visiting from other areas too. SINGLE FAMILY HOME SLEEPS 5 in 3 BEDS BEDROOM #1:   One (1) Queen BEDROOM #2:    One (1) Queen COMMON AREA:   One (1) Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 1) POLICIES & DISCLOSURES 1. Advertised "Rent" Rate includes estimated costs for electricity, trash, water/sewer and natural gas. *Utilities:  At the conclusion of the ski lease, Tenant will be credited or billed for the difference in the estimated amounts over the bills. *No internet or cable. Tenant to secure their own services if desired. 2. Deposit is equal to One Month's Rent with balance of the term paid UPFRONT or 2 Months' Rent when rent is paid monthly. 3. 5-Month minimum lease term. 4. Parking for 4 vehicles in the unpaved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 5. Single level home. No stairs. 6. AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months. 7. No washing machine or clothes dryer. There is more than one coin laundry available under 1 mile from the home. 8. No access to/use of the attached garage. 9. Two other units in compound that will be VACANT during the ski lease. 10. No bear box for trash. Trash must be put out curbside on pickup day each week. 11. Renter's Insurance required for the duration of the ski lease term. 12. Tenant is responsible for all snow removal at the property. 13. No pets permitted.
