Pretty good, but for the cost I’d expect a few changes. For example, many of our utilities break often. Also, our utility bills are suspiciously high. In general though it’s an excellent place to live.

Love the location and this cozy community! Very walkable to shopping and food. Apartment is pretty quiet for being near the road. Of all the apartments we toured, we felt this was the best bang for your buck and we have been very happy so far!

All an all on a day in and out I have enjoyed my time here at the Winthrop. I recently suffered a great loss the management team was very caring. My loss made me think about a possible move to another unit of even possibly moving somewhere else, but as time has passed I reflect on my time here and think where else is just as good or better. My final decision is no to a move for at least now. I have been happy for the 4 plus years of living here and why change. That being said I do feel that there are things that could be improved with the appearance of the building.

The living environments are quiet, clean and convenient. It is not far from best schools and Towson Center for shopping. But sometimes noise comes from 2nd floor because of the main unit using wooden floor (bedroom using wool carpet). Great response and events provide by management team. I would definitely recommend to everyone to looking into this 5 star apartment!

Living at Winthrop has been awesome. Great staff, great amenities, great floorplans, and a great area. The only issue I have regarding this place is the lack of guest parking. Everything else has been smooth sailing for the past 18 months. Any issues I have had the staff have resolved in a timely manner.

I absolutely love it here! My son and I have been here for two days, and we are so impressed! Brent helped us through the process of applying and becoming residents, and I can’t thank him enough. He was extremely patient and kind. We moved from California, and he made it a lot easier for us! When we moved in, we were assisted by Juanita, and she was so wonderful and welcoming! Living in this apartment has been a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location is quite convenient with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment. The apartment itself is relatively spacious and gets a good amount of natural light. However, there are some downsides. Maintenance issues, like leaky AC units (my apartment flooded once) and I’ve heard of other tenants having similar experiences, though the management has addressed them in a reasonable timeframe. Noise from neighboring units can be an issue at times, and the parking situation is less than ideal (frequent towing). Overall, it’s an average place to live with some positives and a few frustrations.

Overall, experience has been good, but some of the newer tenants are louder and rowdier than when we first moved in. Also noticed that some of the other tenants aren't as conscientious about cleaning up the mess they leave in common areas.

Smooth move in process over all very nice apartment, neighbors & amenities for rent. Packages places in secure lockers so you don’t have to deal with a messy package room or things getting stolen. Kind of noisy depends on which unit u move into. Don’t wanna be facing the street or too close to the garage in the back makes a loud noise when opened.

Been here for almost a year now and I can say that Winthrop gave us beyond our expectations. I love how well maintained the building is. Great amenities, reliable maintenance team, amazing management. Only few minor issues but they easily get resolved. I appreciate the value they give to the residents. Great place to live! The maintenance staff is super responsive and nice - I filed a request this morning and not even an hour later they were at my door! Lots of cool events with free food and goodies, which is a slay.

I moved about one week ago. The process was smooth, staff are great, and I love the apartment and the neighborhood! One small thing I am not used to is valet trash - leaving bags in the hallway for pickup.

Lovely place to live. So close to everything shopping,schools, entertainment and doctors. Staff is very friendly, maintenance team is great and helpful.

I have lived here for over 15 months in a one bedroom & two bedroom. The apartment is great! But the thing that makes this apartment is the staff. Liz in leasing is absolutely phenomenal! I had a maintenance issue that literally brought me to tears one morning when I was trying to work from home. She was supportive and beyond quick to assist. She immediately got maintenance to my apartment and figured out a new place for me to work in the meantime where I’d be less stressed. When I decided to relocate to a new unit in the building, she helped me in deciding what would be best for me. She is truly a treasure. She always takes the time to say hi to everyone and is there to help. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and she really cares about this building. Always taking time to listen if there is something that can be done for improvement or if you have any concerns. She also treats my dog Nala like a princess. Every day, Nala stops by the office just to say hi to Liz and get some pets. She’s actually sad and sits outside the office on days Liz is off. I recommend Winthrop and recommend you talk to Liz when you stop by.

Staff and neighbors here is great. The place I lived prior to Winthrop, it was only two neighbors that was great to me. I am enjoying this experience so far.

Still loving Winthrop! Our first year here was great. Everyone is always soo helpful, maintenance comes in a timely manner, and the amenities are great! The improvements made to the gym have been awesome. Love it here!

My husband and I will be moving after a year here. We really enjoyed our time here! So much so that we will be moving on to another Bozzuto managed property. The staff and maintenance team are responsive and address issues quickly. We never had any issues with noise or cleanliness. We were happy to call this place home.

Things have been fine since I’ve been a resident here. After 2 years going on 3 I have no complaints about my living experience. Neighbors are very nice and I love to see the friendly dogs.

Unfortunately the new staff is not as friendly as the previous ones. Management use to be so friendly, helpful and approachable. Now they seem rude, stressed out and hostile. They want to charge visitors for parking, which is absurd as friends or family shouldn’t have to pay to visit loved ones. They will tow your vehicle out of the garage even if you pay for parking. They are definitely way less accommodating and don’t seem to value long term residents loyalty. Recently a pipe burst in my apartment and I woke up to my apartment flooding. Some of my things were damaged it was a horrible experience and had a hard time reaching the emergency hotline, so I ended up calling 911 and the fire department came find the bursted pipe. Not once did any staff members from management reach out or say anything about the situation. It’s frankly upsetting and definitely left a negative impression.

This apartment complex is a 9 out of 10 the staff is awesome the location is great. Everything is in walking distance. Very peaceful and clean around the neighborhood

I’m always impressed with how friendly the people in the office are. They are always willing to help. Occasionally there may be a misplaced package and they quickly troubleshoot with me until we find it.
