Horrible Management
The manager at Witmer Heights, Grace, has no sense of urgency and displays favoritism towards certain tenants. There are many tenants with appliances that stopped working for almost a year now and still haven't been fixed. Also, there are cockroaches in most of the apartments. There are people with 3 bedrooms that only have 1 parking spot because Grace gives her favorite tenants extra parking spaces even though they only have one bedroom.
