Property Ratings at Wolf Point East
UPDATE ON 10/25/23: THERE IS A BED BUG & FRUIT FLY, INFESTATION IN THE BUILDING. Manangement refused to treat my unit (3710). Moved into Wolf Point East on 11/21/22 as a sub-tenant on the lease that expires within 100 days of the current 1-year lease agreement. Although I have a sublease on file with my signature, as well as managements, and that of the sublessors, and I paid pro-rated rent for the month, management REFUSED to give me access to the apartment because the interested party on the renter's insurance policy was the name of the property management company instead of the apartment building itself. It wasn't written exactly how they wanted it but that’s because management failed to give me the correct information prior to me getting the policy. When they asked for this change at the very last minute while after the policy was already established, I was in the middle of a 14 hour move from NYC to Chicago. It was bizarre considering the renters insurance policy contained the correct the address, apartment unit number, my current information, and coverage amounts exceeding the minimum requirements. Your demand is not my emergency if you don't give me the correct information upfront! I cannot be penalized for it. They were threatening to give me double insurance coverage under their insurance and bill it to my account —kept reiterating that whatever coverage they force on me wouldn’t be refundable or adjustable even if I already have coverage. I ALREADY HAVE INSURANCE!!!!! As if management couldn't still file a liability claim with the policy number on file if need be. Anyway, this caused me to be more than 45 minutes late for my service elevator reservation. Management was eager to get the sublease addendum appended to the original lease but was extremely slow about getting me access to all of the apps used to access to package delivery, entry to my unit, amenities space, and my biggest pet peeve of them all --not being transparent about onsite garage parking availability. I made it known before ever signing that I wanted to purchase a monthly parking space. But the day AFTER I move-in, they finally tell me there's a wait list until the spring. My sublease expires 02/28/23. What a joke! It's one thing to allow me to make informed decisioned about inconveniences that I know about beforehand, instead of having information withheld to deceive. I renewed my lease in February 2023 and I regret it. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Wolf Point East has been a great place to live for our first year in Chicago. Its in a great location, the buildings amenities are top notch. Depending on your layout, I have found it hard to have a dedicated work space working from home. While the building offers work space and other amenities, it a huge building with a lot of residents so it can be hard to access the amenities when needed- gym, pool deck, workspace, etc... I found myself getting a membership to a gym that had access to a pool deck this summer because of that issue when that was one of the main selling points of the building to me. The elevators are always an issue, long wait times and maintenance seems to be constantly happening on at least one which makes the issue worse. The apartment itself is nice but the flooring is poor quality as well as the paint on the walls. Overall, its been nice but for the price it for sure has its ups and downs.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience, here at Wolf Point East.
Wolf Point East is a rental community that has created spaces worthy of ownership. The design, hardware, and materials used to create this community are top shelf. The cleaning staff is absolutely professional. The security is friendly but hyper aware as well. The management is personable and forward thinking. This is a great place to call home. Get into this building while you can, because it is a place folks will be reluctant to leave. The working spaces are superb, and the play spaces are relaxing and vibrant at the same time. This is the absolute best corner of Chicago to live in.
Wolf Point East is an amazing building and location. Would highly recommend moving here. Juan is the best concierge.

We are only a week in but so far so great! The residents and staff at WPE are really nice. The staff goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer our questions. This was a huge, life-changing move for us and WPE made it a very easy transition!
I love my new home! Everyone in the leasing office, front desk, maintenance and the move in coordinator Carol were super helpful and welcoming. The move in process went really smooth. The amenities are awesome. I love sitting out on one of the many outdoor patios. Most of my amenity time has been spent in the gym which is a great size and has tons of equipment. Ive been able to vary my workouts which helps keep motivation high. Its just a great quality of life. Happy with my decision!
I have been living at WPE for a month now and I am extremely content with everything about the building. The staff is incredibly friendly and amenities are top notch.
The convertible layout is a little awkward, I wish all the layouts included a kitchen island. I love the internet, it's the fastest internet I've had in any apartment. I love the coworking spaces and the peloton bikes in the gym.

You cant find a nicer building to live in Chicago. Theres a reason everyone has been talking about this place since it was under construction.

Wolf Point East sometimes seems too good to be true- beautiful building and location, above and beyond staff and concierge team, clean amenities. Even with the construction, it is extremely quiet and I am very noise sensitive. They could charge more for the experience that is offered. Most impressive high rise Ive lived in.

I've been incredibly impressed with the friendliness and responsiveness of the management team, front desk and maintenance folks.
I have only lived here for a month, but the experience so far has been absolutely exceptional. Move-in day was super easy. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, which was game changer. I have zero complaints about this building. I am continuously amazed by the staff and building amenities. The amenities and all communal space is amazing as well, and I feel very safe using them all during these circumstances.
WPE is the best place I have ever lived in. The apartments are stunning and well designed. The amenities are also unparalleled. And to top it all off, management and the building staff are incredible. Theyre responsive and thorough in their work. Living here feels like a breeze.
We absolutely LOVE living at WPE! The people that work here are so friendly, kind & always so professional. Its truly one of the best buildings I've ever lived in. Its stunning on so many levels & the amenities are top notch. Thank you for an incredible experience all around!
