Bed bugs are STILL somewhere in vents or walls. I came in with new furniture , threw out ALL of clothing TWICE and I mean everything ! They are still there. They had a professional come out and check my items and I was told that there was NOTHING in my stuff ... so I want to know why am I being charged $300 for a treatment due to an infestation in their complex .. SAD! I cannot wait until my lease is up... you would think they would’ve offered another apartment by now but no. DO NOT LET THESE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. Rent elsewhere, I wish I did !

I apartment hopped a lot as a kid and I remember them being incredibly unreliable any time we had any issues - someone who lives in a dirty home got bug treatment before we would get our A/C fixed just because they walked in 5 minutes before us, I remember stuff like this happening all the time and my family got very used to treating any issues ourselves, or halfway doing stuff just to get by. I feel very comfortable with the priority system y'all have going on, it makes a lot more sense to me. The maitnence people are very polite and respectful of my home as well, never touching anything without asking, being nice to my baby when she stares, and answering any questions I have.
The area is nice and is close to both of our jobs and families!
It's very cozy, friendly, and homey. The area is a big selling point. The staff are great as well.

I have lived at Wolf Creek for four years and the good has always outweighed the bad. Despite the staff changing on a regular basis, they’re always good, and I was particularly happy that Grace has been able to remain based at the property for so long. She is consistently kind, courteous, and eager to assist me when I walk into the office. Although she always appears busy, Grace takes the time to be personable and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is going well with the residence. It is obvious that she takes great pride in the property, and her work in general – something that in my experience is unfortunately more and more rare in almost any sector. Maintenance is also top-notch, especially Chance. It’s with a heavy heart that I’ll be leaving soon, but I can honestly say that it is these folks that make it such a hard move; somebody at USR has enlisted the help of some outstanding individuals. Thank you.
I wanted to stay in this area because I do love it but I really wish I had chosen a different apartment complex. My main complaint- bugs everywhere! No matter how clean I keep my apartment there's tons of roaches and gnats and all kinds of bugs. Also, I've been here for a few months and decided to check the smoke detector the other day and it never actually had batteries in. The amenities are awful! My oven didn't work for the first few weeks here, I have to place a work order two or three times before anything actually gets done. My stove does almost nothing unless it's on all the way and it's almost like a guessing game to figure out which knob turns on which part (they're labelled, just not correctly). The laundry room smells like mold and it's really not that nice but that's less of a concern to me. The reason why I chose to live here was because the people at the front office were friendly and I felt welcomed but that's unfortunately the only nice thing I have to say.

I have lived at this complex for 13 years. There has been a lot of owners and manager's but I have never had any complaint because they fix my work orders in a timely manner. The pool is very nice, laundry room is mostly kept clean. The grounds are very pretty and well kept except for some of the dog owner's who never clean up after their animals, the complex has area's for dog's but seldom used. I live on the corner upstairs unit, very quiet, balcony with a nice view. Kroger's, Walgreens, my bank, cleaners, eating places, and gas station close by with some right across the street. Close to all 3 branches of schools, work out places, emergency places, all set up in the lovely Clear Lake area. This location is closet to Clear Lake, NASA, Kemah, a lot of places to go visit and have some fun.
I really wish there were good things I could say about this place. The area we live in is a nice place to be. There are a good number of grocery stores, schools with good ratings, parks and trails, restaurants, etc. The apartment complex itself just isn't great. Since I've lived here, I have experienced hordes of roaches, an eviction notice because of a system error that doubled my rent, failed promises to beautify the complex, falling light fixtures, a leak in the bathroom that was left untended because they felt it was too expensive to address the problem and resulted in my ceiling collapsing yesterday while we had a guest over. Thankfully, no one was in there when it collapsed. I've contacted the apartment several times to rid my apartment of roaches and in spite of all their efforts they keep coming back. We've given up trying with the front office because they don't seem to recognize that the roaches are living in the walls. They just bomb the apartment and leave it that. The parking lot is alright except that they've repaired the parking lot several times in many of same places making it difficult navigate. The speed bumps have been redone at least three times in the last month and every time they've been destroyed within a few days. There are also some "rivers" with small fountains that run through the complex and those are nice to watch and listen to. The only thing though is that they painted only half of them. We're not sure why they stopped. A couple of months ago they had an apartment catch fire. It was unfortunate and I don't remember hearing that anyone got hurt. The apartment building was left for two months with a large scorched gash. They only seemed to address it after the two months and knocked out the rebuilding in a few weeks. In summary, I would not suggest this apartment complex to anyone. This a place that just doesn't meet our expectation of decent living.
