Noise, trash, loud tenants
Trash can always be found on the ground and in the grass around the building. Management does not clean it up. Tenants often are often very loud using profanity and constantly play music late at night and into the morning outside, breaking Chicago noise ordinances. Nice block but the landlord lets anyone live here and does nothing. Worst building on the block.

Please do not move in here is full of mice and the management don’t care about there tenant the apartment is dirty with no good up keeping
