Witte Oaks Apartments

I've been a current resident at witte oaks and we've had 5 managers and 3 agencies take over this property each manager has been professional but no investment has been made till now with wogan group each building got a new roof we have new fixtures of lights outside our parking lot. Still have a couple of more area needing lights but there is a process of improvement. Of course every apartment that is all bills paid has its issues but were able to have window units if the ac goes out which recently this year it has only gone out TWICE which is a miracle.

I have a two bedroom 1 and a half bath. Since the day I moved in there has been rats, roaches, maggots, MOLD, toilets that dont work, and management that runs the office never picks up the phones, maintenance people who your not aloud to speak to without going through the office people. No one ever comes to fix anything unless you go down to the office and force them (half the time they still dont come) the cieling leaks and they dont care. I have been yelled at and told I'm a lier by the managers assistant because they change things up all the time. Have had them trying to bust into my apartment to (in their words) "catch the people next door." Them screaming and cussing out the vary young couple next door for being 4 days late on rent. When confronted about the rats that are everywhere I was yelled at that they will do nothing to compensate me for my childrens food that was eaten through for 6 months. Told anywhere I go it will always be like this and they don't owe anything to me. They dont care about the children who are playing at the park with the crack needles, broken beer bottles, and rocks all over the place. Cops and fire trucks here once a week, gang related spray paint everywhere, and children running drugs for gangs on property. Its not safe, over charged and not worth it! if you have a family please don't move here!

I have been calling the leasing office and of course no one answers or returns a call. I then called the corporate office and the person that was supposed to help me according to the receptionist, couldn't help me. I explained to her that I have called and left a message with no response. She said I have to give them time, at least 24-48 hours. This property is tiny they are not busy because they don't do anything. The grounds are filthy, the people in the office when they are in the office, are incompetent. Don't move your kids to this property, there are adults smoking weed drinking alcohol and who knows what else in the playground. And now I find out the Management company is just as bad if not worse than the leasing office staff. There are better places in Spring branch to live

The ceiling leaking water and bulging dry wall their idea of fixing is to paint over. Cock roaches every where get me out of this place :(

Great location and very convenient as far as stores in the area.
